Description of Work: Very pleasant, professional and punctual people. We purchased a maintenance contract and had a new lights and filter kit for our whole house air cleaner installed (we have a very expensive but excellent air cleaner). Excellent service and prices. Could not be nicer people. Please feel confident in calling them.

Description of Work: I most recently had them relight the pilot light on the water heater (cause it was a new house to me and yes i felt stupid that i had to call them). The man not only fixed that but also corrected a drainage problem i had that i didn't even know was fixable (simple fix, no charge, and he just did it cause he saw it needed done). I have used them for everything i can have them do for me for the past 16 years. I've always been exceedingly happy with them. they're polite and professional and do good work. they're kind when you're in a pickle and get to you faster.

+ 1 moreI have no reason to think they are over priced. The peace of mind factor to me is that when I need them they are available to fix my problems.
Description of Work: I have an annual service contract with them for air conditioning, heating and servicing my natural gas generator. Recently the electronic air filter 'died'. They checked with the manufacturer and learned that it was still under warranty: no charge! I use them for Plumbing and Electrical as well. My Dad started with them 40+ years ago. We have no qualms leaving them 'unwatched' and having them lock the house on the way out.

Description of Work: Used them for more than twenty years. They are extremely reliable and not as expensive as most. Family owned, not sold out to larger companies. Always take care of the problem. Many years ago, an untrained service man really messed up the furnace, they rebuilt whole furnace for free.
