Description of Work: OUR FINISHED BASEMENT FLOODED, SO WE CALLED SERVICEMASTER FOR A QUOTE AND EXPLANATION OF SERVICES. I SPOKE WITH THE REP, EXPLAINED THAT WE HAD NEVER BEEN IN A SITUATION LIKE THIS BEFORE AND ASKED HOW WE GO ABOUT HAVING SOMEONE COME OUT TO CLEAN OUR FLOORCOVERINGS AND CARPETS. I HAD SPOKEN WITH TWO OTHER COMPANIES (WHO WERE WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH) AND THEY HAD SENT AN ESTIMATOR OVER WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THE REP AT SERVICEMASTER ACTED AS IF SHE HAD NEVER ANSWERED A CALL BEFORE! SHE WAS RUDE, OBSTINATE AND UNWILLING TO WALK ME THROUGH THE PROCESS. SINCE I HAD DEALT WITH TWO OTHER FOLKS AND WAS JUST LOOKING FOR A THIRD ESTIMATE FOR COMPARATIVE PRICING, I WAS FLOORED THAT THIS REP WAS SO UNWILLING TO GIVE ME INFORMATION AND/OR HELP. I WILL NEVER CONTACT SERVICEMASTER AGAIN SHOULD WE HAVE WATER DAMAGE.
