ELITE AUTO DETAILING

This is the first time I've ever had my car detailed. In most spots they did a great job. There were a few places overlooked (ceiling, sun visors, mirrors) but overall, I'm pleased with their work and feel like I got what I paid for. Everyone at the shop was really friendly as well.

Had a big deal coupon that I had purchased on Angie's List. Called to use the coupon but they were booked for a couple months so made my appointment. Day of, took my car in at noon for an interior and exterior detailing. My car was done by about 3:30 pm and they called to let me know. Picked it up and there was plastic and paper covering the driver side seat and floor since the carpet and seat were still a little wet. I was very impressed with how much pet hair they were able to remove from my back liner. It was covered in dog hair that I wasn't able to remove with my powerful shopvac. They removed at least 95% of what I couldn't get. Exterior and interior looked great and they had good communication. Give them a try.

They did a good job on the car. I think they could improve the experience by making it a little more personal. For example, maybe a short 'debrief' when the car is picked up. A quick review of what they actually did, maybe some suggestions for keeping the shine or something. As it was I said just a few words to the receptionist, and that was it. Rather impersonal.

The young man behind the counter was friendly and professional. He walked around the car with me when i dropped it off and pointed out scratches on the rear fender and hood. He said the could remove them for an additional 25 charge. I had another detail shop work on the hood, but the marks were still visible. I was extremely happy when I picked up the car. All of the scratch marks were gone. Again, they walked around the car with me before I left and made sure I was happy with the work. When I put the top down, he noticed a spot that was not visible before. He took the time to vacuum it before I left. I would definitely recommend!

Even wiped down the vehicle again after a rain shower before I picked it up.

Looked great until a few days went by and I noticed that my stereo had water streaks going down it. Evidently they used a cleaner that got behind the front for the stereo's plastic face. Very dissatisfied, maybe if I paid full price I would have been treated better. I was very disappointed. I didn't even bother to complain since the customer service wasn't all that friendly from the start..

The work was done using a Angie's list discount. The lady at the desk was very friendly and professional The windows in both vehicles were streaked badly. The fenders around the wheel wells were not cleaned very well in the Tahoe. The trunk in the Camry wasn't even vacuumed. Not what I would expect for a detail.

Overall it went well. Their hours were more limited that was convenient.

It was amazing! I purchased the big deal as a Valentine's Day gift for my husband who hadn't cleaned out his car in a few years. They were incredibly flexible with us on the scheduling. We had originally scheduled service, but due to a winter storm were unable to get the car to them. I called back and they were able to get us in a month later, provided the service, and allowed us to keep the car there overnight as we were unable to pick it up during business hours. When we picked up the car, it looked terrific! They did a wonderful job! It looked new! It was totally worth the cost!

Used their promotional "$99 for Diamond Detail" offer. My car looks fantastic!

okay, used Ziebart in past and will go back to them. They company forgot to put keys under mat as I had asked and had to drive back to get them.

The quality of the cleaning was great. The work was done early. However, I was made to feel very uncomfortable three times during the experience. I purchased a coupon for detailing online. When I called to make an appointment, I was quickly told in no uncertain terms that it would be almost two months before I could get in and that the coupon was only good for three hours of interior detailing. When I took the car in at 10:30, it was promptly moved into the garage area. Within a few minutes, I received a call. The employee bluntly stated that the boss told her to tell me that the car had a lot of (dog) hair in it and was excessively dirty, so they would need more time and there would be an additional $25 fee. I was really embarrassed by her derisive tone, but I said, "OK." At 1:00, they called to tell me the car was ready. This was less than the three hours that the coupon was covering. When I went to pick up the car, I was told that I owed the additional $25. As I was asking for clarification about the car being ready before three hours were up...in the middle of my sentence...the clerk just ripped of the top copy of the invoice and handed it to me saying tersely, "There you go." I didn't even finish my question. For the third time, I felt chastised by this company. She never thanked me for my business or asked me to return or said, "Goodbye." Lastly, the driver's seat was covered in clear plastic, I assume, to keep it clean. However, the car was parked in the sun with the windows rolled up on a warm day, so the seat, itself, was damp when I drove it home. I literally had to change clothes because they were so wet. If I had been picking it up on the way to work or something, that would have been a problem. My car was very clean, but I left feeling very dirty. I will not recommend this company.

They had my car for over 6 1/2 hours. When they were finally done with it I just got in and went home. I didn't look at the car until the next day. The tinting looked fine and the interior looked good also. But the windows were dirty and streaked and the exterior didn't look any better than when it comes out of the car wash. The biggest problem was the damage to the hood. It looked like something had been dropped on it. I don't believe that it was there when I took it in. The owner told me that the detailer denied that he did it. So I was left with a partially detailed car with damage to the hood. I'm not happy. I will not use or recommend them to anyone.

