Brad never provided an estimate even with repeated requests. I have since gone with another provider; however, I thought I should provide an account of the lack of service provided to me.

I can't say enough good things about Brad Miller. We had only worked with him once last fall for a small chore, but due to injuries in my household I decided to see if he could help us with a final yard cleanup this season. I know how busy these guys get this time of year, so I didn't hold high expectations that he would be available. I left him a voicemail and sent an e-mail with details. He was prompt in getting back to me, talked through my needs, and assured me he could help. He originally talked about splitting my work between mowing/edging and then coming back to do the beds at a later date, but I was pleasantly surprised when he came and took care of everything in one visit in a few hours. The yard looks great and I can breathe easier knowing it is one less thing to manage until spring. Pricing was very fair, quality services, professionalism unmatched, and most importantly he was respectful to my wife and she had nothing but nice things to say about Brad.

Very honest and trustworthy. Always checks when in doubt about any work or service but for the most part has excellent judgment and I do not need to supervise him personally ever! Has done some other small jobs for us as well as the yard, a fence repair is one example of that. I would highly recommend his work! I don't have a clue what I'd do without his reliability and excellent work ethic. Very easy to work with from a billing/payment perspective, it's all just perfect for our situation. It's a huge job and he makes it so easy to handle from my perspective.

Delivered and spread #5 limestone for new blacktop driveway. Accurately and uniformly placed and spread the limestone 4 inches deep by 12 inch wide by 40 ft long on two sides. Very satisfied with the crew and quality of workmanship!

It went very well. Brad has been very accommodating. Always answers questions and quick to come out. He always stuck to schedule and never had to worry about when he would come out to provide the service.

I am looking for someone to regularly mow my 1 acre lot, spread 20 yards of mulch, trim trees, edge beds etc. and this company had nice reviews. I called and left a voicemail and never received a return call. I then sent an email via their website and got a response 2 days later. The owner told me his schedule is full and can do no additional work. That's fine but then at least take down your coupons from Angie's List for new work; call customers back to tell them you're full, and make note on your website that you're not taking any new customers. I spend some decent time reading his company's reviews before I tried to contact them. If I had know he wasn't taking any new business, I wouldn't have wasted my time reading reviews and looking at his website.

I called Brad Miller to remove the limbs from a 60 foot pine tree. Other contractors neglected to show up for the job, so I relied on Angie's list for some help. Brad answered the phone and said he could do the job. I expected that he would schedule me out a week, but he actually said he was in the area and could come later on that day! AND... GET THIS... He showed up! Thank you so much Brad! He was so professional and courteous to both myself, and my children. Super easy guy to have on the property. He had the limbs loaded and cleaned up in an hour. I definitely recommend Miller Property Services.

We purchased a house knowing that it needed insulation. No big deal, my husband could do that. Sometimes accidents happen and you have to come up with a plan B. After my husband fell through the ceiling on "insulation day, " we knew we would have to resort to plan B and hire the work out so my husband could heal. I had no idea who to call, so I called Brad. The phone call pretty much went like this: " Hey Brad, I know this isn't your usual gig, but would you be comfortable laying floor in my attic and spraying in insulation? Oh, yeah, and I need you to bring down all the power tools, and install 1 last ceiling fan mount. When my husband fell through the ceiling he was unable to grab his tools on the way down." I was pretty sure he would say no, because falling through a ceiling is never fun, and really, who wants to risk it? BUT, he didn't. He told me that although he had insulated his own home, he had never done it for anyone else. My prior experience with Brad on another job, led me to believe that he would be honest, professional, and easy to have in my house as my children and I got along with my day. It was absolutely another great experience. Brad showed up with a partner, who was equally as hardworking, and easy to have around (nice to the children and dog, clean..) The guys got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. It was another great experience. I plan to keep Miller Property Services on my short list of people to call for their more typical outdoor work ad well as other things that may need to be done around the house.

Due to health issues, I had to hire someone to do snow removal this season. I like to hire local providers if I can and fortunately Mr. Miller was available. When he came to do the estimate, he came on the date and the time he said he would. He asked detailed questions to determine exactly what I wanted and needed. He also took measurements of everything. He got back to me promptly with an estimate. We have now had at least 4 or 5 substantial snowfalls and I have been very pleased with his service. He has done exactly what he said he would do. Most times, my drive and walk were cleared before noon. I highly recommend Mr. Miller.

