Worst experience I have ever had. I worked with Kenny for several days. I explained my situation and was told in person and through text that I was approved. He said the deal was done and I just needed to bring insurance, my non running car, we would sign off on everything and walk out with our new car. I took off work with no pay, paid money to have my car towed up there, and had insurance all switched over for them to tell me it was all a lie. Kenny lied to me about everything!!! We could not get the car unless we paid 3000 more down. We showed the manager texts and he said its Kenny's word against ours and was yelling at me. They sent Kenny home!!! The general manager tried to get me in a car that had problems starting with higher payments and yelled at me in front of everyone when I asked for them to document towing my car back home. I will tell everyone to stay away from this place!!!!

I worked with Matt Stidham to purchase a new 2013 Sorento. Matt listened to my needs and desires and didn't try to force me into a vehicle that was too much for me. He did a great job matching my wants with my budget and suggested rather than buy a brand new 2014 that had just rolled out, I go with one of the last 2013s that was still on the lot and offered me a great price. After going over price, I let him know I wanted to go have lunch and think about it...Matt didn't do the typical sales guy stuff and hound me about coming back or my decision. He patiently waited and was very respectful. I returned a few hours later and purchased the vehicle with no hassles or hiccups. Matt is very professional and easy to work with. I take my vehicle in for its regularly scheduled maintenance, which is nice because I can just show up any time and they have me in and out in 20 minutes.

We had done many weeks of research online to find the perfect car for us. We had seen a very sporty red Kia that was listed at Kia Fishers. We are Chevy people, but love the look of the Kias and the reviews have been great.We were really excited when we say the listed price go down $1000 and decided to look at the vehicle in person. We called the dealership that morning and made an appointment to meet and drive the car. We arrived at the dealership and was greeted right away in the parking lot. I got to drive the car and really loved it. My husband also drove the car and didn't see any issues. We had the carfax pulled and at our request we got the report for maitenance done on the car at the dealership. They seemed honest and gave us all the information about the car; including the report for how much they had in the vehicle. It took all afternoon with our salesman and after several back and forth attempts we could not agree on a price. It did take us walking away and letting them know the price that we felt was appropriate for our trade in, cost of vehicle, and also our financing to be where we wanted. We arrived on Saturday the 6th to pick up the vehicle. The car was clean and the saleman showed my husband and I how everything worked inside. The only disappointment we have is the length of time it took to make the sale, we did not get a full tank of gas(they stated they do not fill up the tank for used cars), and also my windshield wiper fluid was empty. Also, the doc fee seemed pretty high. They also had to call us back to adjust the price and were very slow at getting our financing papers into the bank. I have never had so much trouble as I did with this dealership. There is a low chance I will return.

I brought my 2011 Kia Forte to Butler Kia of Fishers for the 7,500 mile servicing. My vehicle was taken in at the scheduled time of 8:00 A.M. and the wait was not excessive in light of the service that was completed. The service advisor, Karrisa Garvin, was very professional and personable. She went over the Kia Multi-Point Inspection checklist with me at the time of payment.Upon my arrival at work, I opened the hood to check the engine area to ensure that the tech properly secured everything (i.e. the oil filler cap, etc.). It was at that time that I discovered that the tech had failed to top off my window washer fluid. In fact, it was half empty. However, the tech had checked off on the Kia Multi-Point Inspection checklist that they had filled same. After this was discovered I sent an e-mail to Scott Peters, the service manager, advising of my findings. I stated that the failure to complete a basic window washer fluid fill was disappointing, but it also made me wonder what else was allegedly serviced, but may not have been. I also stated that I felt that for $71.25 I expect to receive the full service I paid for and that my experience would prevent me from scoring a and quot;10and quot; on any survey I might receive regarding my service experience.

I heard back from Mr. Peters on August 8th stating he replied to me original e-mail the day after I sent it, but I never received same. Possible technical glitch. He apologized for the window washer fluid oversight and stated that my next oil change would be free. I appreciate the fact that he followed back up with me to address my concerns and ensure that I remain a future customer.
