It turned out well. My girlfriend primarily dealt with them. The carpets were improved by the cleaning and everything went smoothly.

The people that came were very nice and they went above and beyond. They were on time and they finished the job quickly. The carpet was soaking wet and it took about 2 days to dry. They told me it would dry in about 4-8 hours.

The service went pretty good, we didn't have any problems. It was one guy by himself, and he did a pretty good job. I think the price was high. He was punctual.

After the "cleaning" the grout still looked dirty. Worse, the sloppy application of chemicals damaged two of our appliances. When we immediately called the owner to complain, he assured us that he would resolve the matter but never got back to us. In my opinion, one would do well to avoid this company.

The carpet was clean but a lot of water was left.

First of all, I kicked myself because I fell for the $49 to clean up to the 3 rooms - I should have known that didn't include pre-treating the really bad areas, and yes, this carpet is very old but I can't replace it just yet. So what I thought was going to cost about $50 ended up costing a little more than $150 - and took several hours to dry, again, longer than I was anticipating. Not the end of the world, but in the end, the wear pattern is still there, and I still need to invest in new carpet. Hopefully I can remember that lesson next time!

My experience with them was okay. I really have no comments. It wasn’t good but it wasn’t bad either. I had an issue but they fixed it. So I guess on the whole it was okay. They were pretty good with their responsiveness and professionalism. There was nothing specific though. The quality of work was pretty good when they were finished. I don’t remember about their punctuality.

We had purchased the BigDeal for 5 rooms + hall carpet cleaned for $79. Clean Pro called a few hours before the appointment time and asked if they could come early. I let them know that I was still vacuuming the carpets (and had not finished by the time they arrived), so they started with the first floor carpets. instead of starting upstairs. There were a couple of stains which they charged extra to clean ($25 a pop), extra for the stairs, plus 2 extra rooms. Somehow that added up to an additional $250 to get our carpets cleaned-so not such a bargain. They did a nice job with getting the carpets clean but they have a lot of add on fees.

Men were friendly and did said job in time estimated. They explained the process in detail. We discussed the sealing of the grout which was an extra cost but I was not aware it should be sealed.

I was not very happy when the provider said that the basic tile grout cleaning would not clean the grout very well. He charged me an additional $129.00 for a deeper cleaning.floor tiles

Did a very good job. It looks a 100% better than it was. It would of took us months to do all that they did in one day. They did a super job. I would recommend them to come back.

The $79 for five rooms did not include "spots" on carpet, even though i had assumed that spots are the reason for needing carpets cleaned. At first the technician said that if i had him pay extra attention to the two spots, that they would never come back. I told him that i had had the carpet cleaned before and the spots would re-appear. He said that because of the enzymes he used, that they would not EVER come back. When I asked him what EVER meant.. he said it would never come back. Then upon detailing the extra charge he said that the work came with a 5 day guarantee.... So EVER meant 5 days. I did get him to warrant it for 35 days as it takes more than 5 days for the stain to re-appear. I did not like how everything had an extra charge for things that normally are included in the cost. It took almost 3 days for the carpet to dry in certain areas..... The invoice was incorrect. He charged me for 3 extra rooms when there were only two extra rooms requested. He charged me for 3 spots and there were only two He charged me for three stains deep cleaning and there were only two I would not use this company again.

It was smaller than the three rooms. They definitely wanted to charge extra for additional services but when I reminded them I really didn't have three full rooms to clean they backed off and only charged me $39 extra for the pet spots. They were nice to work with. I would use them again for sure.

Everything went smooth, but the carpets were left pretty damp.

The 79.00 coupon didn't include the "spots" in one room. Wanted an additional $200 to clean them. This "twist" was NOT mentioned in the contract. Negotiated down to $165, but I didn't like being surprised by this method of business.. Would not recommend you keep them on your list.. The work was satisfactory... but...."forget it"

It went fine. We did pay extra for sealing the grout after cleaning.

I called the provider to set up appointment for Tuesday, and told them where I lived. Provider arrived early and tried to convince me they could clean the rug in situ. After calling the office, they agreed that it could not be cleaned where it lay. Suddenly there was a $25.00 additional fee because I lived so far away.(Ad on Angie's List made no mention of pick up delivery charge and said they serviced all of Marion County.) The rep said I would be called on Friday to set up a delivery time. I finally called them Friday at 1:15. The rug was returned on Friday. It was rolled with the nap in; it was wet (not damp, wet); and it was covered in little pieces of paper, hair, and other fibers. I don't think these people had ever cleaned a rug before. Apparently Clean Pro LLC responded to my review. They want to "reclean your rug free of charge." I'm not sure why they think I would let them anywhere near anything I owned. They have already shown that they have no idea how to clean or store (Phil knows what I'm talking about) a rug.

When they did come to our house , they didn't accept the coupon . We ended up payin more but we did have more done. We were happy with the results.

Everything went well. They were very thorough and eager to make sure I was happy with the work, they arrived on time, and they did a good job with the cleaning.

There were no troubles with scheduling. I did pay additional costs for pet stain treatment and it was reasonable. They were really great!

They did a wonderful job with the work. They arrived on time and completed the job in about an hour and a half. They did a great job! I highly recommend them.

A- overall. They did a very good job cleaning our 3 chairs, but they definitely pitched several upsell opportunities. Scheduling was very easy and they were responsive in coming out. The two individuals that came out were very professional and did great work in less than two hours. I'd recommend them!

There were 2 men that came. They were very nice - did a good job and were fast.
