I was not that impressed. It was overpriced. They told me the windows needed to be completely replaced and not repaired. I found later that was wrong. They are dual pane windows that leak air. They are not good quality. They left the job part;ly done. When we contacted them regarding that issue and we did not get a returned phone call.

The service was okay. My concern was the way the porch was set up and I knew the project would require framing work. They did not include framing in the estimate but another bid I received did include the framing work. The estimate I received would have been higher in the end. I felt they should have given me more information in order for me to make an accurate decision.

I called this provider in November and they finally completed the work last week. Their installation crew was extremely un professional. They did not arrive on time or stay long. It required many trips throughout the day. The Vice President of the company and to complete the job. He even had to do the work twice. I still had their finished work redone. If I could do it over again, I would not use this provider. I would not recommend their services either.

We have a 1950s stone house that needed windows replaced and up grading. I was really happy with them. They were prompt, clean, and I had a conversation with them about something that needed to be fixed and they did that with no problem. The also washed the windows after they were finished. They were reliable and good people to work with. The sales man Matt Waters was a good person to work with.

I was very satisfied. I was waiting forever to get a bid from Ace on Angie's List and they were over $4000 so I went with these guys. The guy that came out to give the bid was Bob Poteet is the owner. The carpenter was Jim Keogh and Mathias Frankie was the painter. They both did very careful work and they installed cedar so that it would rot out as quickly as the pine and installed metal flashing at the bottom so if there was water it wouldn't cause rotting. I am very happy with them and would use them again in an instant.

I had gone to the Indianapolis Home Show for the purpose of finding several high quality companies that provided replacement windows. The Bee Windows representative at the show was knowledgeable and was able to arrange an appointment for a salesperson to come to my home the next day. The representative was punctual and spent about an hour on his first visit. He toured the house making notes of the sizes and number of windows. He described the various window types available, showed me pictures and brochures, and answered all of my various questions. He set up a date to return with a final estimate and said he would bring actual samples of the windows. He returned as scheduled and double checked measurements and window counts. He showed me the different products and how they worked. I had requested three different price scenarios, since I wasn't sure if I wanted to to do all of the windows at once, do the front and then the back, or just do the 10 most necessary. The representative provided all of that and also discussed the different price levels based on whether I signed up that day or at another time. I was very pleased with the quality of the windows and with the salesman. I did not feel pressured at all and felt that I had been provided with good information. The only down side was the different pricing issue based on signing that day. I chose to go with another company that had a lower overall cost, that was not contingent on signing "that day," but same high quality product, and that would perform some additional work (i.e. removing and reinstalling window blinds) and at no additional cost. Based on my experience with Bee Windows, I could easily recommend them.

I had them put in windows in my house years ago and they are still very good. I decided to use them again in 2010 for another home. I got alot of estimates and they matched my lowest one. They are very experienced as well.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. First off the sales call was very good and he was at our house for over 3 hours going over all details of the job. After we signed the contract and picked out our windows they scheduled someone to come out and measure all of the windows to get them on order. This was done the week after our initial sales call. Then it was only 3 weeks until our windows came in to be installed. The two guys that did the installation work did an excellent job. They explained everything before they started and then welcomed my questions as they were removing the old windows and putting in the new. They also found some rot under one window and completely removed all of the bad wood and added in new wood under the window. I was highly impressed with how the outside of the windows were finished out. Everything was very clean and well-sealed. The job took the two installers just under 8 hours to complete. Other than the new windows and trim you would have never know they were there. Everything was cleaned up and the old windows were hulled away. Very pleased with the whole experienced and appreciated the small touches of customer service that Bee Windows did. We received a nice note in the mail after we signed the contract thanking us for the business. Then after the project was completed I talked to the owner and she asked me how everything went. Nice touches and excellent customer service during the whole process.

Carl was our sales representative who sold us the sunroom. He was very professional and worked within our timeframe of when we wanted the work done. The crew was tremendous; meticulous to detail, conscientous, and great with clean up.

Everything was excellent. The windows were custom-sized. The owner called me directly to make sure I was happy with the work. I'd have them back again. They were wonderful to work with. We have a 7? x 7? picture window that was damaged in the storm. There was a problem with the installation. They came right away and redid the work. They then redid the downstairs windows and they are going to do our upstairs windows as well. They are finishing the house with all new windows. They also redid the doors that were damaged in a storm, which are beautiful. They also removed the lead paint so they could work with the windows.

They did an excellent job and I was very happy with the work.

We will use their services again in the future.

My experience went perfect. I would recommend them to friends and family members. I think I’m going to hire them to do something else. They were thorough, checked and rechecked every measurement. They confirmed every style and color 2 or 3 times. They followed up after the installation to ask how it went. Overall, they were excellent. Their price was good.

My husband called this morning to have a few windows scheduled for repair along with a sliding door priced to change to a French door option. He let them know he was available this week for the estimate and when the representative asked for both my husband and I to be present he let the person know he would be the only one available to be here at the time. The representative said that if we were not both present they would not be sending someone out. WHAT??? My husband is able to take care of this without the extent of both persons being home. WHAT is the deal with having to disrupt two people from work? I travel out of town each week and this is something that should easily be handled by one person! The representative said" ok well if you can't both be there, we won't be able to set this up"! and hung up afterwards. My husband told them he was able to make the decisions for both of us.This is a stupid way to run a business and the last time I saw the news businesses were struggling for business. They must not need it!I will never have them perform any business for us!

The workers showed up on time, were friendly and finished their work efficiently. Our salesman was very helpful and more than willing to answer any questions. Everything was clean when they left.
