ELITE AUTO DETAILING

I purchased one Big Deal for myself and one for my daughter and I was all just fine. We took the cars to them and they reviewed the offer and price with us. They asked if we wanted anything additional and we did purchase some additional offers. My daughter's car was completed perfectly. However, when I went to pick mine, the guy walked out with me and noticed that the mats were not as clean as they should've been. Therefore, he offered to clean it right then and I told them I would come back within the next day and give them and I did and it was all good.

They did a great job, but the cost was pretty steep and they tried to upsell us on additional services. In general I would use them again with another discount.

It went okay. They cleaned it. For the price that I paid I think it was good, but if I would have had to pay what it originally costs before the big deal I probably wouldn't have been very happy. They thoroughly cleaned the internal; shampooed carpet and seats. I did find that the top of my vehicle was still dirty. Looks like it hadn't been dried. So wherever the water had been standing when it dried there were some water spots on the top of the car. I found crumbs in between the seats. With $300 auto detailing I wouldn't expect to see any of those kinds of things. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

When I arrived I was advised by the business owner that they would not be able to provide the window tinting that I had scheduled along with my auto detail. The owner stated that they had fired the window tinter the day before and that he was too busy to tint the window himself. When I arrived back to pick up my truck there was still dirt and dog hair on the back seat. I had to show the worker how to put the seat down. It then took them an extra 25-30 minutes to finish the job again. The inside of the windows were streaky with some sort of filmy cleaner that they never bothered to remove from the windows. The outside of the truck looked great however and there are no complaints from me on that. I walked away from this business with a sour taste in my mouth and will never return.

Detailed car. Disappointed that it wasn't as thorough as I had hoped.

I had my SUV detailed and a special product applied to my leather seats.

That was really nice. I had someone come to my house and do a detail and I was really disappointed. And this one, I took it in to their facility and they did a beautiful job. It just looks gorgeous. I was really pleased. They did all the upholstery and everything. I would use them again and I would recommend it to people too.

Detailed entire vehicle. Excellent results and will use them again.

Interior was nicely done, but windows have lint or something similar all over them and when sun is hitting the windshield just right, it looks terrible. Also. My trunk was not touched. Otherwise the car looked good. However for price and distance from my home, I would not use again.

They did a nice job and work was completed when they promised.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was wonderful. It was fantastic. It was excellent. It was quick and efficient. They had the vehicle for about 4 hours. They took a toothbrush to it. It was fantastic. I can't say enough about them. I would highly recommend them. The dealership wanted $55 more for the same job so the price was great.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out great. They did a great job. They were prompt. They called me when it was ready and I have no complaints. I just paid the price of the big deal purchase. I would highly recommend them. They are very reliable and prompt. They did what they had advertised.

I'm very impressed. The car had been sitting in a garage for about a year and a half and was filthy inside and out. The interior and trunk now look like a new car. Carpets, the cloth interior, dash and even the glove box, door storage bins and console cubbies were immaculate. Matt called me that the exterior paint needed special attention over and above the package I had purchased via Angies List special. Normally I would have ignored this and told him to just give me what was included in the package but I did notice before I took the car in that the paint was heavily oxidized and very rough to the touch. I ok'd the additional work and cost and was truly amazed at the transition to the car. I was so impressed I made an appointment for my other car for later this year. What most impressed me was the attention to detail with Elite's work. I've had work done at other Detailers locally, but nothing else compares. Thanks Angie's List, i wouldn't have known about this business if not for your offer!

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. I took my car to their location and their work met my expectations. Their price was fine.

