Description of Work: We purchased the "thorough house cleaning" special for complete cleaning of up to a 3500 sq. foot house, which we have. Regardless of how long it took, the $350.00 covered it all. Three house cleaners showed up at 9:30, the scheduled time, and worked diligently for 6.5 hours! We are senior citizens and can no longer do the "deep cleaning", like base boards, window sills, etc. They not only dusted (including knick knacks, pictures on the wall, and built in bookshelves with 200+ books)and vacuumed everywhere, they scoured the bath and kitchen fixtures until they gleamed. They did everything as advertised, cleaning blinds, base boards, ceiling fans, etc. Over the years, I have periodically hired house cleaners and have always been somewhat disappointed in the work. Not with this company! They were wonderful, thorough, and hard working. They also brought all cleaning supplies, including two vacuums. We will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: This is our 2nd time using Indy Latina Maid. In both cases, we purchased a 4-hour housecleaning. Overall, timeliness and professionalism is very good. But two things are concerning and occurred both times. First, our house is 'small' at just under 1,700 square feet. With other cleaning companies, they were able to finish our house in under 4 hours. For both of our experiences with ILM, they did not finish either time AND in both cases, asked for an additional $20 to finish. Given this happened the second time, I actually believe they might be doing this on purpose to raise the price. Second, the overall quality is good, but when I would run my hand across various furniture or window sills... both times found dust in places that should have been easily cleaned. Does feel a little like you get what you pay for.

+ -1 moreI paid for the big deal which was 2 people for 4 hours each. Was told they should be able to clean one bedroom and bath upstairs and the masterbath and bedroom as well as getting the office, dining room, kitchen, hall bath, foyer and living room. This included cleaning the blinds, window sills, vacuuming and entire bathroom cleaning. Unfortunately, in 6 hours they were not able to get to the one bedroom and hall bath upstairs or the hall bathroom down stairs. It was an additional $40 per hour so ended up paying more than what i wanted to and they didn't end up getting to everything that I wanted. The areas that were cleaned were done very well and very professionally. Unfortunately, they were slower than they said the would be prior to starting. I would use them again but I would want a better estimate, up front, of how long the actual work would take.

+ -1 moreI had all my room sized Persian rugs removed from the house. While they were gone, the maids came and did a deep cleaning before Spring. I was at work, but my roommate showed them around. They mopped all the hardwoods with Murphy's Oil Soap, cleaned the baseboards, baths kitchen, and dusted. I would definitely use this service again. They were easy to schedule and I was pleased with the results.
Description of Work: The service sent two maids for four hours for a total of eight hours work.
