They came out today approximately 2 hours earlier than scheduled, and called me at my office to talk about the work. I was going into a meeting, and he would not just communicate with me via texting. He said that he had a lot of other things that they needed to do in the yard above the deal. He said he would send me an invoice, but he hasn't yet. I just wanted to have the yard cleaned up, not to be upsold. I am not using this company for the work. ----------------------------------------------- Subject: Re: Estimate from Property Pros Land Management, LLC Date: Fri, 4 Apr 2014 14:59:24 +0000 (UTC) From: To:
[email protected] Keith - This was a terrible experience. I have never had such a miss in expectations from a purchase made through Angie's List. It has always been: 1) a phone call within 24 hours, 2) work scheduled within 24 hours, 3) work completed in 5 business days or less. I was given the impression that the 6 hours of work to clean up leaves and downed limbs and haul away would be COMPLETED yesterday - not that I would get pestered during work from phone calls, texts trying to sell me something I didn't buy. And to show up early and frighten my pet sitter just added to the heap. I have cancelled the Angie's List deal. Please do not contact me again. Thank you on Apr 04, 2014, Property Pros Land Management, LLC <

Please note that in order for the work to be scheduled, a 50% down payment is required and a signed copy of the estimate returned via USPS, fax, or scanned email. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We look forward to working with you! Sincerely, Keith Harvey General Manager Property Pros Land Management, LLC ----------------------------------------------- Received Via Text 04/04/2014 - 8:33 pm I am sorry you viewed yesterday's initial walk around as a "terrible experience" I can see how other big deals could be so quick to execute because normally they are smaller companies trying to gain a client base. With multiple super service awards and over 350 reports This is not the case for our company as we are actively involved in the creation processes for Angie's list (Angie's list technology advisory board 2013-present) .We have successfully ran big deals from its start and do so as a request due to praised years of execution of the large number of purchases. I am sure you did not expect your landscaper to know who you are,but it is a small world . Your high level career probably demands your full attention during the day. For interrupting your day I am sorry. I am the owner of the Company and take pride in my commitment to customer service and company execution. I personally feel like I was completely disrespected . Everyone has bad days ,I understand this fact so my intent was to counter the first impression with a discount for services provided. This mornings email showed me that this was not a bad day,but in fact the way you would continue to treat my staff and I. I appreciate you canceling the Angie's list deal and we are sorry you feel it is ok to treat people in such a manner on the phone or in person trying to provide you service for your home. I know you could probably care less but just felt very Disrespected , almost as I was beneath you. Please know our intent through the process was to provide for you. If we fell short I again apologize . Also in our defense it was lighting and thunderstorms on the day you expected job completion .that would mean staring the job at 2pm-to finish at 8pm in the evening?your frightened dog sitter was 40 min late and told me not to say anything . Your welcome. Best wishes, Josh Springer