Everything was well done except the alloy wheels, which I cleaned myself after I got the car home.

I arrived a little before 8am for my appointment and by 8 the car was in the bay being washed. I had to wait a while for my ride and had a very nice conversation with the secretary/book keeper. When my ride arrived - around 9:15, I was told that my car was nearly finished - needed only about ten more minutes. I told my ride to go ahead and I waited and took my car - I was on the road by 9:30. One person did the full detail in less than 90 minutes... Because I had a meeting to be at, I didn't have time then to look the car over. But as soon as I sat in the seat I could see that some dried grease on one window was still there and there was a puddle of cleaner sitting in the bezel of one of my gauges. I then noticed that the portion of the emergency brake that is hidden when the brake is applied had not been touched. After my meeting I did a little more thorough look at the car and found the door edges and door jams were dirty in places. I went back to Elite and THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL THE ISSUES I COULD FIND at the time. I was VERY pleased with that!!!! What I'm not so pleased with is that for a 'diamond' detailing service this was not at all up to par. I have found more places that were missed or not cleaned well since returning home. I just don't see any better detailing than what I have paid $75 for (and that was the other folks regular full price!). I really thought for the cost that the detailing would be MUCH better.

ELITE AUTO DETAILERS AMAZED ME WITH THE RESULTS!!! I am a local caterer and before I got my trailer and vinyl cargo liner I would transport food in the back of my carpeted Chevrolet Equinox. As a result I had alot of food spill and build up on the carpet. Butter, Cheese, Sauces, Chicken Grease. It was embedded in the carpet so much so that I shopped around at salvage yards for a whole new cargo cover! I couldn't find a replacement so I paid the $99 BIG DEAL price on Angie's List. My truck was what Ryan at Elite described as Excessively dirty so I had to pay an additional $50. I had no problem with that considering how bad it was. In fact I figured they couldn't get it out so I just told Ryan to CUT the carpet off the cargo cover and forget it. He said they would try really hard to get the muck off the carpet. I figured they could try but it wouldn't happen. I went to pick up my truck and OMG!!!! I didn't remember what it was supposed to look like!! It was absolutely Showroom Floor Spectacular!! The carpet on the cargo cover????? UNBELIEVABLE!! The amount I paid was worth every penny to see my truck look the way it did when I drove it off the showroom floor! Thank you so much Ryan and Crew at Elite, I will definitely be back!! I love having my truck back and its all thanks to Elite Auto Detailers!! JB

I went in and the employee behind the desk was expecting me and I waited a minimal amount of time for them to perform the services.

However, they were very nice and pleasant to work with. It was just at the end of the day, and I think they were in a hurry to get it done.

The service was good. They did a good job.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT go here for WINDOW TINT! You won't get your money's worth, you'll waste your time chasing them down to get them to fix the POOR QUALITY work done, and don't even dream of a refund. I paid $149 and got my car back with dirt and air bubbles between the film and window. Without even looking at it, they sent me away saying it will disappear after a few days when it dries. The owner (Ryan Nordman) looked it over when I went back again to show them to problem areas and asked if I had 15 minutes for them to fix it...it took 2 hours (since they had to redo about half the work initially done) and there were STILL air pockets between the film and window when I got it back the second time. I waited a week before rolling the windows down and the film rippled (in a different area) creating a trashy look of very noticeable air pockets. When I complained again, they blamed it on my window because it shifted and said I should talk to the owner. After several weeks of going back and forth with the owner on promises of fixing the job but no follow through. I asked for the tint to be removed and a full refund. His response: "sorry but no refunds". Needless to say, I'm going somewhere else to get the tint problems resolved. I'd rather pay another $150 to a quality shop than go back and risk more issues when it's quite clear they're not capable of quality tint work and customer service on follow up. I can't image paying $249 for the 3M tint.

All in all it was a good experience. The interior of the car was very clean. The mats and carpets, however, were still very wet and two days later there was a pronounced musty odor. A heads-up on removing the mats and airing the car out would have been helpful.

They did a really good job. Everything went really well. The price was reasonable, fair.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. I was pleased with the service. I went there for the work.

Quality was generally good. But they did not do anything to my trunk. I had some items in the trunk, so when I dropped off the car I asked if they wanted me to box the items to make the clean easier. They said it was no problem the way it was. But when I picked up the car, I saw that the trunk hadn't been touched. They said they would clean it then, but I didn't have time. They offered to clean it if I stopped back, but that would require taking time off work, which is inconvenient for me. Also, they told me the detail would take 5 hours, but it took more like six even without cleaning the trunk. So that was disappointing.
