This worked out just great! The mulch was pre-chosen, but it was a darker mulch than they had originally suggested, but it turned out great. It was a great deal and they did a very nice job!

It was simple to schedule an appointment. They sent two crew members to complete the work and they were each there for two hours. There were some additional costs beyond the prepaid rate because they were unable to complete all of the work within the time frame of the deal. The service went all right.

The guy didn't want to do it because he said I had Poison Ivy in my yard. It had little spots of it which wasn't. He didn't even come to look. He just asked me if I had Poison Ivy. I said "Yeah, it's a yard and there's some." He was like "I like either cut your grass or shovel your snow in the winter." I was like "It's June or July." I'm not really interested in somebody shoveling my snow right now. They got me this guy and he came out and had to look the yard over. They started it. The kid doing it got sick. I asked him to do one part of my yard and he actually did another part of my yard that I asked him not to do. I was going to have a tree cut down and I should just leave the tree alone because I'm having a cut-down. I went out there and he was like "I cut all these branches off. What do you want me to do with them?" They wanted to charge me $75 to get rid of them. He billed me $75 but I called him and I said "No way buddy." I was pretty frustrated by that time because I hired that one guy who never went to come out. Then I hired the second guy. It took him three trips before he ever came to accomplish anything. I have gone my whole summer with my flower bed not being weeded which is what I wanted initially. The job just got bigger and bigger over the summer. It just wasn't really worth it. I would never use them in the future.

They did an excellent job with the mulch beds...they never looked better. We were disappointed that $199 didn't get more projects completed, but that's our fault for not researching the prices for this company. Zero complaints about the work, but we would not use them again based on pricing. We also, will do a better job of researching before we buy another coupon through Angie's List.

The team from Property Pros Land Management LLC did most of the services listed above, but they forgot a few things. I have a flower bed on the edge of our property, which I showed them, but they did not cleanup any of it. They only did the beds surrounding the house. Also, they also forgot to trim several of the bushes around the house. The weeding was OK. However, the team that was doing the service were exceptionally polite and nice.

It went great. They are excellent. They did a good job and few people told me that it was a good job. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I purchased a small package of mulch and flowerbed clean up. Then added sod for my back and side yards, which dramatically increased the price of the job. Property Pros did a fantastic job. I've used them a couple times in the past, and will definitely use them again in the future for jobs large and small.

I was very pleased with their work. Getting this work set up was easy. They even offered to come out before I was ready to use it! When it was time to do the work, they sent a crew out with all materials and equipment with them. They were able to get this all done under the timeframe. I see no room for improvement. I am very happy with the product.

They did a very thorough job. They were professional. They sent out a big crew and were here for 3 hours. There was some gutter damage, which they reported to us.

It went horrible it. I was asking for 3 different yard task originally so I paid for 2 199 specials which was 8 hours of work per special. Well when the gentleman came out to give me the estimate he explained how I could do the majority of the work myself and my money would be best spent with the power washing. I said ok because it needed to be completed asap. Well the day it was suppose to take place know one called me I had to call them and that's when they told me someone had quit and they couldn't come. We reschedule they sent a guy out for 6 hours one day and 3 days later after I called the guy came back to finish the job and spent ather 1hour and 30 mins. So I guess I just lost the rest the my hours,

It was OK. They did what I had hope they would have done. It wasn't outstanding but it wasn't horrible so it was just OK.

They were excellent. Everything they did from the time they committed to be here to the day they arrived, the punctuality was A+. They performed the service exactly as they advertise in the offer.

I obtained 2 quotes for this job and Property Pros was, as i recall, about a 1/3 less than the other one. Based on that and the favorable reviews here I hired them for the job. Josh requested 1/2 down, which I paid and things slowed down from there. Josh gave me a date which passed and did not respond to a phone message. His worker did come out and pressure washed the house, but did not finish. Since he left the power washer at my house and I still owed for half of the job, I thought he would be back. He did come back one day while I was away and picked up the washer. The area left undone was high up on the 2d story of the house, and he needed a taller ladder to reach the area. I did let him use my ladder, but it is not tall enough to get to the top. The part left undone was not easily visible from the street. I called and left a message about part of the job yet to be done and the fact I still owed him some money. No response. A couple weeks later I did receive an invoice and a letter stating that if the bill remained unpaid I would owe a late charge and also giving me a $50 discount "for getting debris off back gutter". I don't know what that was about. I wrote him a letter about this to no avail. I have to say, the work that WAS preformed was good and the unfinished part is not easy to see, and, so, overall I am OK with the work. I am not OK with the absence of communication. Notwithstanding all this I am mailing a check for the balance (as billed w/ the discount) today.

