We had purchased a big deal and there were extra charges, they came and did an assessment and said there would be extra charges for what I needed done. The pricing was not good but their overall work quality was good. The job they did was good. I had them come out and give me another quote but they were so much more expensive than everybody else and so I couldn't use them again.

The service went fine. They did what they said they were going to do. I do not have any issues. There was no additional cost to the $85 big deal. Whatever I bought if for, is what I paid. I suppose the price was good. I never even saw them. They just did it while I was at work.

I wasn’t there when the work was done but it did not seem to make much difference in my lawn. It seemed that it was done in kind of a rush and it was not as helpful as I expected.

It was okay. I was pleased with the service. They come in and they work quickly. They didn't always pull the weeds out, they cover them only; therefore, I'm pulling weeds and that has bothered me because they cleaned it up pretty good. The main thing that I would say is just make sure that they pull the weeds before they put down the mulch.

We were exceptionally pleased with their service. We used them last year as well from a big deal and they did a marvelous job. That's why we were delighted that we had that opportunity to use them again this year. I just paid for the big deal. They did a great job. They sent out three young men and they worked very, very hard. They were very exceptional. The job was small and it was intense. They did a great job. The three young men were clean, punctual and they communicated well with us as customers. I was very pleased with that aspect of their work. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Property Pros Land Management LLC were good. I had several things that need to be done. I'm too old to do them anymore, so they came in and took care of it. They were timely and they did what I wanted efficiently and it's perfect.

He gave us a great idea on what we could do. He was professional and right there for everything we need. We will most definitely be using him for all of our landscaping needs.

Property Pros Land Management LLC worked out fine. This is the first time I've used them. Everything went well. They did everything I asked them to do. It was a good price.

Overall, we had a very good experience with this provider. All work was performed to a high standard and employees were good communicators. Due to time of year (busy season) and staffing, not all work could be performed in one visit and a second session scheduled.Would recommend this provider.

Property Pros Land Management did a fine job. They responded to my inquiry in a timely manner. I would probably use them again int the future.

When I signed up for it, I was under the impression that I would get a drawing for it and they said it would cost an additional $125 extra to have that done. They said it was a misunderstanding. They gave me a list of stuff and that was it. It was a waste of money. They gave me a list and they should have been able to come out in the fall. I called them in January and they came out in February. He was not here for even an hour. He took pictures of the house. He did not give me any specifications. He did complain a lot about having to drive all the way out here. For what they did for $50, it was not worth it and they normally charge $300 for that, that is extremely poor. I would not use them again.

Arrived on time and provided two personnel as I requested. The team was very knowledgeable and had great landscaping advice and recommendations.

Company over committed, as is typical of under capitalized lawn care amateurs.

The workers at Property Pros Land Management are personable and knowledgeable.

I purchased the Big Deal for 6 hours of landscape work. Weather had been a factor so the work dates kept changing and while I was out the workers showed up. I got home and it was finished. I did not get a call that the workers were on their way out for sure on the day they performed service. The work looked good but My biggest issue was the bags of cut grass were left at my curb and the leftover sod was left in 2 huge piles in one of the beds. The whole point of hiring someone was so " cleanup" was something we didn't need to do. It took us half a day to bag and sort sod so it wasn't too heavy to be taken away by the trash company. I do not recall any mention of trash removal being extra and it is not listed on the estimate from their original visit.

Part 2, the concrete work was excellent. The concrete man, Scott, did all the work by himself but it ended up a beautiful job. I was extremely pleased. Part 1 was to install the drainage pipe and finishing with acceptable landscaping did not go as smooth or as satisfactory. Because of excessive spring rains, Property Pros was running behind on other jobs. After a few delays they did schedule a date and showed up on time. However, the clay soil was more difficult to work with than anticipated and the job took longer that planned and rain came before it was finished.The finished product was not very pretty. While I was not satisfied on the day the work was first finished, I did have several discussions with Josh (owner I believe) and Keith who runs the office. They insisted that they would make it right. AND THEY DID. A followup was scheduled and very satisfactorily completed. Initially, I would have given them a less than A grade, however, other than weather problems, they did deliver all that was promised. In the end they made sure that I, as the customer, was completely satisfied.