You really have to look for the facility. it is a bit difficult to readily notice from the street, unless your specifically searching for it. Grade in all areas is A+ + I had the 1st appt at 8am. I arrived at 7: 50 am & the entire crew was on site & awaiting their customers with warm smiles & genuinely friendly upbeat greetings. They each introduced themselves & greeted me very kindly & with real pleasure. I immediatly got the feeling that "This is A Really Happy Place" for both workers & customers. Two detailers immediately took me to access my car while I was still standing there. They asked me some detailed questions. I had a large bright yellow BOO-BOO & dent on my right rear side of the car from banging into a big yellow concrete cylinder in one of the disability parking spaces at Walmart. The car was awfully dented & the bright yellow paint from the pole extended 18 - 24 " wide & about 9" - 15" high. It really was notiveable on my "Claret" colored Elantra Hyundai It looked awful. They told me they'd take care of it. And guess what? They really did take care of it. When I came out after the car was completed, I was WONDERFULLY SHOCKED! All the ugly bright yellow paint from the pole I had banged into was completedly gone. The dent now, is hardly noticeable. Somehow, they also miraculously decreased the size of the dent. The car looked brand new. Butler Hyundai Body Shop gave me an estimate to repair the dent & damage several years ago when it happened. They told me it would cost a minimum of $1,500.00 (Pre-Insurance) plus I would have to leave it in the shop for several days so I would have to rent a car. So I didn't get it repaired. For a $99.00 premium interior & exterior detail job, it is now 95% repaired. i had no idea that something like that could be corrected with a detail. I'm thrilled! The outside looked & smelled like a HIGHLY POLISHED NEW MODEL CAR IN A SHOWROOM. The inside smelled really nice, fresh & natural (sometimes detailing places use stuff that smells like strong chemicals). Everything was spotless on the inside as well as the outside. And they also cleaned out the trunk. After I arrived & they went over the car with me, they carried my bags inside for me. The receptionists was very friendly & tremendously efficient. I stayed while they completed the car. They have a hot spot so you can bring your devices along & work while you wait. they also have plenty of electrical outlets in their waiting room for charging up phones, notebooks, etc.. They have chairs & a table & a machine with beverages & bathroom facilities. Star Bucks is just across the street if you need some strong coffee or nourishment & there are plenty of eating places within a short walk. The place certainly is not fancy but was homey & supplied all the key items a person who is waiting requires. My car was completely finished in 2.5 hours which I thought was pretty amazing. And it was done right. They did not take any short cuts. I anticipated a 5-7 hour wait. They came in & personally excorted me out to my car, again carrying my computer & hugh bag full of work stuff. They walked me around the car showing me what they had done & opened the trunk & the car doors so I could view the work & comment on it. This is a great place! These people really care about the quality of their work. They also really care about their customers. These are great people. Don't judge this place by the physical location or the building. Their job is to get rid of dirt & make soiled dirty things look brand new & THEY DO A GREAT JOB OF IT. KUDOS TO ELITE DETAILING SERVICE. The value was fabulous - All of this for $99. It would cost me over $99.00 just to buy some of the products they used in cleaning & polishing the car. Not to mention all the other required products: sponges; special polishing clothes; chamises; brushes for tire rims & wheels; shampooing devices; scent.... ect... I honestly don't know how they can afford to provide these service for such very low prices. It's a quality job from quality people who work well together as a very coordinated & effective team. I will never use anyone else for detailing in this area. THANK YOU TO ALL THE WONDERFUL, CARING, HAPPY & HELPFUL FOLKS AT ELITE DETAILING. YOU ARE ALL REALLY SPECIAL. YOU GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT BEING ASKED. THE CARING IS REALLY GENUINE & IT REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE. I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK. My only recommendation: I had 2 sets of floor mats in the car (8 Floor Mats - used them one on top of the other for extra protection) They vaccumed & shampooed & the one set of mats (4) & placed them back into their proper places. The extra set of Floor mats (the really dirty pair which had been on top of the other floor mats) was left in my trunk, not vaccumed or shampooed. It would have been nice if they had vaccummed & shampooed the extra set. If they asked me, I would have been willing to pay a little extra for this service ( $5-$10). Even with this there service is a clear A++.

No problems. Called to schedule an appointment and they got me right in within two days at the time I requested. Was told it would take about 30 mins and it ended up taking about 1 hr 15 mins, but I'm not complaining. I wish they would have provided something better than a hand written bill of service to satisfy my request for proof of lifetime warranty, but hopefully there will be no issues. Tint looks good!

