Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for $99 for Complete Auto Detailing Package. I was not able to use the deal, because I scheduled it for the last Saturday of the event and I could not make it due to the weather. They have done this service for me though once before and they did a wonderful job at it.

Description of Work: I did not recognize my car. They did an amazing job! I had a groupon for diamond interior and exterior detail and I expected the car to be clean, but it was more than clean. It looked like new! Even old coffee stains that I could not remove were gone!

Im curious to know why you would rate us as a "D" when we didnt do anything than other than talk to you on the phone. If you had purchased a big deal our address was posted in the deal and also stated this had to be done in our facility. We provide quality service and I really dont understand your grade!

Description of Work: The company cleaned the inside and outside of my car. It looked really nice when they were finished. Also, my first appointment date was a rainy day. I called them and asked if there was a charge to reschedule. The lady said there wasn't and she didn't blame me for not wanting to come in that day. We rescheduled to a 'dry day' and it worked out very well. This was a job that was estimated to be up to five hours. Instead they put two people on the job and my car was finished in a little over two hours. The car looks great inside and out. I had planned to wait on the car so I was very happy that it didn't take five hours!

Description of Work: I purchased a Groupon for interior auto detailing for only $55! When I went in to drop off my car I was greeted warmly. The receptionist even called me by my first name and had my paperwork ready when I walked in the door. They had my car done hours before expected too! I could not wait to get home and write a review after picking my car up. They did a phenomenal job. There was a horrendous amount of dog hair in my car and I did not expect them to be able to get all of it, but THEY DID! Ive paid much more in the past for interior detailing at other places and dog hair was left behind. I am so satisfied with the work they did I could sing from a mountain top! Thank you Elite! My car looks new again!

Sorry for any confusion with the big deal you purchased from angies list. As I recall there was nothing in the print about this being a mobile service. We have a state of the art facility and use only the best products. Our detailers are highly trained and to do a full detail it usually takes about 4 to 5 hours. .as a business owner this makes things difficult wjen we receive grades like this based on what you thought you purchased. I dont see how this was our fault if you didnt read the deal and assumed these things. Please concider changing your report grade as a phone call to us or angies list could have corrected or informed you of the way the deal read. Thanks for your consideration. Ryan Nordman, owner
