I was very pleased with Klean-Serv. Trent provided a quick estimate after walking with me throughout the house and was able to clean it on the spot. The carpet cleaning was very good overall, restoring our carpet to a consistent look (no dirty/worn looking areas). There were a few stains that he wasn't able to remove, but that is what I expected because I don't think ANYONE could remove these (a black candle wax stain, for example). Overall, I was very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to call Trent again for carpet cleaning.

Carpet was cleaned, and large fans and dehumidifiers were placed in various corners of our long basement. I think we had the equipment in our basement for 48 hours. The best part? After all was said and done, no dampness, and NO ODOR. I would call Trent anytime. It's now been around 2 months, and still no odor. Honest and hard working guy too.

We were very pleased overall with the service provided. Trent went above and beyond to squeeze us into his busy schedule so that we could get our carpets cleaned in time to move in to our new house the following weekend. (Another company we had called for an estimate had canceled on us twice and I needed to find someone at the last minute.) We especially appreciated the extra care he gave to our oriental rugs. He brought them to his shop to clean just to be sure they received the proper detailed cleaning on the fringed ends. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the overall price for the job was fair given the short time line and large amount of work involved. In addition, the estimate given was exactly what was charged for the job. We would definitely hire this company again in the future and will highly recommend to our friends.

Trent was great. My carpet looked and felt great after he cleaned it. He was able to get some tough pet stains out that we had struggled with.

I WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE APPT ON MY DAY OFF, WHICH WAS GREAT. TRENT ARRIVED ON TIME, GAVE US AN ESTIMATE, AND STARTED CLEANING MY CARPETS IN MY HOUSE. THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT. Called and got appointment for later in same week. Trent came to give an estimate and I went ahead and had him clean right then. The carpets are older and have lots of stairs and he was able to get the majority of them out. Trent was very friendly and I felt he went above and beyond the job.

Arrived promptly. Did a great job. I have used him before and he is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used.

My wife called Klean Serv on the recommendation of AL and Trent answered on the first call. He immediately worked us in even though he was swamped with business due to the weather, Easter and flooded basements. He arrived promptly and efficiently cleaned all our carpets. We had several tough stains and he removed them all. Trent at Klean Serv was professional, provided great service and did a great overall job. Highly recommended!

Trent came earlier than the time I expected him. He did a thorough cleaning of all areas and was very professional. My carpets look fresh and clean. I would definitely use him again to clean my carpets.

It went perfect. Trent took the time to make sure he saw and understood every item we wanted cleaned. He advised us on our wool rug (which he cleaned at a low temperature). He cleaned 36 X 16 basement carpet, stairs, 2 upholstered chairs, 2 8X10 rugs, a 14 foot runner and a small carpeted room. Not only did he do a outstanding job, he did it with no homeowner "babysitting". We will use Trent again.

Trent was very professional from start to finish. He was very passionate on the phone about his company, his equipment, and the job he performs. You can definately tell he takes pride in his work and wants to deliver the best value to his customers. I gave Trent a try this year based on my conversation with him on the phone and the passion he had for his business. I will be using Trent and Klean Serv moving forward as my carpets/couches have never looked better. The equipment Trent uses is very powerful, which helps clean the carpet, but also allows the carpet to try in a few hours.

Our dog had decided that the dining room was the place to "go" so we needed the carpets cleaned. Trent was able to come in just a few days so no long wait! He quoted a good price and we had the carpets cleaned. Our dog has a very oily coat and the carpets were looking pretty rough. Let me tell you they look great now. Brand new! Trent was very prompt and professional. I will be using Klean-Serv next time I need the carpets cleaned!

I am a realtor and needed the carpeting cleaned in this home. Trent came out within 3 days and cleaned the whole house for $210. It was an effort to save this out of state homeowner from replacing the carpeting before putting it on the market. It worked. The carpeting looked brand new. And it was pretty dirty! The large traffic areas perked up and all the wear and tear seemed to disappear. I've recommended Trent to all my clients and have never had one complaint in over 8 years. He does a great job, is very professional and has a great attitude.

My small dog had really done a job on the one room. Trent showed up about 10 minutes early, took about an hour or so and did a great job! My parents were coming in that weekend and everything looked brand new - even the dog spots. I have used him before and wouldn't use anyone else.

Trent, owner, got here on time and went to work immediately helping me move furniture so he could get to all the carpet that needed cleaning. He is efficient and works systematically. I agree his equipment is state of the art, as the carpets were not excessively wet when he left and they dried within 2-4 hours. Our Lazyboy chairs & couches took longer to dry, over night. He did a great job, spots that were difficult to remove, he was able to get out. I definitely will use his service again.

Owner arrived 5 minutes early and was very professional. We looked at each room as I pointed out spots and problem areas. The cleaning took an hour. I examined each room and was very pleased with the results. The carpets were clean, soft and like new, very little odor. The carpet dried in a few hours. I will definitely use this company again. I'm sure you can find a better price, however this is the company to use.

Trent was fast, professional, and conscientious. There were several areas with stains which they treated before cleaning and the stains came right out. They also cleaned the tile flooring and it looks as good as new. All this work was done on a day when we received 4-5 inches of snow. Despite the weather, Trent was on-time and done earlier than originally estimated. They did a good job of not tracking the weather into the home and literally cleaning the floor as they exited the home.

Called Trent at Klean Serve and he came the same week. Have used for a few years. Always on time, great work and fair price. Also has new tool for tile floors and that looked great too.
