Paul is so very good at what he does. He is loyal to his customers, and comes promptly when needed.

Asked repeatedly for estimate before work began. Started work without giving estimate. Took repeated trips to do job. Nothing was ever finished in one trip. Several problems along the way which were not smoothly dealt with. Paul never came by over course of several weeks that work was being done. Paul didn't return calls. However, easy to work with small company.

They answered all my questions and helped me order the correct filters after they came out with the incorrect filters. I appreciate them being a smaller company. Every time I use them it is one of three people that come out. I will definitely use them again.

I'm happy with the service and units. I called early morning because of a leaking water heater. The office gave me an estimate and scheduled work for noon time on the same day. Paul arrived at designated time. He examined the situation and discussed what was needed and the cost. He and his staff covered the carpeted basement steps, were careful to not bump walls or furniture bring in the new unit and removing the old, and cleaned up thoroughly. After they left a couple of joints leaked. I called and the worker was back before 5:00 that day to resolder these joints. I definitely recommend Paul Henderson Plumbing.

Overall went great. I noticed a leak in my old water heater on a Saturday night. I called the office and was called back by Paul himself. We decided the job could wait until Monday morning. All went well.

They were here on a Thursday after the counter top had been installed, then checked the other projects. Due to needing some replacement items, the plumber returned on Friday to finish the job. He advised that the toilet was fine and the outside faucets were satisfactory. He replaced the pump cover and could not find a drain grate that fit the drain. He replaced the hoses, but found the sink faucet frozen and would have to replace it with a new faucet. Since the installed faucet is not longer manufactured, we would have to buy a new one and another for a similar sink in that bathroom. Since the faucet can be set to eliminate or minimize the drip, we elected not to do anything (his advice). We found their office contact to be very helpful and coordinating the service with the counter top company was a breeze. We also felt their work was of high quality. They also kept us informed as to arrival times.

Great Service! I contacted another company first. They said that I would need a new water heater and gave me an estimate. I decided to get a second opinion from Paul Henderson. Chris came out and agreed I needed a new water heater. Sharla in the office contacted A.O. Smith and determined that it was 3 weeks past the 6 year warranty period. A little while later I got another call from Sharla. She had convinced them to honor the warranty! So I only had to pay for the installation and an additional $80 upgrade since they have improved the water heater since my original one was installed. Chris was able to replace the water heater that same morning, even though I was only scheduled to get an estimate. That's great customer service!

Response was quick and completed quickly.

Paul is a wonderful person to deal with. He personally did the job. It took several days to complete the work due to having to break my slab for the new toilet. He showed up right on time every day and made sure I was happy with the job after it was completed.

Water heater rusted out and leaked. Chris Champion removed old water heater and installed new one. Work was performed quickly and the area was cleaned up afterwards. Previous plumbing was ''corrected'' as part of the fixed price. We use Chris for all of our plumbing needs.

The service technician was very professional and polite. He installed the new faucet and garbage disposal very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone. Nice job!

At my house with new heater within 1.5 hours of my initial call. Very polite. Reasonable price. Great work as always!

Their ad states 24 hr emergency service. I placed a call but never received a response. If their emergency technicians do not answer phones, then they need to remove this from the ad. I always try to use local service companies.

Brady came and put in a backup sump pump. He was very professional. Sharla was very informative in setting up the appointment. She gave us a website to look at the different pumps which was very helpful. We were very impressed by this experience.

He was prompt, very clean and well presented. He was willing to explain totally and give me the option of what it would cost to repair that particular faucet. He said I was better suited to make the change. He took me to the showroom and made sure I got my resolution the same day so I didn't have to wait.

I love this company. They are very responsive and any time I need them, they come out quickly. Everything works well. I had asked Paul about installing a water softener. Unfortunately, my house wasn't plumbed for one, and he looked everything over and told me it would cost quite a bit and probably wasn't worth doing. I really appreciated his honesty, obviously he's not just out to make money.

He's to notch. Absolutely. He's as honest as the day is long. They get back to you.

They did a very professional job. The cost was on the high side of reasonable for the services provided. They came in an emergency situation and rectified the problems promptly and effectively. They followed up with checking the system out a week later.

He was very helpful, and the contact person was especially lovely. Tom came out to the job and told everything was fine, he just replaced some washers.

The plumber was on time, courteous and efficient. He gave good instructions on the use and maintenance of the pump and was very knowledgeable, as was the woman that answers their phone. After shopping around for a battery backup sump pump, I found that Paul Henderson offered an adequate product and service that was very reasonably priced. There is a higher priced pump that is available, but they explained to me that, in their opinion, it was higher priced because it had more bells and whistles that just aren't necessary for the price difference. Their honesty was refreshing. I will hire them again!

Brady and Tom were on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They were neat, putting down a dropcloth to cover the stairs. This service call was the best we could have expected.

I thought there were a couple of minor problems with the installation and they were very polite and prompt at coming out to check them. As it turned out, everything was fine with the installation. Very professional group!

Paul is a very nice. He did the work we wanted him to do. Everything is working smoothly. Paul and his cohort Brady were both nice and easy to work with.

Job 1:(No comments made). Job 2: My experience with Paul Henderson Plumbing was a good one. I called him late in the day (3:30 PM) and I needed the work done the same day. Although he didn't think he could, he accommodated me and got the work done. He called me back right away, and after checking with someone else's schedule, he called right back and came over himself right away. I would recommend him highly.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY. THE FIRST TIME, WE HAD AN OUTSIDE LEAKY FAUCET. THE NICE PLUMBER TIGHTENED THE HANDLE ON THE FAUCET AND GAVE US TIPS FOR STOPPING THE LEAK - AND THEY WORKED. BOTH PLUMBERS (1ST & 2ND VISITS) WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. WE ARE VERY HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND SUCH GOOD PLUMBERS!
