They had to make numerous trips and were always on time. Brian is wonderful and they stand by their service.

The provider was punctual, provided a quote onsite and then followed up with the additional work where supplies were needed.

I appreciate the fact that they fit me in in a short timeframe. We were getting ready to go out of town and they did come out and take care of it quickly so I do appreciate that. I felt like they were a little bit expensive.

They were prompt, professional, and very conscientious in their follow-up.

When it turns really cold, mice get into our attic. We have had Critter Control come out a number of years to treat the problem. They are always courteous and timely, and do a good job.

They did a great job, very efficient.

He offered quite a few services for me, and for the price it was excellent. I paid about $100 or under for his services and he came out in February soon after I called. We didn't see the bat again so I guess he did an OK job.

He was very pleasent, helpful, and he told me how I could do it myself, but he went up into a crawl space which I perfer not to do, but also he showed me how to apply the traps on ground level.

For a while I was on a first name basis with them. Luckily I think they may have stopped the critters from getting in the house because this is the first year that I haven't had to have them on speed dial. They worked and worked to figure out where the critters were coming in. The removal of each critter was expensive. It was like $75 for each dead body. The ones they were able to get alive, they did and they took them away. That part was expensive but I appreciated that they figured out where the holes were and figured out a way to fix them so the problem wouldn't just keep occurring. The price mounted up to remove the critters and it was quite expensive to fix the house. They kept me informed. They would check the traps even if I wasn't here and they left me notes on what was happening.

Cory McClung returned our call concerning animals in our attic. He arrived at the scheduled time and led me on an inspection of the home during which he determined we had multiple entry points for animals. In addition he found our chimney cap was cracked and needed repair. He gave us a quote for the work, including the trapping and removal of animals currently in the attic. He completed the work as weather permitted over the next few days and removed two squirrels from the attic.I have not been back on the roof to inspect either the animal proofing or the chimney cap repair but at present we do not hear animals scurrying about in the attic. We were very pleased with both his work and his affable manner, and would definitely use his services again if needed.

I really appreciated the fact that they were so honest and said that I didn’t need to pay for their services. They were direct. Their quote was competitive with other places I checked.

First time they encountered this issue. Removed three which is all could see. Ended up being 5 more that I removed later. Not their fault. Impossible to see unless bats move above chimney damper.

Squirrels were trapped and I covered the opening. Critter Control responded quickly and I always had the impression they knew exactly what they were doing.

I called due to a complicated rodent problem and talked with Robin. Texted her a picture of the droppings and she identified right away. She's very knowledgeable in this area and was helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I ended up using another exterminator company because they could get here faster. Would have liked to use Robin because of the insight she had into the problem but had a hard deadline due to other contractors so I had to go with the first company that could get here.

I can't recall the exact date but the first response was prompt. Our first concern was squirrels or raccoons when we saw the ripped screen. It doesn't seem he made a thorough assessment of the exterior perimeter of the house to ascertain how else criters could enter the house. Our dog found chipmunk tunels under the deck at the foundation. I have been in the kitchen and heard loud chewing sounds at the floor grate a couple of times after the visit - chipmunks chewing the heating/cooling conduits. Perhaps chipmunks were outside the contract - I can't remember the exact critters listed. The followup wasn't great. My husband, who was here for all encounters, didn't feel there was closure so after not hearing from them for a couple of weeks we called. Perhaps a way to give closure is to follow up with a visit in 2 weeks and again in 4. Even an e-mail response of 'we've found nothing in the traps and we looked once more at the perimeter of your roof and foundation and found no evidence of .....' would have sufficed.

It went well. They never caught anything, because the critter had left. They set a trap.

I was disappointed that their solution was to put out poison. I thought there would be other solutions and that they would actually search out how the mice were getting into my house. That was not what they did. I think they should be clearer on their website. They came when they said they would and they did what they said they would do. I was satisfied except I really wanted them to fix any holes and that wasn't part of their service.

We have used them before. The are reliable and do the job.

It went well. I've used this company many times in the past to get rid of racoons, squirels & mice that make their way into our attic. They are very good at what they do. They also have sealed up entry points that the animals made by chewing their way in. For this particular service call, they put poison bait in my attic for mice. I thought it was expensive for what they did.
