Description of Work: My mother's piano had not been tuned for at least 15-20 years. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained that since it had not been tuned for so long, that it would not be perfect after only one tuning, and he recommended follow-up tunings in the next month or so, but he did not pressure me about making a future appt. during this visit, so I appreciated that he wasn't pushy.
