They did a good job but probably not as deep cleaned as I expected

It was great. Courteous personnel. Received my car back 2 hours earlier than expected. They did a fantastic job both inside and out.

(We went to Diamond Detail on Michigan Road, tho' this review comes up on ELITE SERVICES in Castleton, which we've NEVER used.) interior was the worst! Lots of dog hair from daily hauls to Dog Park & other trips. Husband had spilled coffee on mats, had lots of peanuts, papers, gum wrappers on floor, etc. IT WAS A MESS, and they got it surprisingly clean! Speak slowly unless you are fluent in Spanish, tho' some employees manage English just fine. While there, it was obvious many people are repeat customers. and we will be also! It is now a delight to ride in that vehicle! We recommend them for a challenging job well done.

Purchased a Groupon for $49 as a gift, and ended up paying a $20 "match fee" as they called it to conform to the rest of the vehicle. I have used Elite both for my own personal window tint about 1 year ago which I also bought from Groupon for the same price and never was asked to pay a separate fee. This was NOT in the fine print when I purchased the deal, and upon arrival was told that we would need to pay an additional amount to "match" the rest of the car. I personally think it's BS, they are trying to recoup the additional 30% they're missing out from advertising with Groupon, therefore there is no point in the Groupon to begin with. Not only was the additional cost unexpected, but the tint was not done correctly. There are 4-5 1" marks in the tint on the drivers side looks like they either rushed the job or simply didn't check afterwards to make sure there were no bubbles or marks. All in all, we are VERY disappointed in this particular visit. Would we use them again...yes, but they need to work on certain aspects and make sure they are clear upfront with costs, etc. upon scheduling service!

Good job with detailing of car. I ran late to pick up the car, but they waited for me rather than leaving the car for me to pick up. I will use them again.

The service was good. I brought my car to them and they completed the detail in one day.

My husband is very picky about services like this and if something is missed, he'll find it. Overall I was happy with the service. The floor mats were still damp and all placed, stacked in the back of the vehicle. When we moved them to put them back in their proper place, the bottom mat had left a stain, in the shape of the mat, in the cargo area. The bottom inside of the doors did still have dirt. I expected when I picked up the vehicle, they may walk out with me to see the job, but I just paid and left. I certainly wouldn't say they're bad. We like to support locally owned businesses.

I made an appointment with them and took my vehicle to their location. I was able to pick up my vehicle in about four hours. It was a fine experience.

It looked very good however, I do not think it was any better then what Sparkling Image does for less money

It went extremely well. I dropped the car off at the appointed time. They tell the customer to expect 4-5 hours of work but I had a call in 3 hrs. that it was ready. They did a great job of cleaning 5 years of accumulated use (I'm not h****** a car and clean it fairly regularly but after 5 yrs.it needs help). The exterior shined like it hasn't since it was new and the interior was completely cleaned and polished.

The work was fantastic! The customer service on the day of the cleaning was great. My only complaint is the scheduling. I was going to have to be scheduled over a month out, but when I complained the manager got me in at the end of the week.

I used their service with a coupon I purchased two years ago. I would say the work is acceptable. But due to the overwhelming business I had to wait 3 hours onsite to get the job done. Your saving is not as much as they claimed in the ads. The normal price tag for the job will be around 200 or so.

They were very nice and took great care of my car. It looked fantastic when I picked it up (and for quite a while after!). Convenient key drop helps me get to and from work on time. The ONLY downside is they are right across from the mall, so shopping may be tempting! :)

It took months for me to get an appointment because I think they were overwhelmed by the response of the deal. They told me they would call me when they were done and they didn’t answer their phones when I tried to call. They did an ok job. I wouldn’t ever go back.

It turned out just fine. Scheduling was very easy. It appeared very thorough. We were very happy with the experience.

We went to the wrong location and when we finally got back to the castleton location and was late, the staff were very kind. We had a limited time to spend before having to head back to Bloomington. Their usual estimate of the time it would take is 2 to 3 hours, but they completed our job in 1 hour and half. We were very thankful. They recommended a few additional services, but we did not have time to do much, and only did the leather conditioning.

Great little detail shop off of 82nd Street. Nice to work with and were not pushy as far as other products or packages. Will go back!

They should have stated that the deal could not be completed any time soon. The tone of the person I spoke with was very condescending.

Droped Car off at 8am fore 9am appoinment called at2:30 no response, went buy at 3:30 havent even started yet we cancelled the service. After i went in to work 1.5 hours late so we could do this today. In all fairness i had a nother vehicle detailed a couple weeks ago.they did a good job. there main problem is the dont communicate very well .all the had to do was pick up when we called.or returned our call,we would have been willing to work somthing out.

It was fine and I actually gave it to my husband. They weren't able to do one thing and that's the headlights but overall, it was great. I can tell that by the look at the car, they did a great job but it took a little while for the care to get back.

They did a really good job. However, they did a complete shampoo on the interior of the car but it did not dry completely before they put it outside. This caused frost to form as it was winter time but I was able to remedy this by pulling it into our in the garage and letting it dry for a couple days.

Work was good except that alloy wheels were not cleaned well.

Detail deal 99$ and 150$ extra for paint buffing.
