Faerber's Bee Window Inc

They are just too expensive. I talked to them a couple of months ago about a project, but I ended up using another company because that company was about half of Faerber's price. I have not used them for about four years.

They were absolutely awful. Their windows suck and they charged 2 1/2 times what they needed to. Every year I have a window fail. Some have failed 3 times. They are supposed to replace them for free and they don't. They do charge and I wait 9 weeks for service. I've had other windows fail and I am tired of dealing with them and I don't want to deal with them anymore. I would not recommend them to anyone. It was supposed to be buy 2 and get 1 free and that was not true. They upcharged so I paid the same for 3 windows. I did it in phases. They are cheats and their windows aren't worth it. I would not deal with them ever again. Their quality is very poor and their service is not much better. Their prices are awful. Their quality of work sucks. They do come when they tell you but it is 9 weeks. I had one salesman get so mad at me that he walked out of my house and threw the bid at me when I explained to him that he was charging me the same as what I paid for 2 windows the previous month. They work on commission. I wouldn't sic them on my worst enemy.

They were ok. The quality was good and the price was reasonable. I called them later to look at some problems I had with the door and they said they cannot do anything about it. I was disappointed after that. I would not call them again. I felt they were unprofessional for a company like that.

They are way out priced on windows. They kind of oh you got to sign today but you can cancel so we signed because they were the best one until we actually joined Angie's list then I got quotes from some of the higher rated better competition ones and then we canceled it so nothing ever happened.

Great service. Good value for $$ spent.

The job was estimated to take 3 days. It took 8 total. The worker sent to do the install had his hands full since this was a much bigger job than the office had estimated. The product is fine but the install was not done correctly causing a necessary redo of trim and siding. The owners were very responsive to our needs once we voiced our dissatisfaction. This company needs more oversight of the actual work being performed.

I am 100% satisfied with the services performed by Bee Windows. The material and colors look amazing on my home and I couldn't be happier. Most importantly, the staff was amazing and very friendly. The two gentlemen working on my home were Bill and Ted, and they did amazing work and were very friendly. They showed every day on time and even worked on the weekend to get the job done in a timely manner. If you're to use Bee Windows, I would request Bill and Ted as your contractors. You will not be disappointed with their work and again, they were extremely friendly and helpful along the way.

It was great and the guy that did the work did a great job. They got the job done in about 2 and a half days. The scheduling was good and the worker was very good.

I figured the window was about $1,000 to install. I would dig the hole, install the steel window well form and even cut the hole in the wall, He still wanted $3,500. WE purchased the home in 2013, with windows by Bee (with a lifetime guarantee). They didn't close and lock. Ask the old owners, to get the contractor to come out and correct the windows. They still don't work. I would not have picked them, if I knew. My wife told me that Bee was the contractor who had orginially put some windows into our house. It was too late, I had already made the appointment for them to come out. I am having Coors come this Friday. (also Angie's rated).

The installation was seamless. Danny and Chuck were professional and efficient. They did great work. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to remove the old windows and install the new ones. We are thrilled with our new windows, especially our new bay window.

Bee windows did a very professional job from start to finish placing twelve windows in my home. They presented their products very well. I was particularly happy with the gentleman who did the actual instillation. They were on time and considerate, did a quality job, answered all my questions, and left my home clean. They were very knowledgeable. I waited a couple of months to write this review to see if there would be any problems. There have been none. I paid a little more for a better quality fiberglass window, but it was worth it. I now have high functioning, good looking, and easy to care for windows. My home looks much better, and I am very happy!

This was one of Bee Window's first install since they switched to Marvin windows. They told us before we signed the deal that there may be a few hiccups along the way because we were one of the first installs they did with the Marvin line. I think there were several unexpected things that came up but they did a good job handling everything. All in all we were very happy with the quality of the windows and the service they provided. They were up front and honest in the beginning which made it easier to handle the hiccups because we were told there may be some. That being said none of them were that bad and they always communicated and took care of it. The windows look great and work great and we are very happy with our experience with Bee Windows. I would highly recommend Bee Windows and the Marvin line of windows.

It was bad. The bathtub is still not right and nobody seems to care. They were supposed to have been done about the same time, but the bathtub came in three times incorrect. It was about three months before we got a good bathtub. They don't respond. They tried to fix it and the people they are sending out to fix it don't even know what they are doing. We pretty much fixed it ourselves.

The windows service was great. They did a really good job on the windows. We shopped around and the price was good.

Typical in home high pressure sales. We had 11 windows that needed replaced and some vinyl siding. Most of our estimates from Pella etc. worked out to about $1000 per window, and other contractors for the vinyl at about $5,000 Bee Window.....$60,000!!! But he "called his manager" and if we "decided to do it right away" it would be $32,000 ( and that was with me framing in the windows!......what a scam. My wife basically threw him out of the house! Stay Away!

I had an excellent experience with them. He was very forthright and gave us a decent estimate. I'm going with a different company, though, that was a little less expensive.

Everything went very well. We knew what to expect because we had the downstairs windows done last year, so this year we did the upstairs windows. The three workers were very professional and cleaned up the entire area before they left. They did everything exactly as promised, on the day it was promised, and with no errors. We would use them again, but we don't have any more windows!!

Service providers worked as a team, were very organized. Everything was done in a timely manner. The most important issue was that they protected the furniture and floor. They wore shoe protectors and upon leaving they made sure any remaining trash was disposed of and removed via their trucks. Prior to leaving, they requested to provide a functional demonstration for opening and closing the windows, screens, how to access for cleaning, etc. The company provided a follow up telephone call a few days later to make sure there were no problems and that we were happy with the quality of the windows and installation procedures, which we we.

Installation and salesman were great. Getting info were sifficult

Communicating with Faeber's was at times very very difficult. They did not return calls after the trim issue became prominent. We immediately voiced concern on the day of installation then we did not hear from them again until we called asking when they would complete the job. It was only after we continued to try to get them to move and resolve the issue did they seem interested. Again, we have no complaint about the installation folks. They were hard working and did their best. But getting the trim correct proved to be a great challenge for Bee coupled with customer service communication that was lacking.

I contacted Bee Windows. Tina a salesperson came to our home. Tina knows her products. Tina helped us with design and color. Tina measured for windows and sliding door. Then in a few days another person came out to double check measurement. Another person called to set insulation date. About 4 weeks later we have enclosed porch. Everything was done very well. I will use them again.

We contacted Bee Window several times because a draft was coming in through most of the windows. Messages were left but returned calls were not always received by us. We were told that the only window that they would do anything to was the new window they put in, not any of the replacement windows. We then did not hear from them for several months. I posted a video on their Facebook page showing a draft nearly blowing out a candle, we were then contacted. A service person (he was very pleasant and very helpful) came to our home and replaced the seals in the windows.

The Bee representatives were professional, timely and true to their word. They arrived on time (or early) and were able to meet a tight timeline that I needed siding installed. The project foreman, Bill, was very responsive to an issue after the siding was installed. I would definitely use this company again.

The experience was fine and they provided good service. They were prompt, did things quickly and we did not have any problems with them. They did what they said they were going to do and came in and did it. The installation was smooth.

We were going to move a door and they told us that it wouldn't work to move it. It was one of their products that I was going to move and it wasn't going to work in the other place.They were okay. They didn't give me a cost because they said it wouldn't work. I had trouble getting hold of them. They missed my call and then nobody called me back. They have replaced all my doors, and so I will use them in the future.
