They did a great job however they cracked our clean out cover and pop up drain. Unfortunately they did not tell us.

Would have appreciated a call prior to showing up so I could arrange to be home when they came. They were prompt, I'll give them that.

I had some issues with that particular Big Deal. The Deal described more than what the vendor intended to. So I was not pleased with that one. The description on the Deal was to help with the landscape design. When the guy came out for a consultation with me I did not receive any design and subsequent to that an email from Angies List about the product saying that there was a misunderstanding. That the customers were not getting a design, and that it was more like a consultation. So it was like rotten deal. I had send an email to Angies list and I have not heard back. I was very displeased with that. I do know if it was his fault or Angies fault. The customers were offered a refund if I had already received their work. Obviously I had received the work but that is not what I indented when I purchased it. Over all there was a big gap between what was received versus what was purchased. They were professional and punctual but the work was not aligned with what I purchased it for so expectations were not met. Again I don’t know if it is necessarily the vendors fault or citation issues and that was all finally resolved.

Our experience with them went well. The gentleman was very efficient, on time and we are going to have him back in the spring to do landscaping. I would recommend them for their tree services.

I did not use them. I was just trying to get some ideas from them and I called them. It was just a proposal so I called them and complained that this was a proposal of ideas and so they refunded my money back. They were professional. They themselves sent an email saying that there seemed to be a misunderstanding and that it wasn’t about detailed designing, it was just an estimate, so they offered refund on their own, which was very nice. The estimate was about $15000 to $20000. They were very good through the quoting process and they spent a lot of time looking around and taking measurements. I had called them for landscape designing and they were looking at doing estimates for lawn and yard work, so there was confusion and that is why they refunded my money. I got work done from someone else that was a bit cheaper.

They have worked for me several times. They were really good about giving me the design and explaining everything.. They recommended really good plants.

They were very quick to schedule the service. They arrived on time and completed the work.

Everything went well. They left everything clean, and I was happy with the work.

We called Property Pros and in less than a week they were here measuring beds and determining the work needed. After receiving several bids, we made the decision to go with Property Pros. They came out about a week later and cleaned everything up and removed the trees in less than two days. They did have to come back and complete the stump removal, but that was on the third day. things went well and we were pleased with the results..

They were just fine. They came when they said they were going to come. They did the work we agreed on. They were done early, and then, they left. They were pleasant.

There is inconsistency in what they tell me. The owner did come out and walked the property with me gathering basic information. At that point, the owner promised he would send someone out to measure and would provide information for decking at that time. He also requested a plat plan which is publicly available by the county. My husband retrieved that and sent it to their office. In response to that their was an e-mail requesting several hundred dollar charge for survey of area. The information was inconsistent and therefore I prompted a refund request from Angie's List!

We were quite excited about the possibility of getting some work done on our property. We met with the rep at our intitial appointment, which he showed up late to, but since we are a distant away it was not that bad. After surveying our property and discussing options he took photos and measurements. We were suppose to meet again at a more central locaton to review photos and suggestions and estimates. Once again he showed up late, with out any detailed options and just rough estimates on pricing. He asked if we could meet again and he would have more detailed info and drawings so we arranged a time that he could come out when both my wife and I would be home to review them. So rather than him come out he was going to have the drawings delievered by Fed-Ex and we would review them by conference call. The photos/drawings never arrived. I could not reccommend this company due to the level of service we received. We are out the $50 for a service we never received.

I indicated two areas of my lot in which I needed suggestions: 1) grass cutting or landscaping a 45 degree hill approx 50 feet long by 25 feet, and 2) a corner of my lot which I had had bushes and trees cut back (a focal point of my lot). We discussed the both areas and PPLM provided an estimate to redo the corner. They also offered to cut the grass on the hill using weed whackers, and it turned out to be a disaster, with mounds of dead grass all over the hill. Took me about 1 1/2 hours to rake and bag the dead grass. As a result of hill fiasco, I decided not to utilize their services.

I had a large team of guys arrive to tackle quite a bit of work in the time allotted. They even did a few things that I hadn't planned. Very well pleased with the service, courtesy, professionalism, and hard work by the entire team. Would definitely use them again. Lots of work accomplished! Great job!

The work done was a HUGE improvement with cleaning-up that large overgrown area. They were very professional & maintained good communications throughout the multiple weather delays to doing the project. The only suggestion that I would make is for special offers through Angie's list, there should be notice if there will be a premium charged if the job is outside of the vendor's normal service area as was the case here. I had already prepaid through Angie's List before the estimate/quote on the job arrived. The quote did show the fee for traveling to our rural-Hendricks County area so I knew about it & could have canceled to avoid that charge. The vendor did give me a credit since they needed to postpone & reschedule several times. I'm glad that I went ahead with their work since it was excellent!

They did an awesome job of removing a ton of weeds and bushes and Sprucing up a nasty landscape that came with an investment property I purchased. They made the ugly look pretty. Nice work !!

They showed up on time, worked all day, and successfully completed the task. The back of my property looks great.

Overall, the service was good. Suggestions for improvement to the property were a bit vague. I was looking for something more specific as to improvements that might be utilized in property. They did come up with some interesting ideas, but, unfortunately, I was unable to incorporate any of those ideas into my design.

Not well. Several different crews came out so it stretched out over a few weeks. When I asked one crew if they were going to finish one part of the work they would tell me they didn't know about it and they guess someone else was going to do it. They also planted a shrub in the wrong spot and instead of owning up to it, they initially threw my husband under the bus....NICE. They eventually came out a replanted the shrub. The beds were full of weeds and leaves. None of the planters were cleaned out. The trellis they installed wiggles back and forth. Not sturdy. After the attitude I got for the shrub, it was not worth my time to have them out again. We will not use them again or recommend them. Not a good experience. I can't believe they had a good rating. What a disappointment.

I found out about this company from an email sent by Angie's List. I looked at the reviews and decided to buy the deal. Very professional company from start to finish. The worker explained how the aeration would benefit my new yard. Indeed, it helped to improve the growth of grass on the lawn. Would definitely use this company again.

We have used them again since the Big Deal and they provide great service. I will highly recommend them to others.

They were extremely efficient and quick with their time. However, towards the end the estimated price grew. I think they underbid the project. They were not able to fit all the leave on the truck so they asked me to purchase bags, which I thought was odd and unprofessional. The leaves were non-existent when they left, however so ultimately I was extremely pleased.
