I purchased this Big Deal for landscape design services and I think the deal was possibly not set up very well by Angie's List. I was expecting a drawing/design and it was really just an online consult with no details/drawings or quotes for service. They were very nice but I probably wouldn't purchase another Big Deal set up in this manner. Not really their fault, but I can't give them an A rating because I didn't receive the agreed upon quotes from them.

My service with Property Pros Land Management LLC went well. They did an excellent job. They were responsive. They came out quickly. They scheduled the work right away and end up actually being available to come and do the work in advance of what date they originally scheduled it on. We were out of town while they did the work and we came back to a job well done.

They did everything that their advertisement said that they would do. They met our expectations. We have just got their design but haven’t done anything yet. We are trying to find the financers to do the whole project. We got a lot of great information from them. They were here when they said they were going to be. They were very neat and courteous.

Work went well. Work was completed as described and in a timely manner. 1 hr = 1 man hr and multiple resources were used to complete the job in 1 day. The project lead sent me pictures of the before and after during the work to keep me informed as I could not be present during the job. Overall, very pleased with the result.

I purchased and Big Deal and when they called me to schedule it they said they didn't service my area.

The service was pretty good. They arrived on time and provided a full quote. The crew came to do the work. There were a couple of mistakes but they apologized and offered to correct the work. I declined the correction as it would make it more complicated. There was one minor misquote as they didn’t add the dump fee for the waste.

It wasn’t bad but there was never any interaction with the company directly.

This started off well. They were responsive to emails and calls. We had our date scheduled and I took off work, I waited for more than half the day and finally called them. They told me they had a truck that broke down, which I didn't think was very professional. When they finally got out here I bought some shrubs and roses to replace some other plants that they were going to remove. When they came out I wasn't home and they told me that I had a swarm of bees which I called an exterminator to take care of that problem. They came again and told me I still had bees so I called the exterminator again. I ended up removing the shrubs myself so they only needed to plant the roses, which they did do. They didn't stick to the design that I asked for but I just left it at that. I was happy for it to be over. They apologized and offered me money back for my troubles.

Overall a good job.. But didnt do weed control which I thought was included in price

I wanted them to call me to let me know when they'd be there, but that didn't happen; didn't know the date or the time they'd show up, but I happened to come home as they were (in their eyes) finishing up. There was more woody vegetation to be removed, and I directed them toward that area, and they cleared it. But after loading up, they left a lot of leaves on the lawn from the last woody vegetation removal. They should have taken care of that, but seemed in a real hurry.

The job was initially under estimated which resulted in an additional service call, charge, and haul fee. The difference was resolved amicably. The "c" grade in quality was because there were more small stones left than I expected. The men worked very hard and I would use them again.

They were excellent. They actually came earlier than they said because they had an opening, and so they were able to come. They were very detailed in the quality of their work. They were very courteous. One little small thing that I recall was that there was this little piece of jewelry that one of the crew found in my yard. He knew I was at home so he tapped on the door and wanted to make sure that the jewelry didn’t get lost or whether I needed it. No one does that these days.

Cody and his crew arrived mid-morning and spent the entire day taming out-of-control boxwoods, trimming back ground cover, overgrown trees, bushes, vines etc. and even removed a small dead tree. They were really good about consulting with me about exactly what I wanted to keep and what I wanted to get rid of, which was greatly appreciated. They left the front of my home immaculate -- and so I plan to use them for leaf removal this fall. Highly recommended!

They sent a retired gentleman

This was a long process and we aren't happy with the end results. We don't feel that we received anything close to $1500 worth of value. I contacted them after seeing good reviews on Angie's list and had them come out to give a quote in April 2013. It was much higher than I expected - $2,277, so I removed several items from the quote to reduce the cost. I began emailing the office with questions - especially around the estimate of 6 hours to install mulch. I have put in my own mulch for years and it never takes more than 2 hours. They said it was an estimate and I would not be charged for the full 6 hours if it didn't take that long. Not a surprise that they charged me for 6 hours of installation. I also asked why it was $575 for a year of fertilization and grub treatment and I was told that it was because a lot of places use the fertilizer you can get from home improvement stores. He said they use a liquid application that you can't get at the store. So I agreed to go forward to see if it truly was a better product. However, I was home during the first application, and it wasn't a liquid application as they stated. it was the same type of spread that everyone else uses. I contacted them on two different occasions asking for an explanation, and they never responded or addressed my question. They scheduled me for May 3rd to complete the service, but they didn't come. I called and they said it would be on Saturday and again they didn't come. I left messages and they said they'd come out on Monday. I believe this is the day they did the work. They said there were delays due to weather - but it would have been nice if they notified me of the changes. Once they did come out, I was very unhappy with the results. I paid to have the side yard cleared of thistle, scratch seeded and straw placed. They did remove the thistle and put some seed down, but very little. No straw was applied and the dirt wasn't loosened to help the seed take root. There were several holes on the front lawn that were supposed to have topsoil placed and seeded. There wasn't any topsoil put in, only seed on the dirt. So we still had the holes. They were supposed to trim four burberry bushes in back - they topped them off a little, but you couldn't really tell they'd been trimmed at all. I sent them an email right away with my concerns. They didn't respond. I was busy planning my wedding, so I didn't contact them again until the end of May when I returned from my honeymoon. We made an appointment to do a walk through. During the appointment, he agreed that none of these things had been done the way they should have been and he agreed to make it right. However, he wanted to put sod in the places where the holes are and he would fill in the dirt spots on the side yard as well with the sod. He also said he would treat our peonie bushes for the powdery mildew disease they had at no extra charge. He was also going to trim the bushes correctly. He didn't make it out on the day he scheduled, but he did come out the day after that, I believe it was June 29th. We were pleased with how the bushes looked (finally), but he said a UPS truck drove over his blower, so we'd have to clean up the mess ourselves. This did not please me as the whole reason we didn't trim them ourselves was because I didn't want to deal with the thorns. So, we ended up having to clean up the thorns anyway. The sod has died in most of the areas and looks terrible. Despite our watering as instructed. The grass seed he put in the smaller dirt sections didn't grow, so we still have several patches of dirt. And unfortunately, our peonies are still covered in powdery mildew, so I don't know if they were treated or not. They did the first fertilization treatment that day as he said it would help make the sod match our other grass. When I paid the balance on the invoice - mid July, I asked about our next fertilization treatment. I was told that they were scheduling the next phase now and they'd be occuring over the next few weeks. Since we had just been fertilized on June 29th, I asked that we be done as late as possible. They promised not to do our yard until the beginning of August. So, imagine my surprise when I got home on July 18th to find out my yard had been fertilized. So they re-fertilized 3 weeks after our last treatment. I tried calling the office but got a voicemail, so I sent an email expressing my dis-satisfaction. I received an apology stating there was a mix up and they'd reduce the cost of the application. I do appreciate that, but damage has been done. My yard now has large brown spots that look as if the yard has been burned from over-fertilization. I have notified this company to cancel all future treatments for our lawn as we will be going elsewhere. The people seem nice, but that doesn't make the service or lack there of, worth $1500.

Property pros sent a very professional and personable two man crew. They were punctual and did a beautiful job in my yard. When they left the yard was completely cleaned up. I will definitely use them again!

They trimmed bushes and shrubs. He cleaned up my yard and plants. He did a great job! We liked his service. He gave us good advice. We mentioned that we might want more work done and he said he would call us but he has not.

what they did they did very well. vouldn't afford to go beyond Angie's deal.
