Excellent, beautiful job. Careful to not damage or dirty interior of house. Installers professional. Good clean up. Installation and product looks good. Time will tell o performance and durability.

I just called to schedule an appointment to get information about doors, options, etc. Because my wife works during the day, they insisted on an evening or weekend to meet with both of us, despite being told repeatedly that we have no evenings or weekends free for at least the next month. They absolutely refused to come out during the day to meet with just me. I even told them that it didn't matter because we weren't going to make a final decision at a first meeting anyway. Absolutely ridiculous!!

They answered all my questions. The serviceman, Bob Green, was very helpful. They cleaned up well. They showed me how to open the windows and informed me that if I needed help they would come out and show me again.

The experience was great. There were no surprises, the workers were informative and nice. The process went smoothly. They cleaned up after themselves and the windows look great.

It did not go well. I left a voice mail message and sent them an email which, they said would be responded to within 2 business days. After a few days without a response, I left a message for them once more. They finally responded a day later, but I had already found another company for the repairs.

From sales to the installers they went out of their way to please us. We are pleased with the quality of the work.

We thought the work was exceptional. The detail and everything done with putting it up, finishing of it, we were more than pleased! Followed-through on everything we requested.

The price was much higher than we were anticipating. They were punctual and they showed up on time. Professionalism was pretty good until the point where we told the cost. The gentleman got a little frustrated when we said we weren't going to go through the project. The cost was not disclosed until the end of the meeting. It would have saved time and effort if the cost was mentioned up front. Had we known it was going to be that high of a cost we would not have gone through with the full length of the meeting.

The installers they used were a pleasure. With most service companies, I usually like the salespeople and then the service workers do a mediocre job or are just difficult to deal with. I found Faerber to be the opposite. The installation crew they sent out were friendly, professional, quick, and did an amazing job installing the windows. The guy who seemed to be running the show, Bill, was excellent. That said, the two salespeople I worked with were difficult. I had to nag to get the saleperson to keep the process moving. After a few weeks of stalled progress, I got in contact with Pam, co-owner of the company, and it was smooth sailing from that point forward. She took care of me and I appreciated the personal attention she gave, considering how large the company is.

It went well. They came out on time, did everything in one day, and cleaned up after themselves. I had wallpaper in all rooms and they did not damage any of it. We love the windows and doors! I also liked that the door and screen had keys and locked. We had to have one window replaced via warranty and they were very punctual in this process.

The representative who came to provide an estimate for replacement doors was professional and knowledgeable of his product. He took appropriate measurements and answered all of my questions thoroughly. When it came to pricing, however, he said they had a "two-tier" or "three-tier" pricing system (I don't remember precisely). The initial price he quoted was over $9,000, which was almost double some of my other estimates. Then he said there were certain discounts for that month only which brought the price down into the $4,000+ range. These particularly good discounts were designed to induce me to make an immediate decision. Later on the next month, in April, I received a phone call from another representative who said her sales manager had authorized her to offer a 50% discount off the original price. I think that the actual product and installation would have been of good quality and the final price would have been reasonable and in line with other estimates I received. However, I do not appreciate this method of doing business. I appreciate an original estimate that is reasonable and a single firm price.

Their estimate was very high compared to other estimates, so I took my business elsewhere.

The work was done by a man and his son. They were wonderful to work with and did an excellent job. They also did some extra things like taking down and rehanging blinds.

The installation crew (2 men) were very prompt, very professional, yet very friendly. They were informative, explaining precisely what had to be done and we discussed all the little "glitches" that popped up. They really knew their jobs and were very good at it.

The sales person was 25 mins. late to begin the evening. No call to say he would be late, only a lame apology when he arrived. I had asked to see vinyl casement replacement windows, he immediately started showing me a fibercast window by Andersen, no vinyl and no casement. The Andersen window was a good product, but too expensive for my budget. There was no estimate sheet that would be left with me other than a hand written cost and there discounted price and for the vinyl windows the price was 1/2 of the full cost of the Andersen window. Needless to say I didn't go with Faeber. Also, they were real pushy about my wife being there at the sales call. She was unavailable that night. I told them either they wanted to sell me windows or they didn't, once that was said their tune changed. This is very annoying to me.

They were insessent about getting my business. They hounded me for business through email and phone calls.
