ELITE AUTO DETAILING

The service began immediately--no waiting. The car was finished in the time frame I was told. My car looked great, so great that I didn't take a really good look. Must of the stains were out, but the carpet on the passenger side didn't look as good as it could once it dried. I don't know if it was because it was so stained or because it was not the best job possible. The floor mat covered the spot, so I really didn't notice it right away. However, considering the shape the car was in, it still looked pretty good.

It went well. Simple phone call for setting up the appointment. I dropped my car off in the AM and picked it up the next day!

Vehicle was extremely clean inside and out. The clay bar and wax job made the vehicle look like new after a winter that was quite tough from the road chemicals, etc...

They did a very good job. They were courteous. I was satisfied.

Arrived at the shop at appointed time and the started right away on my vehicle. Three hours later I was driving away in a very clean car. They did a great job.

The work was great. It was a very thorough cleaning job. They got a lot of tough areas in my car that I couldn't get to myself.

They were really professional and I was happy with the work.

Overall the work was ok. Looked like a pretty decent job. Just dropped it off then got a phone call that it was done. There was some debirs in the back seat... it looked like it was cleaned but then some debris got in there. I was impressed how quick it the work was completed. The location is a little hard to get to though if you don't know where it is located.

The location is a small and not very nice ... the inside of the location was dirty and it was a little sketchy looking at first. However, they did do a good job cleaning the interior and the exterior of my car. They did not do my trunk. I had my 2 kids with me so I did not have time to stop and ask them to do this but I do plan to call and ask if they will if I return. I do feel it was worth the 99 I paid. They put 2 people on my car as well so I could get in and out faster which i appreciated. Overall I am happy.

I was given a groupon for Christmas to Elite. I called and got in a month later. No biggie. I dropped my car off at 9 in the morning. The girl behind the main desk didn't seem to even know why I was there. At 4:50 I arrived to pick my car up. I had said 5p pick up and I did get it by 5. However, they had taken the plastic mats out of the floorboards, I had to ask for them back. The cupholder had standing solution left in it. The seats in both the front and back were still so wet that sitting on them made my jeans wet. The floor mats were still soaked. There was a stain in the backseat that was soaked and the guy that took me out to my car said something about bringing the car back (after they had it for an ENTIRE day) and they would TRY to get it out. The console area where my controls are for the radio and AC area were splattered with a grease like substance that must be what they use to clean the car out. The inside of the windows were still dirty. Overall, I think this place is a joke. I would NOT recommend anyone return here.

It went very well from the moment I got there. The re receptionist was extremely pleasant. I sat and read the newspaper inside and out when it was brought to me and completely detailed.

When completed the car looked brand new! I would definitely reccomend Elite.

I spoke to the owner, Ryan, previous week, we had a productive discussion about him servicing two of my vehicles. He told me he was busy and need to get a time with me to meet him at his place of business. We agreed on 11:00, Apr 15. I arrived a few minutes early only to learn that the office manager didn't know anything about the meeting and that Ryan would not be here. I would like to give a C or D, but he completely blew me off. One of his employees talked to me, he knew nothing of the Angie's "Deals/Buy Now", and quoted me the standard price for the service I wanted. Std price $225/Buy Now deal $111. F in my book, I will go else where.

Excellent and prompt service. Better results than previous detail at other locations for more money!

They were very accommodating - I had to wait a few weeks to get the car in because of the special, but I wasn't surprise about that. I dropped the car off at 9 a.m. and they called around 3 p.m. to say it was ready. I admit I didn't inspect the car closely because we had to meet someone. That same evening I did notice a couple of dirty spots which had been missed on the upper part of the back seat and called the next day. They said to bring it in at our convenience and they would take care of it. They were able to work on the spots while my husband waited and they came out just fine. Other than that, it is so nice to drive a beautifully cleaned car.

It went quite well. I was very pleased with their work! Also, Betty, their office secretary, was an extremely pleasant person and very helpful.

I had them do a complete detailing, both the interior and the exterior of our 2006 RAV4, and I could not be happier with the results! I would highly recommend their service and will certainly use them again in the future for our vehicles.

They worked very hard to get have my car ready in the same day.

I called to set up an appointment and they were very helpful in finding me the earliest-available time. I was able to drop the car off on a Sunday afternoon, leaving the keys in their secure drop-box. I got a call from the office by early-afternoon on Monday, and was able to pick the car up much earlier than I had anticipated. I will definitely use them again to detail my other car!

It went great. Car looked great and was detailed completely.

When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told that the next available appointment was not for three weeks. This was a bit disappointing; however, it was completely understandable as the detailing takes several hours to complete. The clerk who answered the phone was very helpful and apologetic about how long it would be before the next available appointment. I dropped my car off for the appointment around 8:30 a.m. and received a phone call at 2:00 p.m. stating that my car was finished, which was several hours before I thought it would be done. When I picked the car up, I couldn't believe how clean it was! They removed stains that had been there for years! There was one stain that they were unable to remove completely; however, they did clean it considerably, and it is unlikely that someone other than me would notice it. The outside of the car looked amazing as well! They were able to remove "rust" stains that I thought could never be removed. Also, the windows were so clean, I felt as though I had gotten new glasses I could see so well. It's really like driving a new car. I would highly recommend their service.

Had an "appointed" time of 10 to drop off car. I did so and was told I'd be called when it was done in the afternoon. Went back at 3pm and the car had not been started on. Was told there were many brought in before mine and they took longer than expected. Why did I have an appointment time??? Waited and the car was done in about an hour. I felt like they rushed and it looks like they did. Just looked like they smeared wax over hard surfaces...residual in cup holders. The interior fabric covered areas looked cleaner, although they missed a few spots. I think they left a black mark on my console that wasn't there to begin with. Felt into side storage open areas which had not been touched. Had a special deal....got what I paid for I guess. I won't go back.

I waited until the last minute to use my coupon. It expired on Friday and I called on the previous Tuesday or Wednesday. The woman who scheduled my visit was just as polite and concerned as if I had scheduled it 3 weeks in advance. I was told, originally, that I would need to leave it for 5 hours (I assumed because they would have to squeeze it in to an already busy day). To my suprise, they called me much earlier and said it was done. I was a little resistant driving there because I thought it might have been treated like a rush job and would not look as nice as I would hope. I was wrong. It looked very nice and smelled like new :) They did not charge me extra for it being an SUV; but, I pulled all of the extra stuff out of it so all they would have to do it clean. It was a good experience for me and I would recommend them.

Bought on Angie's big deal. Was a great deal.
