Mr. Henderson arrived on time and did an excellent job of repair and explanation.

Excellent, quality work. Adjectives that come to mind are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, kind, considerate, upbeat, positive, professional, experienced, punctual, reliable. He solved all the problems I asked him to tackle.

They over-charge and the quality of their work isn't what I expected. They get the job done but they won't really fix it all the way and all they had to do was look. They will leave a problem and say they will come back later. I will never use them again.

They inspected the bib and discovered it was due to turning the faucet too tight over the years. It was a price well spent because they checked multiple plumbing questions.

We have used Paul Henderson Plumbing several times now and have been pleased every time. Both Paul and Tom are very professional and thorough; they explain clearly the problem and work to be done; and they both are very good about identifying (and explaining) routine maintenance we can do ourselves to save money in the long-run. We definitely plan to continue to use Paul Henderson Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

He understood how things go together and is very knowledgeable about what he does. The previous plumber installed the wrong type of pipe which caused the problem in the first place. We have used his services before and he knows just what to do. He is a very personable guy and guarantees his work.

I have used this company several times in the past. Charla is very responsive and responds to calls very quickly. Tom is wonderful as well. He is very knowledgeable. He looks at what type of problem you have and gives his best recommendations on what repairs need to be made of what needs to be replaced. The company charges an hourly rate for their work and even gives an Angie's List discount. When Kevin replaced the seal for my repair, he spent the remainder of the hour inspecting all of the other plumbing pipes and giving me advise on what to look out for in the future. They are a very honest company and they provide detailed estimates and explanations of what work they will be doing prior to beginning. I would highly recommend this company to others.

They had quote for $265 initially but when they were done with their work, they only charged for the time they were at the home and waived the trip charge as I was a first time customer. There is no better way to keep a customer coming back.

They arrived when they were scheduled to arrive. They were clean as they worked and didn't leave a mess. They were courteous. The other company I had looked at charged over 800 dollars for the same work.

He is very responsive and attentive. When he was here he was very polite and clean. He arrived very promptly to do the work. I found that his price was fair.

He was here when we expected. He is very dependable and courteous. He is good at problem solving. He is reliable and his prices are very fair and reasonable.

They are just great. every time I have a plumbing need they respond and tend to the issue as soon as they can. They are very patient and kind. I will continue to use Paul Henderson Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

This situation was very frustrating for us for 2 reasons. First, missing the leaking water heater and secondly, Paul Henderson's listing in Angie's List states that the company provides 24 hour emergency services for exiting customers! We waited for a phone call back and were without hot water for 2 days. When I contacted the company on Monday, I was told that Paul was not providing 24 hour emergency service anymore and that they were going to change their listing, which has NOT been changed in over 4 weeks since my call. When I left messages on their answering system on that weekend there was no mention that they no longer offer 24 hour emergency service! I believe that a company should not list services that they do not provide! I have left 2 messages for the owner to call me back to discuss this matter, but he has NOT called us back!

Paul did a great job. He came over, assessed our situation, gave us an idea about the problem and worked well with our bathroom remodeling contractor to fix the problem. As Mr. Henderson got into the work, he found it to be a more complicated problem than initially anticipated. He kept us informed and was great at locating the source of the problem and fixing it without having to tear out a lot of flooring.

FANTASTIC! Paul did the work himself, and it worked out great. Paul worked the project into his schedule (same day), stayed late, and got it done (essentially on an emergency basis). Paul was able to repair the gas valve without having to remove part of the wall to reach the valve (since it was enclosed within a brick wall).

I called on a Monday, Tom came out and took a look and told us that we had a bad tank, that same day. Since we had hot water, and there was only a minor leak, we scheduled the appointment for Wednesday afternoon. Tom arrived ahead of schedule by 30 minutes, installed the new heater, removed the old, all within a couple hours. He also made sure he laid down blankets to keep the carpet clean, while transporting both water heaters. Sharla gave us an estimate, and she was right on!

The matter in which the exception was handled was deplorable, after we spent approximately $8,000 with the company. Gentleman who initially installed the shower came over. He called me at work BEFORE disassembling the handle and stated that it is too damaged to disassemble and he cannot get the handle off. I came over and I got the handle off immediately (there was no damage). The gentleman became hostile, asking me if I was accusing him of installing a leaky valve initially. I responded that I was not accusing, just stating the fact that the fixture dripped from day 1. At this point he told me (again, PRIOR to disassembling the fixture) that he has seen this over and over in kid s bathrooms where the child lifts and breaks the handle. He then stated that the valve is damaged and out of warranty (again, BEFORE disassembling the fixture), he does not need any of this, and the company does not work in my area anyway (I guess Geist must be unappealing). He then left.

The work was very good. They gave me an estimate for the work and then the office called to schedule the work to be done. They came on Thursday to give the estimate and the work was done the following Tuesday (Jan 16th). There was no mess. The gas line was installed in the floor, which I liked. They were every professional, explained the situation to me, and I was very pleased with the work. This is the second time I've used them. Mr. Henderson did the work himself.

I called Paul Henderson Plumbing on a Monday and they were able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday morning. The representative (Chris) showed up on time, was pleasant, did an outstanding job, and cleaned everything up before he left. Will be using Paul Henderson Plumbing again!

Our old water heater broke on a Thursday. Called Paul Henderson plumbling. They were very courteous and answered all of my technical questions on water heaters. We selected a Bradford White Water Heater based on recommendations from Paul Henderson. Our Water heater was replaced on a Monday. Work was performed in a very timely manner. Mr. Henderson did a quality job and made sure that no messes were made in our house! We are very pleased with the professional work that Paul Henderson provided. We have used him before on other plumbing jobs and would highly recommend this company to others.

Mr. Henderson was very personable on phone. Plumber showed up on time. Did work and cleaned up afterwards, explained what he did going over bill.

They have done other work for us since then.

Contacted Paul on Tuesday. Work was completed on Wednesday.

Called this plumber and they scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The plumber (Brady Housden) quickly assessed that the issue was due to broken valve, as it was dumping some of the water back into the pit. He installed a new valve, which corrected the issue. Although the repair took approximately 30 minutes, we were charged a one-hour labor charge, which they had stated up front as the minimum labor fee.

He was extremely polite and personable. See above.
