+ -1 moreHe has done several jobs over the years for us. They have installed a lot of things when we redid our kitchen. He put in fixtures in our bathroom too. His prices are very fair. He is very good. He makes it a point to come out and fix it almost immediately. We had a hot water issue on the weekend once and he came out that night and got it working for us. They replaced it the next day as well. I will continue to use him in the future.

+ 0 moreWe were very pleased with the work done. They were so prompt. I noticed a small leak, and didn't think it was an emergency so I called the next day. They replaced the water heater that afternoon with the same kind we had before. Our first one lasted longer than it probably should have. He was pleasant to work with and the other man who came was also very nice. They did a great job cleaning up everything and hauling away the old water heater. I consider him our regular plumber now and will continue to use him without hesitation if any other issues come up.
Description of Work: We have used him twice. He put in a new sump pump and back up sump pump the first time. The second time he put in a new water heater.

+ 1 moreWe called Paul Henderson Plumbing at 7:30am, told them it looks like out sump pump was failing, but not flooding yet. They sent someone out by 3pm. They said they could get someone out sooner if the basement began to flood. Bob the technician/plumber that came out was very professional, very nice and got the job done quickly. He did a great job explaining what the problem was and what he needed to do. One of Bob's associates stopped by with another part & he too was polite and professional. Overall, we are very pleased with the service, quality of work done and prompt response.
Description of Work: We came home from vacation to find out sump pit totally full, on the verge of overflowing. We just bought this house about 2 months ago, Paul Henderson Plumbing was the company who had done the original work (their sticker was on the pump, which was 7-10 years old), so we called them.

+ -1 moreI can't say enough great things about Paul Henderson plumbing! Sharla quickly called me back, and set up a appointment for Jordan to give me an estimate. He was right on time, assessed the situation, and gave me an estimate that was $3000 dollars BELOW the other plumbers estimate! He came a few days later, and worked his tail off until the job was done... which he did in HALF the time other companies said it would take. Great customer service with Sharla.. who schedules jobs, great work from Jordan, great price, GREAT COMPANY to use for plumbing needs.
Description of Work: We had a pipe leaking in our slab. This fix would require breaking the cement, finding the leak, fixing the pipe and re-pouting cement to cover the hole.

+ -1 moreWe lived in the house in Carmel for more than 20 years. Once we found Paul, we stuck with him. He is very good. I don’t remember the price I spent for the last service. They are punctual and personable. It's fine to have them in your home and it’s not scary. The appliance service company that my husband used to work for had a network. We were living in Carmel for a long time and we had people do things for our home. So, Paul came up that way. We would definitely use his services in the future too and there are no questions.
Description of Work: We used Paul Henderson Plumbing probably in July. We had a toilet commode that wasn’t shutting off completely after flushing it. So, Paul came and fixed it. Jordan is one of Paul’s technicians. We also had Jordan put in a new kitchen faucet for us before that.

+ -1 moreWe wanted a second quote on a hose bib replacement. Sharla set us up with an appointment with Jordan. It rained the day of our appointment and due to the work being outside, they called to reschedule for the next day. Jordan was running behind, but I received a call again from Sharla that he would be late. I appreicated this. Jordan replaced the hose bib in the time he said it would take and did it for $100 less than the other company had quoted. We will definitely be using Paul Henderson again!

Description of Work: They had previously installed a hot water heater for me. The closet door was not able to close properly after the installation. They came back to correct the issue. They were not able to reposition the hot water heater for me, but they were able to move the door so it was able to cover the water heater just fine. The closet doors were dirty from being up near the appliances, they removed the door and helped me clean it.

Description of Work: Home build year: 1976 We needed to have two valves replaced that allow total water cutoffs for our house. Also wanted to have plumber remove old shower head and install new one. He replaced the main cutoff valve with a newer, easier to operate one. Showed me that the second valve didn't need to be replaced, it needed to be repacked and cleaned. Home built in 1976, so removal and install of new valve weren't straightforward. Showerhead removal was not straightforward, either, so he had to replace a supply neck on it to install the new head. He was on time, courteous, explained everything well. I will definitely use them again.

+ -1 morePaul did a complete overhaul of our sump pump system. He was here off and on multiple days to get everything installed. He was very clear in his explanation of our options. He made multiple modifications to our system that greatly improved our chances of always having a dry basement. The finished product is extremely neat and tidy. I wish I had a before and after picture to show the dramatic change in how well executed his work is.
Description of Work: Paul replaced both sump pumps and the battery sump pump.

He did a great job running the gas line through our finished basement, creating only one small hole in our drywall, 6 x 9 inches. We have used Henderson Plumbing in the past and have always been very pleased with his work.

+ 0 moreHe is always great. He goes extra miles to try and make things work if there is some difficulty; specially remodeling as it is so difficult. He is probably more expensive than others. I usually comes early but he calls and asks if has to come late. He is great on professionalism. I would use them in the future.