He has always been wonderful to work with! He owns the business and takes pride in his work. He is always pleasant and has been honest with us. We will use him again anytime we need landscaping help, we wish we could afford to have him out more often!

I am very pleased with the lawn care services provided by Miller Property. The cost of the services was reasonable based on the scope. Miller provided additional services as requested. The cost of the requested service was quite reasonable. I am very pleased with Miller Property Services and have extended the contract for 2014.

He showed up for our appointment as planed even called me to confirm that time/appointment. We walked the property and discussed the issues and how to resolve the over growth this spring and the clean-up. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to adapt to a job that very obviously was going to be a lot of work to catch up but he did not hesitate to step up to that challenge. He arrive on time the next week to do the first session of work (2 persons on this job) working between rain/weather, in the mean time I received a written estimate to sign and return as our agreement for the work this summer. He and his team member worked for hours on the property picking up, mowing, and re0mowing, and doing extensive trimming and I can say for sure he isn't afraid of a challenge or hard work. I've personally taken care of this property growing up and it isn't easy it is a lot of hard work on uneven ground to bring back it's groomed park like appearance and the overgrowth made the 'normal' challenge a task larger than usual. I am pleased with the detail that was achieved on this first pass, I expect progress and control over the coming mowing sessions to erase the evidence of overgrowth that is our own fault for not reacting sooner and calling someone for help before Mid June. This company has done it could to make good progress on the property and care for its needs. This is a company that I'd highly recommend for reliability, hard work, ethical and professional attitude, and fair (very fair) pricing. I look forward to the coming weeks and possibly giving our leaf work to this company as well as our snow removal this winter.

Brad is a very hard worker does a great job and thanked us for our business. It is so nice not having to worry about the yard. We plan on having him dispose of the fall leaves.

Owner said he would drop by in a couple of days but never showed up.

Emailed Brad for quote on snow removal from driveway after family had driven on the 8 inches of snow we got for last week. Brad showed up on Sunday afternoon about a hour after I messaged him and spent the next hour and twenty minutes clearing driveway and walk and salted after he was done. Great job and quick turn around. Thanks, Brad!

I text Brad when there is enough snow that needs removed. He adds us to the list and we are taken care of! He doesn't tear up the yard or the pavement. He does a great job which is why we continue to use him.

Brad Miller's work at our property exceeded our expectations. He made several trips to complete the work as killing and digging up a large area of old ivy required several applications of weed killer. Brad came when he said he would, hauled away all trash, and left our property in good shape at the end of the day. He also did more work than was expected and didn't "nickel and dime" us about small added-on items. He is extremely hard working and very reliable.

Brad is polite, dependable, a hard worker, and sensitive to his clients' needs. He comes equipped with the necessary machinery to expedite the work, but he is not afraid of manual labor when required. I was particularly impressed with the precision in hand-weeding my flower beds and his extra effort to comply with my request to not use chemicals on my property. He is friendly, prompt, and neat in his work. I intend to use his services regularly and highly recommend him.

My yard is very rough and difficult to mow with lots of trees and hills. Brad did a good job of adapting his equipment to my lawn. He had to use a walk behind mower on the entire yard instead of the rider he normally uses. The end result was as good as or better than when I did this myself with a smaller mower. He showed up and did the job when we expected him to. He also did a good job of communicating with me, to keep me aware of his schedule and to satisfy my needs. The mowing was done on a as needed basis without a contract that would have had him mow during dry periods when the grass was not growing. I plan to use his service again next season.

We had used Brad earlier this summer because of an injury to my husband's foot. When he unexpectedly needed surgery, I emailed Brad on Saturday telling him our grass had gotten out of control. When I got home Monday evening, our yard looked terrific. It is so nice to have someone you can just email what you need and it is all taken care of. No fuss, no worry, no surprises.

This is the third time we have used Miller Property services to move our household. Brad Miller and his assistant were prompt, courteous and careful with our belongings. We moved on short notice and Brad was able to fit us in and get us moved even though it was 4th of July weekend! Some of our belongings went to storage and they were great at moving those items in so that we could access them easily in the storage unit as needed. Brad is very professional and I wouldn't trust my belongings to anyone else.
