I wanted to get my "new to me" mercedes detailed and have the headlights "renewed". I purchased the diamond detail package deal I found on angie's list. I was told to contact a certain person by e-mail to schedule my detailing...but I also wanted to have the headlight work done so I called to schedule a time to drop my car off because I knew the extra service might call for a different scheduling. Unfortunately, I was met by a somewhat less than inviting response when I indicated that I also wanted to have the headlights worked on...I knew it would be extra but the person answering the phone was a little "matter of fact" and curt about it. I felt as though I was bothering her by requesting the extra service. I did not find my initial contact pleasant but I was able to get my car in rather quickly. It was raining the day I took the car in. I did not wait long and my car was ready as promised at the end of the day. Unfortunately, the detailing was not very good, I found dried wax on the car days later, the interior was pretty clean to begin with...but I really didn't see an improvement and in fact, cleaned it more myself later that night. The headlights were better but not as good as I expected. Overall, I felt the detail job was rushed. If more time was needed to do the headlight service, I would gladly have taken it back on a different day rather than receive a lackluster detail job on the rest of the car. I will not use this service again.

I called one day and got an appointment the next day.This was for a coupon for $164.00. I believe the tinting was for 15 - 20 %. But I opted for 35% on the driver and passenger doors.Then 50% for the rest of the windows for an extra $50.00. I am very glad I did the front windows the way they advised me to do them. They told me that the police are very apprehesable coming up to cars when they can't see through the windows. I waited for my car for about 3 hours and was taken care of by Betty, she takes care of everything at the front desk and is very nice.I was very satisfied and have no problems at all. They told me if there were any problems later to call them and they would fix them.

Got my entire Nissan Pathfinder detailed inside and out. It looked fantastic! This service even included a process called "clay barring". For those of you who aren't familiar with this process, they actually use a special clay bar on your finish (paint) that removes impurities in your car's exterior finish and polishes it to an AMAZING shine. REALLY deepens the shine! My black Pathfinder... it looked like was was peering into a deep dark pool of water. The clay bar is really great for your finish. I have friends that are car detailing fanatics and spend hours upon hours doing this to their own cars. I was THRILLED to get it done professionally. Elite Auto Detailing was also very timely and professional. I felt as though I got a great service at a tremendous price. Even though I got a deal, the service I received was worth their full regular price in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend Elite Auto Detailing!!

I call my wife, a spiller. Meaning she spills crap everywhere for no reason. Both car seats in her car have been terrible looking for years (passenger side 4 years, drivers side 2 & 1/2 years). We assumed we needed to get the seats replaced, but I saw the detailing service from Elite and decided to give it a try. I warned them that her seat was extra jacked up, but they assured me that everything would be fine. Sure enough, everything is great. The car hasn't looked that good since we took it off the lot. I'm a super fan of detailing now. I will be sure to go back to Elite for my car next (got a little pineapple juice in my passenger seat, my fault). Thanks Elite! James

I purchased an Angie's List deal for half price auto detailing work. This was to have our recently acquired (but not new) Honda Odyssey minivan detailed. They did an excellent job. The car felt like new when they were done.

Elite Auto Detailing did a fantastic job! I took two different vehicles there for the Diamond Detail service - a sportscar in November and a SUV in December. The did a great job on both vehicles, the staff was very friendly, they were quick, and both vehicles looked wonderful! I would highly recommend Elite Auto Detailing!

I used a Groupon to get my 6yo small SUV detailed for the first time. I made a appointment and dropped off my car at the scheduled time. I made it clear that I needed my car at a specific time and called during the day to check on the progress. I was assured it would be done. It was not - they had just started it, so I had to bring the car back another day. Once the job was done, I must say that the interior of my car looked like new. I was very pleased with the work. I will also note that while I was waiting a few minutes for my car the second time, another customer had a similar thing happen - the car was not even started when it was supposed to be done. So my word of caution is that their scheduling might need to be more realistically planned, and if you go with Elite, I'd recommend choosing a day when you have some flexibility. But the work once done was terrific and I loved the Groupon price!

We purchased a detailing speckal from them and decided to give them a try. They did a great job and it was done on time as promised. They were friendly and personable and we would use them again.

Called Elite to obtain an estimate on the cost of service. Staff was friendly, and quoted a price lower than 3 others. I wanted the service performed quickly, so they said if I came in within an hour, they could do it right away. I arrived and staff showed available options. After selection, it took about an hour for completion. Elite did an excellent. job, staff was great, price was good, and quality was very good. I can easily recommend Elite to several friends.

