Brad Miller did excellent work. His estimate was accurate. He was punctual and professional. He removed dead bushes from my yard and replaced them. He created a plan for new bushes, plants and flowers in my front & back yard. He installed those plants & bushes. He laid down mulch. He laid topsoil and planted grass seed. I have grass now where I was not able to grow grass before. He trimmed my bushes. I have had several comments from neighbors on how good my yard looks. He was there when he said he would be and even continued to work one evening through a pretty heavy rain storm.

After having Miller Property services do such a good job for me on landscaping & yard work, I called Brad Miller about moving my son home from West Lafayette. He was prompt and professional. He did the job in a very short period of time. He had the right equipment and was careful with my son's belongings. Some went to storage and some went to my home. Brad was careful to make sure all the right items went to the right location. Nothing was damaged in the move. I would definitely use him again. And will also call him for any other property projects I might incur in the future.

Brad was very diligent in his work. It is obvious that he is not afraid of work and strives to get the job done right, to the customer's expectations. He worked in the hot high 90 degree weather without complaint. Our thistle weeds were so stubborn that he kept checking back for many days and continued to apply a weed killer until he virtually eradicated them all. He was concerned about completing the job he had been hired to do, rather than rushing off to his next job. I had complete confidence in his promise to do it right and his earnestness in work that I did not feel I had to keep an eye on the job like I feel with so many other contractors. I also appreciated that he works mainly by himself so I can relax and not feel that an "army" of workers here. His tenacity and amicable spirit is why we will not hesitate to hire him again.

It went fine. We called him, he came out, gave us an estimate, we told him to come back, he did. The job was well done. He was pleasant and professional and is now our regular yard man.

Brad started mowing for me a couple of months ago. We had a gravel driveway taken over by weeds. He offered to spray to kill the vegetation and it now looks great. He is reliable, polite and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking for lawn care. He also handles garden clean out and I plan to use him for those services as well.

Came to rototill but discovered the root system in the garden was too extensive and dug them all out by hand and even carted them off. Highly recommend his services.

From the first day Brad (owner and operator of Miller Property Services) arrived he proved to be professional, amiable, and paid close attention to detail. He has excellent knowledge of all things pertaining to landscaping, and he took the time to teach me how to care for my lawn. It is obvious that he takes pride in a job well done. He completed the work in less than a week (in spite of some weather challenges) and was extremely flexible in catering to my landscaping needs. He made suggestions when I was unsure about what was best for my yard, and was patient with changes I made to my work order. Brad contacted a mulch and topsoil supply company and picked up all materials I needed for the job. When I found a coupon online that helped me save a few dollars on mulch, he printed it and brought it with him to the supply company. He even went to Home Depot to pick up some trees I had purchased there. In addition to being professional and hardworking, Brad offers his work at a reasonable price. I am very happy with the work he did, and I feel that he offers an excellent value for the price he charges. I will definitely be contacting him for work in the future! He also works as a general handyman, and I would recommend taking advantage of those services as well. I will be passing his card on to my friends and neighbors, as I would rate my experience with Miller Property Services as A+ all around. The motto on his card says "All your dirty work done right." I couldn't agree more!
