ELITE AUTO DETAILING

On a whole, I was pleased with the service. Scheduling was a bit tricky and they are not open on weekends. They also did not vacuum out the trunk, which was a little disappointing. But it was well worth the $99 big deal price!

I have bought this Big Deal before and they did a great job both times. I had to reschedule several times and they were very accommodating. They did a great job on both interior and exterior. I recently drove some friends somewhere and they could not believe my van is 5 years old. I will buy their Big Deal every year it is offered!

Car looked very good upon pickup. Careful attention was paid to interior cleaning and several stains were removed.

Car looked good. Seemed to attend to the details. Service did not include touch up of nicks and dings. If it did the car would have looked new. Took about 2 3/4 hrs. Shop opened about 15 mins late. Had a little trouble getting it scheduled. I got their answering machine...then I was out when they returned the call. Tried to schedule by email. Finally got it scheduled.

I had my car cleaned with Elite about a year earlier and was very pleased. As December approached and a BIG DEAL ad was run, I thought great - I liked what they did when I paid full price, I'll do it again as a Big Deal. Don't know how the Big Deal works from the providers side, but they were not as quick to return my email. I didn't care because it was still a great price. Next, there was some booking confusion - they only do so may cars in a day and I was told the slots available to the Big Deal users was limited. I was put on the schedule for a week and a half later. The day-of was cancelled because of weather, though the receptionist was able to get into the office and let me know. I was rescheduled for another week later and finally took the car in. I was pleased with the results, but my 10 year old Altima was not as spanking clean as when I took it in the first time -- little things like the leather seats weren't gleaming and softened and areas I couldn't get to were not crumb-free. Maybe it was just a fluke in terms of their usual quality, but it makes me a bit suspicious of these BIG DEALS.

With the Angie's List special the cost was with a great discount. The carpets and seats were to be cleaned etc. but if we had paid full price we would have had them do it over. Our seats are leather with fabric on the sides. The driver seat had a place in the fabric that didn't look like they touched. That place is visable to the passenger side. Also we have a screen that pulls over items in the hatchback that still had places on it that seemed it was overlooked also. Everything else looked pretty good. We were told it would take about 5 hours - took 3. We ended up trading it in after the cleaning or I would have them clean the areas I mentioned. Pretty dissapointed in the service.

The workers were pleasant and helpful with suggesting other treatments. It took about 4 hrs from when I dropped my car off to when I picked it up. Everythiing looked cleaan in the inside and out. When I got home I noticed some white dried wax in a few places but they buffed right off. I would recommend using them.

It went great. The car looks nice. They were very courteous and cooperative. They were very easy to deal with. I really enjoyed working with them.

It was an excellent service. I have actually taken another vehicle back there since then. I highly recommend them. They did a nice job and did everything that they said they were going to do. Their timing was perfect.

Excellent work, thorough and careful. Superior to other deal shops I've used in the past. There was a mix-up on drop-off time, but provider stretched to deliver at promised time. I would use them again, esp. with a Big Deal offer.

I was extremely pleased with the work that was done on my car. They thoroughly cleaned both the inside and outside of the vehicle--down to the smallest noock and cranny. Hi would highly recommend Elite Auto Detailing and would us them for any of my car cleaning needs when it comes to detailing and deep cleaning. Great Job!!!

Very professional job. They were very prompt and courteous and the SUV looked great when they were done.

Cleaned my 6 year old Saturn and did a great job. They got the upholstery to a like new condition.

Not good. Too many places seem to be untouched. Their was actual grime still on the car and quite a bit of leftover wax. Windows and mirrors were streaked. Inside was spotless and well done. (except for windows) After Elite attempted to remedy the problem they saw our dissatisfaction and offered us a free car wash at next visit.

They were booked about 2 months out, which was fine. Scheduling was easy and they had all my information when I took my car in for my appointment. They were very friendly and professional so I had high hopes. They called when my car was ready and I went to pick it up. The outside looked OK - I don't believe they waxed it, but it did appear washed. The wheels looked really nice, the tires looked ok. On the inside, the controls and dash looked great and it smelled nice inside. BUT - the cupholders were very obviously dirty and had not been cleaned, the carpets and mats looked OK but certainly not deep cleaned. The upholstery appeared to be vaccumed but I don't think it was steam cleaned. Worse, there was a giant stain on the back seat that had not been there previously (I took it back and they removed it right away, telling me it was rust and may come back...and asking if I had previously laid something metal in the back of my car...I think I would remember if I had...). Basically it looked like they did what I sometimes do at home, give it a great vacuuming, clean the dash and wipe with Armor All, and wash the outside. But even for a discounted price of $109, I feel ripped off. I wouldn't go back and I definitely wouldn't pay $235 for that service.

Very accommodating - had to alter the drop off time and they were very nice about it.

It was good. I don't think it wasn't worth the price. I thought they did a pretty good job but I didn't see anything that was really good on the exterior. The inside on the glass and the front windshields were still not very clear. It was supposed to be a thorough and detailed cleaning. I thought it was going to be better. They're professional and timely but I probably wouldn't use them again.

It went great! We bought two deals and I waited a long time to schedule and when I finally did call, I wasn't able to get in for another two months. They are very busy so plan ahead. The service was great and they called throughout the day if they had any questions about anything. The truck was done yesterday and the car is getting done today and based on the way the truck looks I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Other than it taking a couple of months to get it scheduled, everything went well. My car is very clean inside and out. I have had several compliments!

I set up the appointment with ease. They were ready for me that morning. The staff was polite and nice. The car was ready within about 4 hours and it looked great! The car was so clean and shiny, even better than brand new. I was very pleased with the end product. I will definitely use them again.

I had a groupon for interior auto detailing. This place seems like it's really busy as I got an appointment almost 2 months after I first contacted them. On the day, I dropped my car at 8:30 am for a 9 am appointment and the lady at the counter said the car would be ready by around 4. Since I said I couldn't come back to pick my car before 5, she said she'd lock my keys in and asked if I had a spare key. Luckily, I did. But when I went back there at around 5:45, they were still working on my car. I was surprised because they said my car would be ready by 4 and that they close at 5. When I inquired about how long it'd take, they said it'd take about 40 min. And I had to wait in their small waiting are for about 30 min before I could drive home. I was not happy with their punctuality. Having said that, the interiors of my car never looked this good. It's as shiny as a new car. So, overall, I'm happy with their service but only wish they got it done within the time they promised. It'd have been great if they at least called me to inform about the delay.

I was greeted in the parking lot. We inspected my 2011 Nissan Rogue. I inquired about the scratches on my car from automated car washes and tree branches. I also had paint from the white lines that were painted on Hwy 70. I was told about their wet sanding that would get the majority of the lite scratches and the more in depth 3 step sanding but I did not want to pay the amount for the in depth, so I chose the wet sanding. I was told that it would take 5 to 6 hours it took 5. My car looks amazing!!!. All the circular scratches from car washes and all the lite scratches are gone. There are a couple of deep ones that I was told would need the in depth but even they are fainter. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. I will definitely go back after more wear and tear, then I will get the in depth.