We dropped the car off the night before so they could have it first thing the next day. We picked it up that evening. The location is 25 minutes from our home and worth the drive. The car was spotless, especially the inside. I would definitely recommend this detailing service.

From the call to schedule the service to the time I picked it up, everything was very professional! The office manager was extremely helpful in locating the building and was very friendly during my stay. She is definitely a star employee! When I picked up the car it looked brand NEW! Could not be happier with the quality of the service! I love my new clean car and have vowed to myself to keep it that way. Thanks for such a great experience.

My Van was finished around 9 pm which was 3 hours after the estimated time and shop closing time. The workers were nice and polite, and A for them. The front office should have told me they were short on help and the van was not going to be ready. I believe they spray painted my carpets. The carpet does look nice, but reeked of spray paint for over a week. (I had to leave the windows open) They should have told me they were going to paint the carpets a darker color to hide any stains.

We called and left a message to schedule and were immediately called back and put on the schedule for approx 2 weeks later. Our appointment was for 8am so we dropped the car off the day before. The service was supposed to take 4 - 5 hours. Their hours are listed as 8am - 6pm, but were told they would close at 5 on the 31st because they didn't have enough business. This required my husband to leave work even earlier, but we accommodated and said we would be there "by 5:00" which they remembered us saying the following afternoon. We arrived at 4:30 on the 31st and our car had not even been started. At first they said it wouldn't be done until the following day because it was a Diamond service and that would take too long. After seeing our dismay they told us it would be done at 5:30. That was not acceptable for us for two reasons, we could not wait and they were going to do a 4 - 5 hour job in 1 hour, which would be another disservice to us. We then asked if they would deliver the car since they had failed to do their job and were told that was impossible. We were angry as their failure was causing us several hours of extra driving and inconvenience as a result of having only one vehicle for a second day. My husband expressed his disappointment and told them it would be reflected on our Angie's list review. The following day I was given a ride from a friend (taking an hour out of her day) to pick up the car. I arrived at 2pm and the car was finished. I have to say they made it right. We were presented with a generous gift certificate and told that 8 hours was spent on the car which included services that would have been an extra charge. Our car finish was oxidized and not in good shape. They made it look almost new again as well as replacing our headlight covers for free. I know they explained something else they did for free, but I do not remember what it was. Bottom line, they were very unprofessional in their original treatment of us, but were willing to make it right as good business owners should.

I keep my car in good condition, so I had high expectations. As far as arranging for an appointment, that was handled very professsionally. The people were courteous on the phone. I paid extra to have light scratches removed, and that was done satisfactory. The only area of the car that I felt was not cleaned to my expectations were the wheels, which still had some dirt on the rims.

Overall experience was very good. The exterior of the car was literally gleaming. The interior when we took the car in was an absolute horror show. Elite did a very good job cleaning up this nightmare. There was milk in places on the upholstery (toddler) and that was all completely removed and the upholstery is gorgeous. They had the car ready within a half hour of my asking time, very much appreciated. The only con is that there were a few missed spots in the console area. This was 2007 Equinox and the entire armrest lifts up to show cd storage beneath. That was neglected as was the opening of the armrest. OVerall, given the state the car was in when we brought it to them, I am very pleased and would definitely recommend.

They were late getting the job finished, They left the floor mats in the trunk, soaking wet, and did not tell they were in there.

I don't actually think a car can be detailed better than Elite did. My car is ten years old and has been detailed one other time. My experience the last time it was detailed was not very impressive, so I didn't think detailing was worth it. My husband recently had his car detailed and I thought it was nice, but not anything I would pay for especially not for a car ten years old with dents, rust, and cigarette burns. The owner ensured me I would be surprised at the difference it would make. After I spilled a protein shake and my kid spilled his apple juice twice in the car, I decided I would go for it. I mean just phenomenal. I feel like I am in a brand new 'beat up' car. They somehow made the dents look better, the rust less, and did amazing things to make the car look as new as it can look. The inside is impeccable. They even fixed my sun visor that fell off. And the headlights...so amazing. They are as clear as the day it was bought. I don't know what makes the headlights look grimy over time, but they are sparkling. Just a phenomenal experience and I will use this company again. They also were easy to schedule with and the process was seamless and easy.

It was the first time I had ever used them. They did an amazing job! My car looked better after they got done with it than when I bought it brand new off the show room floor. I will definitely take my car back there and have no problem paying full price for the full detail, inside and out. They were very accommodating with me dropping it off on the weekend (appointment was on Monday) and picking it up a few days later when I got back in town.
