Scott and his team did an amazing job on our sprinkler system and landscaping!

We’ve used them for several years and they continue to do work for us. They do good work.

They inspected the yard to estimate time and amount of mulch that would be needed. They let us select the color of mulch that we wanted and schedule a day for the service. We were not home, they just arrived, did all their work and were gone when we got home from work. We got an invoice by e-mail the next day and paid it electronically. We have been using GrandView for both landscaping and irrigation for 3 years.

We chose Grandview based on recommendations from our neighbor. Grandview's price was competitive and they were able to install the system about a week after we accpted their proposal. Unfortunately for them, the job was right in the middle of the spell of 100 degree days. The work was clearly miserable. They installed a three zone system, requiring crossing under our driveway to install the third zone. After several hours of unsuccessfully trying to drill under our drive, they reluctantly had to route the third zone supply line around the back of our house -- something not anticipated in their quotation. The job ended up taking about two days, instead of one. Part of the delay was that it became too hot to work, part because of third zone problem. We are satisfied with the operation of the system and the coverage it provides. We are somewhat dissatisfied with the installation of the third zone water and control lines. Hence the "B" score for quality. They are aware of our concerns and have said they will address them in the spring.

They guy actually came out and looked at the deal. He measured and spoke with me about it. They were pretty quick in responding because some of the providers didn't even bother to answer my emails.

Scott came out in the April 2008 to do a Spring turn on of our irrigation system and replace a couple of sprinkler heads. He also discovered that we had a leak in a couple of our water lines and he spent quite a while digging to find it. It turned out that a tree branch had broken one of the lines and another must have been damaged due to someone driving on the grass where the line runs near the street. He was very quick to get them repaired and I was pleasantly surprised when he gave me his bill, I expected it to be much more than it was. I've hired him again this year to perform the same services.

Mr. Kirby installed our irrigation system in a timely manner. It has worked very well. Since installing it he has done routine backflow service as well as occasional fixing of a broken head in a timely and courteous manner. He clearly is an expert in both irrigation and landscaping with a great knowledge base.
