I think they do a reasonable job. They charged more because it was an SUV. I dropped the vehicle, and then picked it later in the day.

We checked in when we arrived at the scheduled time. They were kind enough to work us into their schedule since my daughter had to drive back to college and we wanted to get this done before she left. Originally they were all booked but, as I indicated, they worked us in. Very much appreciated. The car was completed by the time promised and the interior was very clean. The cloth seats which were stained were cleaned to our satisfaction. Great job overall.

We dropped the car off, and the man let us know it would take a couple hours to have the car detailed. When we picked it up, it was ready on time. The car was washed, carpets cleaned, dash was waxed, and windows were spotless. The only negatives were that the seats were wet for a day or two because of cleaning and although the dashboard looked shiny, it had a waxy film for a couple days. However, it was completely worth it. The car has never looked so clean!

Elite did a great job reversing the dirt and destruction that our five kids had rained down on our SUV. Professional, personable and our car was done ahead of the time promised. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent. I delivered my car at the appointed time and as I had no one to take me back to my home, Matt drove me home. When car was ready for pick up, Matt drove the finished car back to my home and I drove him back to Elite Detailing. Very courteous, professional and did a wonderful job. Car looks brand new. Would definitely use again. GREAT SERVICE!

My wife and I didn't know what to expect as far as how the car would look after they were finished. We were very happy with the results though. The car looked pretty much like it did when we drove it off the dealers lot. We will be using them again in the future.

I had a lot of dog hair in my car and they removed all of it.

Sorry I don't remember date or cost. I thought I'd already given a review. While I don't remember those details, I do know they did a nice job on the interior of my car. All the service people were cordial and made me feel comfortable while I waited.

My experience was excellent. They did a really fine job on my 2007 Mazda. I was very satisfied with them. It was an excellent deal. They did inside, outside on an old card they did detailing. They did the whole thing. They signed me up for a time, I dropped the car off. They did both the interior and the exterior. I probably picked it up by the end of the day. The things they did well is they have a couple of really good technicians that seems to treat your car like it's their own. Other places that I've used before just going through the motions. These guys went above and beyond the way my car looked at the end of the time. I didn't have any problems. Just calling in, scheduling, showing up and they took care of it. There was no problems what so ever. No issues or anything at at.

I did not notice it until I got back to the office, since it was the area under the center arm rest.

The service went very well. They were very courteous, on time, and they were expeditious with their timing. I found somethings that were pretty obvious, and weren't cleaned as well as they could have been.

Marks on the armrests that I thought were due to wear are now gone! The car looks great!

It went very smoothly. I saw the Big Deal online, thought it would make a good gift and purchased it quickly using my phone. The company contacted me within 48 hours as promised, and we got the date for the service set up. On the date, we dropped off the car and everything went well. My husband was thrilled that his car looked like new (and I was happy to be a passenger in a vehicle that didn't look like a mobile landfill!).

It was fine. I believe it took a few weeks because they were so busy but it worked out okay. The car looked fine when I picked it up. It was as expected. They did a job that was acceptable. They didn't go above and beyond or anything like that.

Some difficulty getting an appointment but manageable. Car was not done when promised, although they were apologetic, it was certainly an inconvenience - had to return around an hour later. They did a nice job with the detailing but the odor of the cleaners lingered for days. Not sure we would do this again.

Everything went well. They did a good job for a reasonable price and completed the work on schedule. My only wish is that they offered mobile detailing services.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very good. They were efficient and on time. They completed everything to my satisfaction. They were very kind and knew their job.

It went great. I was able to drop my car off the night before so they could work on it the next morning. They called me by noon to say it was finished and I was very pleased with their work.

When I inspected the car, I found dirt around the license plate and all the alloy rims. I opened the doors and I wiped dirt off the inside of the doors. The front of the car still had bugs and dirt on the grill!! The inside looked okay at first until I folded the seats down and that carpet was never vacuumed. On previous detailing we have paid $225 which included wash, wax, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, engine steam cleaning. My husband was surprised the engine was still dirty although they never advertised an engine cleaning but we had assumed it would because of previous detail cleaning jobs. I was told the job would take 3 to 5 hours and within 1.5 hr I got a phone call asking me if I wanted to pay an additional $100 for a outside wax that would last 3 years and for $50 additional they would conditional the leather. I declined both options. They told me the car would probably be ready for pick up within the next 30 to 45 min. That was not the 3 to 5 hours of "detail cleaning". Can you imagine if if purchased the $100 wax and they waxed over the dirt?? If I had researched the company better I might have been better informed. My fault. I would definitely never take an auto back to this shop again.

It took us weeks to get an appointment, but since we were in no hurry that was fine. We delivered the car before they opened and left the keys in their drop box. We did not expect it for the entire day as there was much that was covered in the price. I called mid morning just to make sure they got the keys OK and that everything was set. They told me it was and that they would get my car in next (somewhere around 11:00 am). I got a call at 2:00 that it was done and could be picked up. When I got into the car, their was their cleaning solution dripping from the vents, one vent was not even clean yet. The dash, seats, door panels, arm rests, stirring wheel, etc. were all still dripping from the solution (an armor all type solution) making every thing slippery, oily and smelling like coconuts. The outside had been washed and waxed, but most of the minor scratches and blemishes that they said would be removed were still quite noticeable. When I got home I noticed that the hood of the car still had dry wax on it so I had to polish is myself. The interior carpets and mats were so wet that when I took the mats out to dry the carpet, they were dripping. I called the company, but they did not answer. I left two messages but they did not get back to me. I could have done a better job of cleaning and detailing my car with a large bottle of armor all. In fact, it took me several hours over several days on my own after they were done, just to make the car usable. All they did was make everything extremely armor all shiny and slippery and cleaning wasn't really accomplished. I have seen the job that friends have had done else where and this one doesn't even come close for the same amount of money. I wish they had contacted me so we could have worked out a solution, but they have not and I am done trying.