I was very unhappy with their work because the guy who came out and assessed the work told me that edging wasn’t included in that service. So I paid separately for that because I did still want it. We walked around and he told me everything they would do in the 6 hours. He took all kinds of notes but I didn’t look when I signed the paper. When they came out, they didn’t do everything that I was told would be done. The workmen were very nice. I paid a good amount additional for the edging and it didn’t go so well. I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth. I was very unhappy but they told me I signed the paper. I’ve worked with a lot of people off of Angie’s List and have not had a problem like this before. I would never have them back.

Josh promptly came out and gave me an estimate in conjunction with the multiple Angie's List big deals that I had purchased. I needed more work hours and mulch needed to be purchased in addition to the big deals. I asked if I could get a discount by paying cash. He said yes, but that it needed to be cash and not a check. I never got a written quote for the job. I had a hard time getting a receipt after the job was finished and when I finally got one, it did not breakdown the cost of labor and mulch or reflect the total cost of the project.

It worked out well but took longer than we had hoped. But it eventually worked out okay. They charged us extra only because we had used more hours of work.

We provided the mulch, as agreed. They weeded and cleaned up the garden beds across the front of our house. They were on time and the work was done well. The estimator had discussed curved beds but they did not do that but did a well trimmed straight edge. I was there to get the mulch out of the garage before leaving for work, when I got home it looked great, better than this house has looked in the nine years we've lived here. The neighbors love it too. :)

These guys were very easy to work with. They were professional when they assessed the job, making extensive notes and taking photos. I wanted a maintenance free solution but they were honest about the need for maintenance with any solution short of paving. I thought I wanted pavers which they advised me against although pavers would have been a more profitable job for them. When I was unable to give them access on the original start date, they were flexible about rescheduling. I checked their pricing with my brother who is a landscaper on the west coast. His response was "Go for it. I wouldn't want to do it that cheap." I will definitely be calling them for more work in the spring.

They came and did the work. No fuss no problems. We would use them again.

Purchased AL big deals (2) for landscape maintenance. Josh came out for estimate and seemed to understand all of our needs. we had a large flowerbed by our pool where the mulch had hardened and turned into large sheets that he recommended be removed. He asked if the old mulch could be placed in the brushy fence row behind our house. I said no. We were going to have a fence placed back there after another company cleared the brush to the property line. It took about 6 weeks from accepting the estimate for work to begin, I assume because of all the big deals they were fulfilling. In the meantime, brush was cleared and our fence was installed. Property Pros showed up to do the work, when they were almost finished, Josh called and said they'd run out of mulch and we'd have to pay for more. i hate confrontation, and agreed. I was pleased overall with the work done, though I noticed they skimped on the mulch in the large window boxes for our basement daylight windows. It looked as if they just tossed some down from above (it was all over the plants, not underneath them) but I fixed that up myself. Also, they just laid our stepping stones on top of the new mulch (they previously were recessed) causing the door to our gate to be unable to open/close. Hubby has to fix that. The kicker is this: our backyard neighbor came over the next day and asked if we had dumped on her property. My husband took a look and sure enough Property Pros had dumped our old mulch on her property!!! The property line is marked by permanent rebar stakes and the bright pink ribbon on wood stakes was still present from when we had the property lines marked for fencing. I was livid!!! I contacted Joshua right away and told him to fix it now! We'd never even met that neighbor and I had said 'no' to the dumping. He had someone come bag the mulch and remove it, then promptly charged US for the removal. After seeing my original report on their work, Josh contacted me. He agreed to refund the amount that was charged for hauling/dumping the old mulch since it was his mistake. Therefore, I amended my report.

They were not here for the time stated on the Big Deal. When they were here they were sitting on my porch smoking cigarettes, so I asked them to clean up the leaves in the back yard and they still only cleaned up the front yard. They did not put in the 8 man-hours that were promised in the deal. I called to complain, but they never returned my call.

Responsive provider. Overall quality was just ok, though. Seemed like a rushed job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. There were no significant upcharges. They were hard workers. I got full value for the time they spent.

They did very well. I was very pleased with the job they did.

They are prompt, not overpriced, and do a good job.
