About us

Athens has been around since the mid 90's doing business under the name Neel's General Contracting. In the mid 2000's NGC (Now Athens) became the largest installer for the company Monster Inc.( Not to be confused with the children's movie!) Averaging 50 to100 metal roofs in one calendar year, not mentioning all the other services Athens provides in the same year! We are not assembly line roofers. We take pride in a well completed job every time! We also provide under price match with any other registered contractor. Our prices will NOT be beat!

Metal Roofing- agricultural metal, snap-lock hidden fasteners, steel shingles. Metal ranges from 29g Ag all the way down to 24g Kynar which is used for commercial buildings, but now seen on everyday residential roofs. Asphalt shingles are still always available. We also complete jobs such as... Windows, Doors, Siding, Dirt Work, Flooring, Drywall, Total Bathroom & Kitchen Remodels, Pole Barns, Interior & Exterior Trim like stair casing, fine finish cabinetry installs, crown and chair molds!
