It was an Angie's List special. They did more work for me so they came back and they were very reasonable on that. There were certain things that they could do and they over did what they could do. They were reasonable. The work done was excellent. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I would use this company again. The owner, Josh, came with the extra men and worked along side them. He was very polite and answered all my questions in a professional manner.In addition to the BIG DEAL price of 199.00 Idecided I needed about 2 more hours of work completed at an additional per hour charge. The day he was suppose to come out did not work for him. He called so we re-scheduled and he did not charge me for the additional work. That is a good business man!.

In every instance, Property Pro's did an excellent job. They were cost effective, professional, and courteous. I do plan on using them again next year. If I had to nitpick, there were a few times I had to call several times to get dates and times for work. Wasn't a big deal. Josh responds well to txt messaging and I like that.

First appointment, they arrived but didn't have the equipment needed to do the trimming we discussed (ladder not tall enough). Rescheduled but they didn't call and didn't show. Two men came the next day at 4:45 and left by 6:45 (it was dark). When they didn't return to complete the work they left half undone, I called and left voicemail. Josh returned the call and we scheduled for the completion a week later but they didn't call and didn't show up. I called and left voicemail. Josh and 4 men arrived the next day for 1 hour 15-20 minutes which included my talking to Josh about the removal of a tree and potential future work while his workers stood by the truck. Two weeks later my credit card was charged $370 instead of the $249 Big Deal price. I understand that perhaps they worked one extra hour but $120 seems excessive, especially when I was never advised of their rates, or approved more than the Big Deal. When I saw the charges on 11/16 I called Josh but got his voicemail. I requested he call to discuss the matter but he didn't return my call. On 11/30 I again called, got his voicemail and left another request for him to call me. I still have not heard from Josh 10 days later.

I tried calling them several times and the last time I got a message saying their inbox was full. I will not be using their services.

They were fine. They did some yard clean up for the fall.

They were friendly and prompt. The only problem I had was they trimmed up bushes but they were kind of at random, they didn't know that they were doing there. Otherwise they were good to work with.

They came when they said they would and did an excellent job, covering the whole lawn and avoiding stepping stones, etc. My lawn had suffered from the July drought, and after the aeration, I was able to reseed and refertilize. The lawn is completely restored. I would hire them again for this operation.

I signed up for an Angie's list Big Deal in September and called Property Pros shortly thereafter. I told them that I needed leaf clean-up - leaves raked into non-grassy areas - not removal. I told them I would call back when most of the leaves had fallen. I called in November and set the date. Two workers arrived at noon as promised on Monday, 11 - 21, at noon and worked very diligently until 4 PM to fulfill the 8 man hours promised in the Angie's list big deal. There was still some work to be done, so one of the guys agreed to come back. Working around weather and the Thanksgiving holiday, Cody was able to come back on Saturday, 11 - 26. He put in a few hours and got done just before it started to rain and the daylight was failing. I paid the normal rate for the 2 hours that exceeded the Big Deal time allotment. I was very pleased with work. I've raked my large tree- filled yard many times. I know what a huge task it is. They were fast and thorough, and really understood what I wanted them to do. With their big leaf-blowers they were able to clear leaves out of the large beds of ground cover better than I had ever been able to do.

We made three separate appointments and they never showed up. I had to call them each time to get a hold of them. They apologized for this and said they would come out and they never did. They are very unreliable.

Their price was higher than other bids but they assured me they would be worth it. I have a 2.3 acre lot with lots of gardens, trees etc. They did do a great job and I had a couple of neighbors comment on how thorough they were. They were very professional and fast. My lawn looks meticulous and could be on the cover of a magazine. (They had to change one mowing date due to the rain but Jeff left me an email and they were right on time when they said they'd be there with the reschedule.)

They did very well. They did what they said they were going to do and they did it in a timely manner. I think they were bombarded because it was a special, so it took a couple of weeks to get to me.

