Property Pros Land Management LLC came right out and he went over with me what I needed to have done. The price, quality, and professionalism were great.

Looked as close to the original shoreline as possible.

Josh came out to look at our property and was very knowledgeable. He looked at other plants we had and knew right away what was right/not right with them. He stated his crew would be out at 9:00 am on 06/12 to plant the materials we purchased. The crew came out on 06/12. They were not there at 9 am but later that day. They installed everything and got my approval before planting. Very few spoke English. The lead guy was very good but spoke limited amount of English. They planted a tree but did not add any manuer, peat moss, nothing to the hole. The leaves on the top of the tree are curling up and I am concerned about it. Josh has not followed up. We also asked him for a plan for the surround of our outdoor garden and we haven't seen that yet and it has been over a month. The prices were good but the planting/amending of soil is questionable.

It went great. They were very conscientious of my time, clean -up and me being totally satisfied. A completion date They dept was set-up a few weeks before. meinformedand

Cody, arrived on time, started working immediately and did a wonderful job. His power washer broke but, the job was finished later.

I wasn't able to be there for the actual work, but the workers kept in touch by phone to make sure they knew what to do. They clear cut half of our back yard of five years of overgrowth.

I contacted the company prior to purchasing their $349 Big Deal which included a tree, bushes, flowers and landscaping. They did not respond to my questions before the Big Deal sold out, so I missed out. I later scheduled an appointment for a consultation, called the morning of our appointment to confirm; consultant was a no-show. Several phone messages later, we set up an appointment. The positive side was that they apologized for failing to return my phone calls and said they would honor the Big Deal if I still wanted it. After looking at the area where I wanted to have them work, they suggested a different plan altogether at the same price but it was not nearly as good a deal as the Big Deal (which included the cost of a Japanese Maple+ 8 boxwoods + 10 flowers & labor). I decided not to use them since their proposal was not competitive with other quotes I received.

As many as five workers were here for a portion of the day, but at time there were three workers here. They worked steadily and completed the work about 8:00 pm.

I used Property Pros for the same work last year as well. They were great last year, and were even better this year, perhaps because they are now familiar with my yard. The same crew did the work both years. Josh knows a lot about shrubs and plants, so is useful to talk to about landscaping (even though I wasn't really having them do any landscape design for me, he was very nice about answering some of my questions).

ON time, great communication throughout, worked hard, and always complete the job on time.

Let me first say that this was a huge job! The overgrown bushes and shrubs that were removed had been planted when the house was first built over 20 years ago. The one by the driveway was about 12 ft tall - but they got it all mostly done in one day. They were there from first thing in the morning to dusk and then back the next morning. There was so much to haul away - I forget how many trucks full - but everything was left immaculately clean at the end of the first day until they could come back for the rest. Josh was very professional and helpful when he came out to walk the property with me and give me an estimate on the job. He was also very mindful of my budget, giving me suggestions on the kinds of things that I could do myself to save me money on the job. I got two other estimates and the prices were all roughly the same but I'm very glad I went with Property Pros. Josh was always available to take my calls and answer my questions throughout the entire process. He really seemed to enjoy what he does when helping me to pick out plants at the nursery. I got some really interesting plants like negril grass and others that I can't remember the names of but one has leaves that look like it came out of Jurassic Park - very cool and unusual. The second day there was a little more to finish up, but the workers were all very professional and hard working. I love my new yard! I actually enjoy going outside just to admire it and of course water it during hot, dry spells. Property Pros is coming back next week to lay playground mulch for me in the back yard under the playset and I will be consulting with them in the future to keep my yard looking as beautiful as it does now. Very happy with the work performed by Property Pros!

This is the third but last time I will use Property Professionals. Josh came out and we went over what I wanted. We set up a date for the work to be done. I have to put the dogs up on the day they are coming. At 3:30pm on the 1st scheduled day Josh called to reschedule because of incoming weather. On the next Saturday when they were suppose to come no one showed up or returned my calls until the following Monday. We rescheduled again for the following Saturday. No one showed up or ever returned my calls. The following Wednesday a crew showed up unexpectedly. I was still in my bathrobe. My dogs chased them back to their truck. I threw on some sweats , put my dogs up and went out to greet them. Luckily it was my only day off so I was home to put the dogs in the house. Since I didn't know they were coming I was not able to stay until they were finished. They did not do one of the agreed upon beds and instead of moving a large decorative rock into a barren spot under a tree, they moved it 5 feet from one spot in the yard to another. This left a huge hole in my yard and a rock I have to mow around.

I would give them a strong recommendation. They honored several of our Angie's List big deal coupons. They were punctual and came when they said they would. I thought the price was fair and the owner was directly involved both in the solicitation of the work and the actual work itself; so he was on site all the time. It was a small company and we had no problems of any kind; they were very professional and I will use them again in the future.

The crew arrived about 8 am and started on the work that was going to be done. No problems. And wrapped things up by 1pm. Everything was cleaned up and looked good.

