The technician was prompt and preformed the service very quickly. He went directly to the door, repaired it, and left. The whole thing probably took him about half an hour, tops. No small talk. I liked that! I would have tipped him for it but he was moving so fast I don't think he would have taken the time to grab the cash from my hand.

I found the company on Angie's List and this was the first time I had used them for my home. My experience was very good. After they inspected my door, they were able to adjust some things and the problem was fixed. We had no problem getting an appointment, also.

Although the ordering process was slightly delayed, everything else was excellent. They are a very professional Company to work with. Product is absolutely beautiful.

The serviced was fine. They were prompt and got right out to take care of the issue. They came when they said they would and were within the quote.

I think Overhead Door Company of Fort Wayne Inc did an outstanding job. They were helpful. First of all the salesperson was very helpful in recommending what we ought to get. What we received were two new garage doors with one new opener. They were very good as far as cleanup. There were a couple of nuts and a bolt that I found on the floor when I was sweeping up but that was all. When I asked about putting in additional outside operator switch with a code, a number pad, he happened to have one in the truck and installed it on the spot. They took good care of us. Last night I went to the operator's manual and checked everything that had to be done for safety and it is obvious that they did that well.

There was a glitch after the initial visit, but they returned and made it work.

They did what they said they would do and $85 was their minimum charge. I have no complaint and I'm happy with them. They did an okay job. I'm just disappointed that I looked for the corroded wiring and didn't manage to find it myself.

The seals was replaced but i dont think the technician paid attention to detail as i noticed that the workmanship was sloppy and a small part of the seal was torn.

Their price was excellent. Their guarantee was good. They installed it really well and quickly. I would use them in the future.

Replaced broken spring on garage door. Showed up next day and replaced. Quality work, punctual, pleasant and professional. Will use again if garage door work is needed.

They estimator was helpful and explained the various door options and costs. The installer came exactly when scheduled, and finished ahead of schedule. The door is perfectly aligned and looks beautiful. I had also considered buying a door from a big box company and hiring the installation, but that would have cost about the same. I highly recommend Overhead Door.

They would have came out on Saturday, but for overtime pricing. They came on Monday and fixed opener. Technician was outstanding. Explained/showed what the issue was. Very professional. This is the second time we have used this company. Will continue to use in future!

We called them and a man came here to our house. He showed us what was available. We liked what we saw and picked up what we liked and what we could afford. It went very well. They were very clean and very thorough. They were courteous and helpful. They gave us choices and when we chose the features that we liked, the man gave us options on the windows so that we could have windows on the door or not. He showed us different kinds of styles and different kinds of colors. He was very helpful with the color on the door. I had thought of one color and he had thought of another and when he put it in, what he suggested was right. They didn't try to stick us with one door. They gave us a choice on the doors and the windows. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

We had not had the garage doors inspected for a couple of years, so called the Overhead Door Co. to maintain the doors that were installed by them when we had the house built. An appointment was scheduled at our convenience, and the work was done in a very professional manner. Dillon was informative, competent and very polite. We were really surprised at the improvement in the operation of the doors - smoother, quieter, etc. Will definitely call on a more regular schedule to have them maintained.

The job ended up taking longer than usual because we had some problems getting materials, but it was not their fault. Everything went really well, their was just one misunderstanding, but they took care of it. It took a few weeks to finish but it was very operable and we have not had any problems after.

We got up to go to work in the morning and one of the heavy duty garage door springs had broken so the automatic garage door would not work. I called Overhead Door at 8AM and they said they would have a repairman to the house shortly to replace the spring. By noon the repairman hadn't arrived and there was no call from the office letting me know his status. I called the office and they said that there was one call ahead of me and that he would be at my home next. He arrived about an hour later. The repairman was efficient and finished the work quickly. My only small complaints are that the office could have kept me better informed and the repairman could have been a little more outgoing. The cost was reasonable and there was an additional 10% off coupon in the phone book yellow pages. Overall a very good experience.

Our garage door would not open. A very nice man came out sooner than I expected. He replaced a broken spring and offered to replace the second spring which he said would probably break within the next year (because they only last about 7 years). I got a huge discount by getting the second one done now and saved $22 because I had a 10% off coupon from the phone book. I was very pleased with the gentleman and the way he conducted himself, and that he made the repair in such a timely manor.

The serviceman arrived within the 2 hour window that was stated, and helped me decide to have the seals on both garage doors replaced. The seals and retainers were replaced, the doors recalibrated, motors inspected, and operation checked. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised that the doors operate in a much smoother and quieter way than before, and of course varmints are hopefully sealed out.

They installed a door back in 1997 for us and the only reason that we needed this one so soon is because there was a manufacturer problem. They did everything with this door free of charge because of the problem. We were very happy about everything and we think they are a wonderful company.