Originally, he told me that he would do two separate sweeps. I had to make six phone calls to get him out here in the first place. He was originally supposed to do the work on Friday, November 4, 2011 and he never showed up. He moved all the leaves to the front yard and used four workers at once. He stated that they maxed out th coupons using the 16 hours. I am at a loss with all of the left over time. What bothers me is that he stated in his estimate that this would be plenty of time to do all of the work and now I am left with all of the leaves in the front yard. After doing the work he said that he would charge me additional $100.00 to finish cleaning up the leaves. I declined his offer considering I had already spent $500.00 on the work so he loaded up his workers and said goodbye and left. Our front yard is covered in a thick carpet of leaves. I am going to have to spend all night removing and bagging up these leaves. This is unacceptable.

We're putting our house on the market, and we were in bad need of a landscape "freshen up". Josh from Property Pros had some excellent suggestions and we talked through a couple of options before the work started and midway through the job. The crew worked steadily through the morning and did an excellent job cleaning up before leaving. Our yard looks better than ever in the 17 years I've lived here.

I purchased the Big Deal for aeration at $85 on September 11 and they were out to complete the aeration on September 22. At the time of aeration I pre-purchased overseeding with a KY bluegrass blend and a winterization application. I was told they would return in one week to overseed and then 2-3 weeks after that for winterizing since the fertilizer should not be applied at the same time as the overseeding. On October 13 I called to follow up on the overseeding after not having heard anything back from them. They did return on October 14 to complete that job as well; however I had emphasized in my message that they needed to call and let me know when they were coming because the back yard is fenced and latched from inside. On the 14th I received a call from a neighbor stating someone was trying to get into the back yard of my property. I correctly assumed it might be in response to the message I'd left about this job the day before and spoke with them on her phone - they had already managed to unlatch the gates from the outside and were completeing the job. They also explained by phone that they had taken down my credit card number wrong on the 22nd and the payment wouldn't go through so they would leave an invoice for me. The original invoice was for $167.04 (itemized $92.80 for overseed, $74.24 for winterization). I did take curious note of both being completed on the same day after being told previously they should not be done the same day. The invoice left was for $168.00 (itemized $168.00 overseed, $0 for "free" winterization due to delay in job completion). I appreciated the offer of a free service for the delay - I would have more so if it had actually been free. All this said, the final payment has not yet been made and they have only just gotten a message about the billing question- I'm sure it will be worked out to everyone's satisfaction. They're nice guys and as far as I can tell they did good work, but it's really too soon to tell on the grass seed.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for 8 man hours of labor. Initially it took a while to hear back from them. This is not unexpected because anyone who purchases one of these deals from anywhere should know that they are like mixed blessings. You get cheaper service but because the companies are usually small and not equipped to handle the surge in demand, the time to get the service scheduled is usually long. I finally got a time slot in October. Three guys showed up at the time they said they would and did a very good job of clearing the yard, removing weeds, putting down the chemicals I had left for them, putting down the mulch I had left for them and bagging all the debris in bags I had provided. Just like anything else if you provide clear instructions on what you want done and make sure they understand it, the probability of getting what you want is significantly higher than if you don't.

The project went very well. The work was done in a timely manner and to our specifications. I even have credit in my account for work to be done in the spring. I will be hiring this company again.

They did a really good job. They are going to come back to do fertilization and seeding for us as soon as we get our leaves up.

What they did was great but I don’t think their communication is very good. I was going to hire them to do more work on my yard but it took them forever to call back and then they didn’t show up for the next appointment. I don't plan on using them again unless there is a big improvement with getting back to me.

The process went well. The aeration was complete when the weather permitted, which was fine. The application took alittle while longer than I thought it should have but I understand how the weather hampers work plans and things happen out of our control. Josh did an excellent job of returning my phone calls and keeping me in the loop of his intentions. I would use this company again without hesitation.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for lawn aeration from this company. I procrastinated and was finally getting around to setting up an appointment. One day I came home and noticed the lawn had been aerated. I contacted the company and made sure they were the ones that did it. I was satisfied with the quality of the service, but was not expecting the work to be done without me contacting them to set up an appointment.

Our experience with them went pretty well. We would recommend them to others.They were good and we were very happy with them. We would use their services again in the future.

I was very happy with Property Pro's work from beginning to end. They were responsive, professional, and they did a very nice job on my lawn.
