Stanley Steemer - Carmel

Ive used them about 2 or 3 times before. There was one area that needed one more pass, which they did without a complaint! They were still at home my when I noticed this area, and they come back to make sure I was satisfied!

Carpets look very clean and bright.

We have used them annually for several years. The head cleaner on this visit was a gentlemen from West Africa. The cleaning was superb, and the best by far we have ever had from this or any other company. Many stains caused by an old dog having accidents were completely removed. They moved almost all the furniture except beds and bookcases to clean under.

They left when the floor was wet and when it dried, it was streaked and dirty. There was over-spray on my windows, baseboards and cabinets. They also used a dirty rag to wipe the over-spray from my stainless steel appliances, leaving them streaky and dirty. I felt like I had to re-clean my kitchen after they left. I called the office and asked someone to come out and look at the job and they responded right away. They re-cleaned the floor and it turned out much better the second time. They explained that there may have been a clogged jet or some other problem with the equipment. While they quickly resolved the problem to my satisfaction, I would probably not hire them again; it should have been done right the first time.

The gentleman that came out to clean our carpets was excellent, probably the best we have had from Stanley Steemer. He was very personable and a pleasure to talk with. He cleaned everything very well and was done in a reasonable time.

Appointment set on internet, which was not to confusing; men arrived on schedule and worked swiftly; their accent was a little hard to understand but they were nice anyway.

The office staff is polite and it was easy to get an appointment that was convenient for me. On the day of the cleaning, the workmen called me and wanted to come an hour before the appointment time, but when I was not available to meet them at the house, they agreed to come at the assigned time, then came 1/2 hour early anyway. The two men were polite, professional, and worked quickly. They pretreated stains and removed two rust spots that I pointed out to them. When finished, they put protection under the furniture so that the legs would not leave stains on the carpet. The carpets look good. When I asked about also cleaning the open space in the bedroom, the guy in charge offered to cleaned this space "for free" if I agreed to the stain protection. I have never used the stain protection before. Time will tell if this stuff works and is worth the high cost. They were finished in 1 hour and 10 minutes. I have used Stanley Steemer before and will use them again.

Happy with the tile and grout cleaning. The carpets looked nice following the cleaning. However we paid to have the carpets scotch guarded which they either did not do or was completely ineffective as spills quickly soaked into the carpet and did not blot up at all. We also purchased grout cleaner, paid for at the time of service, which they said they would drop off the next day as they didnt have any more on the truck. We had to call to remind them to deliver a couple of weeks later.

They did a fantastic job every time I use them. They are very professional. I think their equipment must have power that other smaller ones don't. They have given great packages on my playroom. I wouldn't call anybody else. This is carefree. They are there when they say they will be there and call when they are on the way. You cannot ask for anything more.

Stanley Steemer cleaned our carpets very well. However, I have never had any carpets professionally cleaned, and it wasn't clearly explained to me which pieces of furniture would be moved and which ones wouldn't.

The gentlemen were punctual, polite, and finished cleaning my carpets in very little time.

I couldnt have been more pleased. The servicemen were Uriah Denny and Jon Branaugh, both extremely pleasant and customer-focused. I was AMAZED at how clean my carpets came. Someone called ahead to say they were coming, and they arrived immediately following the phone call (a bit early in fact). They completed the job in less than an hour. They kept asking me if I wanted to see how clean the carpets were coming. I asked them to hit a couple of small spots a second time, and they were pleased to. Its the 1st time Ive ever used Stanely Steemer, and I will definitely use them again, based on this experience.

They were prompt, clean and had regular uniforms. They were quick. In and out.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used Stanley Steemer. They always show up on time. The crew is pleasant and professional. And they do a great job on tough stains. Their prices are very reasonable. I will hire them again.

The gentleman that came to do the cleaning was on time. He was pleasant, quick and efficient and did a very good job. I would definitely use this company again.

In my experience Stanley Steamer does the most professional job of cleaning carpets which are normally very dirty and have had little care while the property was occupied by renters. The price was very competitive, they arrived on time, didn't try to high pressure me into other services, and got the job done. The carpets looked great and kept us from having to replace them completely.

Our overall experience was excellent. We highly recommend this company. I called at 9 am on a Monday morning, and by 11 am that same day, the crew had arrived and cleaned all the areas. The crew was efficient and polite. I will definitely use them again.

Company called before two workers arrived. Both were friendly and courteous. I had spent a lot of time preparing the rooms for cleaning, removing lamps, clutter etc from the tables. I was a bit disappointed that they were in and out of here in about thirty minutes. The carpets were quite dirty and I thought they would spend more time than they did. The young man with the hose kept asking me how the carpet looked. It looked a lot better in the family room but that area was very soiled. When they attached their hose to my outdoor faucet, I warned them that the dryer vent was close, so to be careful. Afterwards, I went to the basement and noticed that there was a large pool of water by the dryer. I went outside and there was water all over the siding and it was pooling by the faucet. They helped me clean up the basement mess and were apologetic. The price was quite reasonable compared to others. My receipt was incomplete (noticed later). The water leak was stressful but not disastrous.

Last year I requested this same service. I felt that no deodorizing was done. I chalked it up to a bad experience. This time when the guys left I checked underneath the bed and immediately saw a very discolored area. If they were unable to clean that area, I should have been told, before they left. I asked that they return to clean the area. They came at a time I was not at home. I have heard nothing from them since. I have decided that I will not use them again. I am not going to keep calling and quibbling with them about their work. This is the second time their work has been UNSATISFACTORY. I will simply discontinue my patronage of this company. In addition, I charged the amount to a credit card. When their agent tried to reach his office, the line was busy. He asked, Could you just write a check? The line was busy and he didn't want to wait. What arrogance! I told him to keep calling until he got through. I have used this company many times, but no more. Enough is enough.

THE JOB WAS COMPLETED EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THE CREW ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY POLITE. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR WORK.

Great. They called the evening before to remind us; appointment was on a Saturday, so it fit our schedule. They arrived ahead of schedule and did a wonderful job, even moved furniture, The carpets look fantastic and I didn't have to take time off from work to get it done.

They are consistently great. They come when we need them and are always so polite. They always try to find us a discount.
