They took measurements of the front windshield for a stepvan and custom cut and tinted the glass. INCREDIBLE job!!!

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I had made an appointment to have my windshield replaced for a cost of $250. When I Arrived I gave the employee, who discribed herself as the office manager a coupon from Angies List for $25. She looked at the computer and said that I could either use the $25 coupon and pay $380 or not use it and pay $250. I asked her way would want to do that. I suggested to her that she tell the owners of the business not to show the $25 coupon on Angie's List since no one would benefit. When I got the first estimate it wasn't presented as a special discount so I thought it could be used. I guess she thought that I was personally attacking her because she said I could either have the work done or leave which I did. I was a bank president at a small community most of my career and knew the importance of customer service and always felt that the customer was always right. I also believe that attitude starts at the top.

GREAT! My insurance company referred me to them. Called on Saturday, got in on Monday! They estimated an hour to install and got it done early! The staff is wonderful and my window looks great! I highly recommend them!

I really liked their secretary. She went out of the way to find information that other companies couldn't do. The work turned out fine.

We were able to make an appointment very quickly after our initial call. Could have been same day but we weren't available. Mobile service wasn't available to us because the weather was very cold and we didn't have a heated garage, so we had to take it to their shop. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. They provided an estimate by phone, which was really helpful. The appointment itself took less than an hour, so we waited while they did the work. Everyone we worked with was very friendly, and they did good work (no problems with the new windshield so far). The only complaint we have is that we weren't allowed to use the Angie's List coupon. When we presented it, we were told that the price quote and quot;already was 60% offand quot; and couldn't be combined with the coupon. We didn't have any way of verifying whether this was really the case, and we thought the total price was reasonable, so we went ahead with the work. It would just be a good idea to have a better procedure for using the coupon so the customer knows for certain whether it will be in addition to the estimate given by phone. This is the only reason for giving a and quot;Band quot; on professionalism. We'd use them again and would recommend them to friends.

Less than 4 months after paying $300 for a new windshield it got a chip that immediately created a small crack. When I spoke with the owner over the phone about fixing it he stated they likely wouldnt because of the crack and he said we would need to buy a new windshield. I am very confused as they advertise they provide a warranty for a year and cover all chips. We went ahead and took it in for him to see and he refused to help. In other words their warranty is catch because most and quot;chipsand quot; will quickly cause a crack. I feel mislead, and let down. I would not recommend them to anyone. I wish I would have taken this vehicle where I took my other, I won't make the mistake of going back to perfect auto glass ever again.

Like I mentioned, if you need work done quick and right, these are the people to go to. I receive a quote from some of the larger companies in Indy that I am guessing just tried to take advantage of my deductible. Other quotes I received were all over $550. Great honest company to work with.

This company was just awesome. From the lovely women who answered our calls, made arrangements for dispatch, found glass fast, and the excellent installer, they all went above and beyond the call of duty. This place was just fantastic! We will definitely use them again and recommend to others. Thank you!

Very well. Called in the morning, Perfection called to confirm appointment and entire windshield changed by 5PM. The service was excellent.

The service was excellent. I called on Monday and was able to arrange on Thursday to have them come to my house to fix my windshield. It took no more than 30 minutes. I was given clear instructions on removing the tape and when I could wash the car. I would definitely use this service again if needed. Its very convenient to have them come to you.

I needed to have my windshield of my van replaced and was looking for companies. I had originally gone and received an on-line quote through Safe-Lite of $350. After reading reviews on Angie's list, I noticed one reviewer noted that Perfection Auto Glass was about half the price as Safe-Lite. I called Perfection Auto earlier in the month and they gave me a quote of $211! I was amazed. I asked the lady who answered the phone at Perfection Auto to save the quote. After speaking to my husband, I called a couple weeks later to schedule time to have it replaced. I chose to have the mobile service, which there is no additional charge for. I called on a Friday and they told me they could install it on Monday, only a few days later!!! That was impressive. I received a call mid-morning from the Perfection Auto company technician stating he was on his way. He came, and parked next to the car and came to the house to confirm the car to replace the windshield. The van wasn't parked next to the house because the condo community had house painters in the area so my car was parked across the street. The technician told me that It would take about 45 minutes to install and sure enough, that is all it took. He came back to the house when finished and I had an Angie's List coupon for $25 off as well so the final amount was less than $200. The technician told me about the warranty as well. I was very pleased overall and would use them again in the future and I even have recommended them already.

They did a good job and they did it pretty promptly. Insurance took care of both of them.

I called around to price a windshield for my daughters 96 Honda Accord. Perfection Glass was by FAR the best price. I called on Monday and they were willing to come that day!! The vehicle wasn't at home so we set it up for Tuesday. Tony called and I met him at my home to replace the windshield. Tony was very professional and very knowledgeable about his service as I watched and asked a ton of questions! Tony was also a lot of fun, after the price and meeting Tony there is NO DOUBT that I would use Perfection Glass again. I would also ask for Tony!! GREAT GUY!!!

Excellent job, + got all the broken glass pieces my husband missed. Less expensive than others I called.

Great service, great price, about half the price of safelite. The lady at the desk is very friendly and personal. The coupon from Angie's list was accepted too.

They glued down a seal that had come loose at top of windshield. No waiting, very thorough. Didn't charge me.

I called for an estimate,made an appointment and took my car in. It was finished right on time.

Our rear windshield was destroyed by hail. I called the office at 4:45pm on a Friday (they close at 5pm) and was able to get an 8am appointment Monday (they are closed Sat/Sun). Their estimate was about $200 cheaper than any of the other places I called. The receptionist was helpful and cheerful, the shop was very clean and the work was completed in an hour.

Anyway the door was taken apart and put back the right way with no problems or back talk and then the handle was working fine. The window worked, the glass was even and sturdy.

Out of courtesy they did this all for free! What nice people and a great company! The company owner is Gary, who is a very kind man and explained everything that he would do..