I bought a Big Deal and was prepared to wait a few weeks until they could fit me in. Luckily, they opened up their business on Saturdays just for Angie's List members, so I was able to get in right away. Matt was very helpful in answering questions I had when I brought my car in. I added the fabric protection (lasts for 2 years) and paint protection (lasts for 3 years) to my Diamond package. My car looked new after they were finished! The material Jeep used for the year of my car is horrible. It stains even with water (this was the only year they used this material). I even took my car to the dealership to have them clean the seats, and they couldn't get all of the stains out. Elite was able to remove almost all of the stains!! Matt said he had heard my year of Jeep had difficult fabric to clean and so he researched to find the best solution. I will definitely recommend Elite to my friends.

My car was in great shape for its age but really filthy. I have a Beige interior which was stained and just plain dirty. They did a very good job on the outside, but they did a GREAT job on the inside. It was scrubbed, and cleaned in all the little nooks and crannies. I would use them again. I was using a big discounted coupon and they didnt just give it 'lick and a promise'. They really scrubbed the inside well. I would certainly use them again. The only problem is they are only open from Monday to Friday. That requires taking time off work, which is difficult to do.

First I scheduled both cars for appointment but since it takes 5-6 hours only had one done the first time. The windows in the cars were not cleaned properly. In sunlight there are streaks and dirty spots. Exterior was not buffed to a high shine on either car. Had a $39 job done by a competitor on a previous occasion and the job was performed MUCH better. This was supposed to be their DIAMOND level, a $200 job. It did not meet the standard of the lessor-cost job.

Full detail inside and out. Car looked great when I picked it up, a little dog hair was still left in some spots of the car but was a huge improvement from what it was when I took it in. Overall, great!

Dropped the car off. Explained what I wanted done and asked if the angie's list coupon covered everything. I was informed that it did. When I picked up the car we did a visual inspection and I informed the that I was completely satisfied and would use them again.

The jeep was pretty dirty inside and out, with some paint spatters from errant spray paint. Everything was cleaned. Only criticism would be too much vinyl/leather dressing left on interior. It was pretty slick at first. Otherwise a good experience. Auto ready on time.

Car was very clean at completion, and we were pleased with the results. Would consider using again.

The work done was terrific. I brought my 2 year old car in the morning of the appointment and waited for it to be done. It took under 3 hours, looked wonderfully new. Only wished I had scheduled the exterior as well.

First of all, I'm really glad I only paid the $99 deal thru Angie's List instead of paying the full price of $235. The scheduling was awesome. For this deal, they opened up their shop on Saturday. The lady called me Friday afternoon, and she was able to schedule me for 9am the next day (today). We did arrive 30 mins late (which I did call ahead to let them know - they said, no worries, see you in a few!), and the car was done by 1:45pm. Nice that the mall was just down the street for my 2 young kids and I. Then the dissappointments started - granted these are all minor, but it really is the little things. The car seats were put back in on the opposite sides, there was a little bag of items found - of which I recognized 1 of 4 things, and my son's water bottle had been thrown out - a bit weird to "save" trash and throw out water. When I initially sat in the car to leave, I noticed my trash can was missing. When I asked about it, the guy had a hard time understanding me - trash can - the little bucket on the floor in the front. "Oh - I threw it out. Do you want me to get it?" Ah no. I wasn't that attached to my bucket trash can for someone to go dumpster diving. Then I noticed something else that did upset me. My kids had given me a little dash flower pot that leans back and forth for Christmas. Well, that little flower was broken clean off! When I mentioned this, he said, "oh yeah, when I cleaned the front window, it broke off. Ah, sorry." That was it. I even mentioned this to the manager on duty who just said, sorry. Seriously? No offer to replace, no offer to reimburse. Again, it's a little thing, but that little thing was very sentimental to me. We left and went to a bookstore down the street to find a replacement, and I thought to check the backseat's center console. Completely forgotten. Thankfully I drove back and they took care of it right away. Then we had one last (at least I hope it is) finding. When we stopped at a drive-thru to buy a slice of pizza, I went to my change holder to grab a few coins that I had just put in there yesterday. Gone. Only about $0.40, but really? Glad I didn't have more in there! I will not be utilizing this place again. It's too bad. The office guy was friendly, and the lady scheduling appointments was very nice to speak with. It was the people doing the actual work that will direct my business eleswhere.