Once again I had outstanding results with Property Pros. The crew worked diligently, check with me during progress, and cleaned up area upon completion. The crew performed exceptionally. In the past I have used them for leaf removal, mulching, trimming, installation of stone/gravel walkway, and other projects all without any issues. I highly recommend this company

Josh came out in advance and surveyed the work that needed to be done.He then provided me with an estimate on the spot. Once I OK'd the estimate, we set a date for the work to be done. Weather issues (thunderstorms) prevented the work to start on the given day (understandable!) so he re-scheduled with me and the guys who came out did a very good job in the timeframe allotted. Before they started, they walked around with me to make sure that they completely understood the job and tasks.They were very polite, quick to start the job, quick to clean up and thorough. The powerwashing guy came a few days before the brush removal guys (all planned in advance). The powerwashing guy started right away to beat the incoming rain but didn't quite make it. It started POURING rain on him but he just kept right on going for a couple of hours in the pouring rain! He wasn't able to get the entire fence finished that day because lightning forced him to quit. I went outside a couple of days later and found that the fence was completely finished! I never even knew he had returned to finish the job! So fast! So quietly! :-) They communicated with me via phone and email in order to maintain good communication and I really appreciated that.The price I listed included all of the services named above but I did also pay in advance for an Angie's List Deal which I think was $69.00. My back yard looks like new again and I love it! I highly recommend these guys. :-)

I met with Jeff, one of the owners. He was prompt and very professional. We walked our property and reviewed the work that we wanted done. On the date of service, his team showed up on time and went to work. Aside from leaving a few items behind, they did a great job. We followed up on a few minor issues and they handled them professionally and promptly.

This was a fantastic example of a perfect contract! If you question there is such a thing-- and believe me i did---this came as close to it as possible!!-- First let me say I am PICKY and i mean PICKY!! I am a designer and know EXACTLY what I want and how I want it-- i was hiring a crew to work with me on some very custom needs and particulars as well as the standard spring landscaping jobs.. I had designed and honed to an exact list jobs I presented to Josh Springer of PROPERTY PROS. He quickly delivered an exact contract, offering suggestions when asked but never bossing me into something else and not hesitating to tackle the unorthodox jobs i requested. Date set-- Josh Springer and Jeff Harvey delivered EXACTLY what i asked how i asked it to be done--with their efficient and extremely polite crew. I have been only marginally impressed with several landscape services i have hired--at much higher rates-- in the past for this ongoing project. So instead of re-awarding contracts to those companies I have waited to do this stage of multiple portions to re-landscape my entire property with the right people-- and PROPERTY PROS are those guys. As I had excellent work from them for an ANGIE'S BIG DEAL previously and they surpassed the "coupon" value--I realized they treated my property as if it were there own. Everything went smoothly and just as i ordered--any question that arose was met with immediate "no problem--we can do that" and with a smile.

This has been a very challenging experience to say the least. I purchased the BIG Deal from property pro and Josh came out to the home (just purchased my husband and I) to see the property and take pictures on March 13th. I explained that right now my focus was on clean up of dead debris in mulch beds, leaf removal and weeds since this home. He stated that this is something within the scope of the big deal. We set up a day to complete the work for March 20th. I was not home due to work schedule however Josh ensured me that the work was quality and he would take after pictures to document their difference. I had to follow up with Josh in a couple days to see how the work went and request pictures. He called me back and tried to persuade me to sign on to a lawn mowing agreement. I emphasized that I wanted to first use the hours I paid for before signing on to new services but would be glad to see an estimate of the any additional work. He states that I had four hours left and he would use that time for weed spraying and removal. We set a date for his services(March 30th) however since that conversation I have not been able to speak with him. I called a few days after March 30th when weed spraying was to be completed but my messages have not been returned. I have called every 3-4 days and there has been no return phone call from Josh. Josh has not provided any written documentation or pictures on the services he provided and not provided any written documentation of his company's presence at my house. I am requesting a full refund of the BIG Deal Services I purchased.

They completed all work within the the estimated time and budget. I was very happy with the finished product.

clean. The work was performed under Angie's List Order 249990 which called for up to 6hours of Professional Landscaping Services. The scheduling by Property Pros was good and their crew of two arrived during the time interval scheduled. They performed the work requested in a neat and timely manner,and left the premises clean. This is the second year Property Pros has done yard work for us, and we will gladly have them back.

After purchasing "the deal", they contacted me immediately and performed the service within one week. They aerated the lawn and left the property clean and tidy.

They were late coming due to having to wait for a truck load of mulch to be delivered to their pick up place. They called and said they woul be here and get the job done. A crew of four arrived and went right to work and worked hard the whole time they were here. Around 7:00 pm they ran out of mulch and still had a little more to do. So two of them arrived the next morning and finished the job. A supervisor stopped by on the first day. The crew leader (Mexican) was great! He communicated very well and had me check things out often. He was a good leader for the other men. They were all very personal and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted a quality job done!

It was a Big Deal and I was satisfied. The work was satisfactory. I am hard to satisfy and they made me happy. I wouldn't have done the work if I had thought the price was too much. I would use them again.

They were prompt showed up within a couple minutes of our set time. They were very polite. The price was good only because I had one of the deals. Unfortunately, they were unprepared. They used our wheel barrow and some yard tools. I had a huge pile of mulch and they merely skimmed the beds - although the beds were nicely groomed when they were done - it just wasn't thick enough to protect new plantings - they put 1-2 inches - I would have liked to see at least 3 inches. My husband went back and added the rest of the mulch. I did call the company about other work to be done. They called a couple weeks later apologizing for the late response. They said they would have the hardscape guy give me a call - no call - I called them left a message - still no call. They missed out on a job that paid 10 times what I originally spent with them.
