Ross Cleaning & Restoration

I was extremely pleased with the service. The service man, Paul, was very polite and friendly, as was Adam when I talked to him on the phone. Paul did an excellent job cleaning the dryer vent, servicing it from both inside and outside (on the roof). He explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up all the mess when he was finished. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone considering any cleaning or restoration projects. I will certainly use them again, and will not even bother to call anyone else.

Ross Restoration was very thorough. They removed all porous items from the basement and hauled them away. Everything was thoroughly cleaned to remove mold. Then an anti-mold paint was applied.

Adam Ross and his services are phenomenal! We installed all new carpeting when we moved into our house 5 years ago. My husband rented the typical carpet cleaning machines from the usual large stores at least 1x per year, however, our carpet in the large living room and 2 sets of stairs and large landings have been terrible. We own 2 large dogs and one of them has terrible allergies to grass and pollen. Despite the allergy treatments and usual medications to help him through the seasons, he still licks he feet, legs and body, which creates an awful smell that permeates deep into the carpet and probably the padding. The only thing that would get the smell out was Nature's Miracle, however, in order to use that properly and effectively, we had to buy at least 6 gallons of it to cover such large areas, which equated to spending several hundreds of dollars at least twice/year, plus this created a lot of down time as the product must dry completely (sometimes taking days) before the smell is gone. We decided to try out a Big Deal from Angie's List and it was the best decision ever! Adam showed up and I explained our dilemma; I pointed out the areas of major concern and he could obviously see the high traffic areas. He pre-treated all areas, especially the areas of major concern. We followed all of Adam's directions to ensure the best outcome and our carpet looked and smelled better than brand new by the time it was fully dried. My husband even laid down face first in the middle of our living room; he buried his face in the carpeting and said, "Mmmmm, it smells sooo good". I have never in my life seen my husband do this - if you knew my husband, you would know exactly how impressive that action and response was. Needless to say, we will definitely be using Adam's services again. He was very courteous, friendly, professional, and a joy to do business with. Thank you, ADAM!

With the high temp of the warm they |used - they were able to take out some spilled candle wax out of the carpet. We thought they did a great job. We will differently used then again in the future.

Their work was fine. My material wasn’t exactly in the best shape. They came in and did the job as good as they could. They were very professional. I was surprised because they looked so young but they said that they have been doing this kind of work for several years. They also cleaned the rug beneath the couch and sofa. I would definitely call them back in the future.

They advised that I should have run my sweeper before they cleaned the carpet due to dog hair. Other cleaning firms did sweep the carpet as part of their service. I was rather surprised to learn that they expected me to do this before they arrived. Otherwise, the service was great.

The carpet looks like new and Ross was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Everything went great except for the dryer vent. He said it was like going through a brick. We really appreciate the hard work he did!!!

It worked out fine. I had additional services and I think I paid another $125. I had a couple of places that needed some extra cleaning and so they came back and fixed those. They did not charge me for that. I think that the service was good. They were on time.

Called to confirm appointment; arrived on time; took necessary precautions to not damage house with tools; two men were themselves, neat and clean; cleaned carpet thoroughly and efficiently; began blowing first area dry with industrial fans before moving to other areas; explained when we could walk on the carpet, when to vacuum the carpet again and asked if we had any questions.

We had them to clean carpet before we move in the house. He cleaned the carpet and two rugs and even cleaned carpet inside closets and storage area also. We used coupon on Angieslist. Service was good and we'd usw them again.

We got a special price through Angie's List - $139 for 5 rooms. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on the way and when he would arrive. He arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. The carpet is old and we were hoping to get some more life out of it by having it professionally cleaned. We wondered whether some of the stains would come out. He did a thorough job and the carpet looked very nice and clean when he was done. The worst stain was barely noticeable and the rest were completely gone. We were very happy with the results. It was well worth the money.

This is the 2nd time we've used this company and we will never use another company again! Adam is very professional, prompt, and fair with his pricing. He takes pride in his work and does a wonderful job. We have some older carpets in the upstairs of our home and they are like new when Adam is finished.

Explained the process and conducted the tests as described and within the timeframes discussed. Came back with the results and and reviewed them with me. Found nothing wrong in the home. I felt they were honest and strived to do a professional job.

Adam serviced my Dryer vent. He was very punctual, and followed up with us very well about the appointment (when we requested a quote he called right away to give us the quote, and called the day of the appointment to ask if he could arrive 15 minutes early). I originally thought it would be a routine dryer vent cleaning, but after Adam started he discovered the vent was completely blocked. It took a lot of extra effort on his part to unclog the blockage, but he did a great job and was very professional the whole time. He kept the area around the dryer clean while working, and although he pulled enough lint to fill a 5 gallon bucket no dust or lint filled the air as he was working. Very professional, courteous, and thorough. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Have always used another larger carpet cleaning company in the past, but through an Angie's list big deal thought I would try another. Based on the reviews from Angie's list this looked like a good company and the reviews were correct! Great! Best our carpets have looked after a cleaning. Our home was larger than what the deal allowed, however the guys went ahead and covered the areas we needed cleaned at the deal price. Super customer service. I was very satisfied with this company and will definitely use them again in the future!!

Adam called me ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive. They arrived on time were very professional. Adam even went out and purchased new screws to better hold up the vents when they reinstalled them. Top notch company.

I was having a new furnace installed after my original coal burner, (had been converted to gas many years ago) crapped out This unit was installed in 1946 when the house was built. The heat exchange finally cracked and developed a hole. My HVAC guy suggested I have the ducts cleaned before the installation of the NEW Furnace (Trane 95% with upgraded air cleaner and April Air Humidifier). So I checked on Angies List and found that Ross was offering a discount special so I called them. Ross cleaned ALL the ducts on both floors of the house by using a cordless drill and a slick spinning brush with multiple extensions so that they could get keep into the duct. This tool was used to break loose all the crap that might be stuck on the interior of the ducts. During the cleaning of the ducts a negative air machine is running in the basement. The negative air extraction is attachied to both the main supply trunk and the return air just above the filter before the fan motor. Also on the inlet side of the negative air machine is a filter and he can show you what they removed from your duct work. They were extremely polite, very professional, and the owner and one other man did the job. They spent 4hrs doing my 67 year old house and the price they charged was very fair. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one needing their ducts clean. P.S. They also cleaned my dryer vent at no additional cost.