I had an appointment for 9:00 on Monday. After sitting at home, I got a call at 9:10am stating that they called me on Sunday and left a message to reschedule. I had no message on my voicemail from them. I rescheduled for Tuesday at 4:30. Mind you, I am hourly so by being late on Monday and leaving early on Tuesday, I lost money. No show and no call on Tuesday. At the very least, I deserved a courtesy call stating that they would be late. 45 minutes later, I've heard nothing.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They didn't show up when they were supposed to and they rescheduled it 2 or 3 times. When they came, they didn't finish the job. They only did part of the job. When they left, they left our gate open and our 11 year old lab got out. She got hit by a car. She broke her hip and leg in 7 places. I have to help her walk now and I spent over $8,000. When I talked to them, they said they were sorry but that I couldn't prove that they left the gate open. It is a side gate and it is one that we never use. They never came back to finish the job either. We still have piles in the back that haven't been picked up. They did do the mowing and they removed one set of brush. There was no way that was 4 or 6 hours.

I purchased the Big Deal for $179, for 6 hours of landscaping services and was charged an extra $75 for hauling away. Josh came by within days after I called to assess the work to be done. I had already purchased the holly bushes and boxwood. On the scheduled day, 3 guys showed up early in the morning (sorry I don't know their names) and were very efficient and professional in their work. They completed the work just as I wanted them to and hauled everything away. I was very pleased with their work.

It turned out great. There was a little bit of a problem but they seem to be amendable to fixing it. The quality was good, the pricing was ok and the damage they caused is scheduled to be fixed a week from today. It looks great.

The crew of 4 were out there for most of the day speeding through the list of items to do that would have taken me most of the spring to complete. I did speak with the lead about some other items that need attention around the home. I've scheduled for one of the projects to proceed.

First of all, after making an appointment for them to come out, they never came. I called and was told the appointment was for a different day (not so). When they did come, their crew leader never had the list of things I asked to be done. The owner, who had previously come out to my house to see what needed to be done, wrote down what I wanted done and said this list would be given to the crew who would do the work. So I had to go through everything with this man again. As for the work they did, it was not a very good job. They trimmed some of the bushes so small; others were trimmed crooked with the bushes leaning forward; others were just "chopped" with no regard as to how to trim. Branches were cut in the middle, suckers were left standing, no regard was given to shaping or what branches should be removed or left to grow. The crew removed debris from beds, pulling out lots of the small landscape stones. These stones, I later found, were left in my yard and never raked back into the beds. The large snowball bush (which now looked like a tree) was trimmed so badly that I had to get my neighbor to come and help me redo it. They just cut into it as if they had no idea about proper trimming techniques. They were in a hurry to leave and this showed it! Although I purchased this as a special deal, I feel I did not get what I paid for. The crew leader never inspected what the two other men did and at one point in the job, he left to do something else. I would not hire this company again, mainly because they do not know how to work with living plants and they hire people who have no training as to what to do with the plants. They also seem to be hurried in their work just to get the job done.

They designed and did the front beds. The work went well. They did a good job.

They were evidently overwhelmed by their Big Deal response because they have a first come first serve policy and they were weeks out for scheduling the work to be done. Originally, we got estimates on all our outdoor work because we were putting our home on the market for sale, but when it came to scheduling they could not accommodate our time schedule. So we found other providers to do some of the work, and had Property Pros do the edging, mulching and drain. We also noticed that their cost per manhour even on the Big Deal was high for the service category. We were finally notified of a date for the work to be performed but that day were notified that they would be out the next day. Then we got an email saying that their office would be closed for the weekend and would open again on Monday. Evidently they sustained some flooding at their field building. When the guys finally came to do the yard work, the team lead was highly professional and they accomplished their work in a highly organized manner. I think PropPros need more organization in their office and administration, rely less on email, and have a lot less overhead to be competitive in their pricing. Maybe they should augment the number of people actually doing the work so they can schedule more work and accomplish it in spite of the rain. It always rains in April. So, in sum, the work performed was performed well. Cost was a little high. We would use them again if we could justify the cost. And Spring cleanup will have to be scheduled in Winter so it can be accomplished on time.
