Scam....I can have three carpeted rooms cleaned for $139.00 total....with my regular carpet cleaning company...this was no deal!

I have used this company several times and have never been disappointed. I have two small children (boys) and two dogs- I need them often and they never disappoint. They are on time, professional, do great work, and best yet- reasonably priced. Thanks again on another great job!

It was fine. I think that they were the ones that had to come back because there were some areas that did not get clean.

Arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning. Removed several deep stains for a small upcharge. The fourteen year old carpets came out near new!

I bought a coupon for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning for $49. It stated that the maximum square feet was 750. I had moved all furniture from my family room. Evidently, because my family room was 450 square feet, I had to pay an extra $79. In the other two rooms, they did not move any furniture and I only did the high traffic areas. Also, all spots were not removed.

This was the worst service experience I have ever had! I purchased a coupon to have 5 areas cleaned. I called the company to inquire about space, stains, additional areas, etc. I was expecting to pay $50 over the coupon (stairs and stain).when the technician arrived he reviewed the house and quoted $258!!! I clearly explained my expectations and research. I told him what I was willing to pay. He brought the cost down to $147. I again explained what I was willing to do. He told me that if they only do the basic cleaning it probably won't get any of the stains out. What is a professional cleaning, if it does nothing!?! I asked them to leave, and Amazon local was very pleasant in refunding my coupon. Get a full quote before ever arranging service!!

We are very pleased with the results. It looks like they know what they're doing. I would ask them about what their Pre-Conditioning program is before I called them myself, so there's no confusion when you get the bill. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the results. I will definitely be using them again and appreciated the work they did.

They were ahead of schedule so they called in advance to offer to come earlier or keep the original time. Very quick and thorough cleaning. Offered additional services but did not push.

Service was provided promptly and courteously. However took four days for carpets to dry using dehumidifiers.

Carpet cleaning. I had a coupon (from Angie's list) for $79 for 5 rooms. When they arrived I added 3 more rooms for a total of 8. I knew it was obviously going to be more than $79 at this point but it ended up be $240! This was AFTER the coupon was deducted. Much more than I thought it would be. | |My fault, I did not read the fine print. The coupon was for basic carpet cleaning as it was explained by the technician - spray and vacuum basically. All the extras, stain removal, pet stains, etc all added up quickly! I did go ahead and approved it because they were there and I wanted to carpets cleaned. Yes my carpets were old and it took a lot of work. But I was upset about how much it costs and how stupid I was to not realize it would cost that much. | |They were a bit late in getting there, but they did call and said they were running late. I was the first call for that day so it wasn't due to another job. | |They were very polite and professional. My only other comment was in the room where there were pet stains. They worked on this room a lot (good). When they left they did a final spray, said to wait 24 hours then vacuum and - I quote - "all the stains will come right up!". Of course they did not because the carpet is old and its pet stains after all. I am fine with that - the carpet is definitely cleaner - but he shouldn't have told me the stains will come right up. | |Over all a B- , good on professionalism and politeness, they worked hard, and I should have known about the price.

Most carpet cleaning I have had done, they pick up some smaller pieces and clean and put back with some sort of protector but this company just went around. I had moved everything I could to make it easier and for a more surface clean. Only one person came, company had an employee call in absent for the day.

The contractor cleaned the carpet in three bedrooms and one small closet area. There was an additional $45 charge for stain removal that was not figured into the original purchase from Angie's List. The contractor asked if I wanted scotch guard treatment which would have also been extra. The contractor did call to let me know he was running late. He was very professional and was able to get most of the set in stains out of the carpet.

Boris did excellent and very efficient work! My carpet all looks like new! He gave me good advice about future spot cleaning for my carpet. Boris was also a very respectful and kind person.

I was extremely pleased with the overall appearance and experience.

Little confusion on the start time but they could easily have been on my part. I had purchased a big deal for both services. The tile grout steaming covered 350 feet of tile but I was informed there would be an up charge because the area I wanted cleaned had multiple corners and was not a square room. I wasn't particularly happy with that little surprise as I didn't read the purchase agreement that way. The work itself was good and Michael was very courteous and professional. Carpet cleaning was good and he was able to get some stained areas cleaned up. There was a nick in my freshly painted baseboard in the bedroom which I wish had been brought to my attention and that was my only complaint re the carpet cleaning portion.

We paid more than the "Big Deal" for our area rugs. It was okay. There was nothing overwhelmingly good and there was nothing overwhelmingly bad. I think they came in and did just a really quick job. They were in and out. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either.

I purchased an $88 Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out very well. The man who came out did a very good job. He pointed out things to me and let me know where he needed to do something extra or out of the normal to get a stain out. He was very cordial and I paid an additional charge.

Boris was professional and worked very hard to remove the pet odor. He definitely earned the money we paid. Unfortunately, the odor could not be lifted despite his best efforts. He was going to come back and go over it but kept delaying and we finally told him not to come back. I am not convinced that going over it again would help. We just need to replace the carpet. If you have bad pet urine problems you are probably better off putting your money towards replacing the carpet.

they were scheduled to come out at 1 p.m..Boris arrived right on time.we showed him all the spots that needed extra treatment, the sofa we wanted clean, and all the carpeted areas. He pretreated all the carpet. Then he steam cleaned all the carpet. He spent several minutes on the sofa. He seemed very intent on doing a good job. Most other carpet cleaners we've used before seemed in a hurry to get done so they could move on to the next job. After all the cleaning, he used scotch guard on all the carpet. I gave him a $20 tip for the extra effort.

They were excellent about the appointment. I was able to get in that weekend. They were very nice. They called me 30 mins before letting me know they were on the way. They hit us with extra fees because of deep cleaning. It costed extra for the stairs. I was stunned. When they finished, they said it will take 6-8 hours to dry which kind of surprised me. It had been a while since I had my carpets cleaned. They did it on Saturday, I figured on Sunday I could put my furniture back. We were still walking with plastic bags on our feet on Sunday and Monday. They did not extract the water very well. The carpets look good though. I am not at all sure as if I would hire them again as this is why I put no for Hire Again.

Cleaning appears to be adequate, but a high-traffic area is not perfect. They were very fast. Communication was poor. I was not present during the cleaning, but my tenant was there at the 1800 sq ft house. I spoke to the lead person by phone after he had taken a look around the house, but he would not give me a clear estimate for any additional costs. Later my tenant told me he was charged an extra $91 for stairs, one extra room, and two small hallways. I went back to the fine print and realized there was no mention of hallways, which I had not guessed were each charged like a room. The charge seemed excessive, and I was disappointed with their professionalism in communication.

The technician was honest and said the carpets in my newly purchased home were in good shape. He wasn't even sure I needed them cleaned. I appreciated the honesty but still decided to have them done.

They were supposed to be here at 12:00PM and called and asked if they could come earlier. They came at 10:30AM and I was not home during the work. My daughter in law was home at the time of the service. They gave her an invoice for $400.00 and she could not get a hold of me so she just paid for it. The receipt does not explain the extra $400.00 charge and I have not been able to reach them. In addition to the issues with billing, the carpets were soaked for 3 or 4 days after the service. I had to have another company come in and dry the carpet.
