Paul Henderson Plumbing

I have been very happy with them. They were a very good outfit to work with. The first time I used them was about three and half years ago. I am not sure if I got them through Angie's List. When we contacted them three years ago they provided us with a battery back-up sump pump which was really good. We had contracted them about a different style and he sort of cautioned me against it and recommended the one that we did buy and we have not been disappointed. It works really well. We used them again last march to get a sump pump replaced. I really like them a lot. They were really prompt. They always called before they arrived at the house to see if anybody was here and let us know that they were in. They were just really a very professional group. They were very clean. I kind of moved around the some guys here but they didn't seem bothered by that at all. They were really pleased that I took an interest in it and helped me understand what's going on. I like them quite a bit. I would highly recommend them. They are very courteous. The office lady who answers the phone calls she is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. On my first occasion I dealt with Paul. He came out and made his recommendations and the second time around the guy who came out was very friendly, did the job in a very short time. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves and you wouldn't have even known if they were there.

Paul Henderson plumbing responded in a professional and timely manner during a weekend water emergency - flooded basement. The plumber came to our house and quickly proceeded to replace the failed sump pump. Particularly impressive was how the plumber submerged himself in over six inches of very cold water to remove the failed sump and resolve the problem immediately. He went way above and beyond. Based on this level of service we will continue to use Paul Henderson plumbing in the future.

They were not able to get us in soon enough to fix the problem. Because they weren't able to help us due to scheduling conflict, they contacted a company that they thought highly of. They made sure that the company had an availability and gave them my contact info so that I could schedule the service.

Professional, knowledgable and friendly. I'd recommend him and use him again.

Jordan came out and installed our gas grill. He was on time and great to work with. He installed a saftey valve so we could turn the grill off outside. The builder had failed to do this. I would use them again.

Both my main and back up sump pumps were not working reliably. Paul was able to replace my main pump before I left town. I have been really happy with the equipment.

Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it.

During a busy day Paul found the time to come over and check out my Water Heater. He said everything could be finished by the next business day and it was. Re-configuring the Gas and Electric Lines helped create more space in our laundry room which we needed. Paul did all of this while I was at work and is the type of person that can be trusted in my home. The fact that I didn't have to deal with throwing the old water heater away made things all the easier and since the water heater was under warranty the total cost was at least 2/3 less than what it normally would have been.

Paul arrived on time and said the problem was the dip stick. He did not have one with him, but returned later to replace it. Plenty of Hot Water now!!!!

I thought my sump pump had failed due to flooding and the fact it wouldn't drain when plugged in bypassing the float signal. It turns out the float was caught and I was just impatient as it takes a while for the water level to drop with saturated soils. Jordon (the tech sent) diagnosed the problem quickly, answered all my stupid questions about how to diagnose this in future (check outside drain, float), and was even nice enough to just charge me for the trip fee (instead of the full hourly fee) which was great.

It was really a very easy process for what could have been disastrous. I coudn't have imagined being able to solve it so easily, painlessly or quickly.

He is prompt and personable. The water heater has worked just fine since he installed it. When he came recently for the estimate, he came right away and was just as professional as the first time.

We are always please with Paul Henderson plumbing. He was running late and called to say so. He is efficient and reliable.

He was professional, responsive and punctual. He provided excellent service and I highly recommend him.

I do not bother to call anyone else I just call Paul. I have used him in the past and if I have any type of plumbing issue I call Paul first thing. I called them on a Saturday night at about eleven o clock when I pipe burst and they were out within thirty minutes. They put a stop gap in and then they came back out the following business day to take care of it. They were super nice and the price was fantastic. I will never call anyone else but Paul.

It is a privately owned small company. He shares advice on options and is not pushy. He is very accommodating to our budget and for the features that we desire. He seems to be a solid plumber in the work that he performs, yet he is flexible to our needs. We have been using him since 2001 when we moved into this house. We are very satisfied with his work. He is not the least expensive, but he is worth the money. I would use him in the future.

Jordan arrived a little early, qickly diagonsed the problem, located the necessary parts, picked them , returned and promptly fixed the problem. It was a pleasant experience - and they gave an AL discount!

I was impressed with how quickly he responded to my call. I received a call back from him within 10 minutes of my first call at 7:30 a.m.! He was very prompt and courteous, and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. He quickly located the source of the leak, and repaired it in record time. He went over everything with me to make sure he had answered all my questions. I would definitely call him for any future plumbing problems!

I called to have the issue of rerouting my sump pump and installing the back up pump. I was told what he recommended for the pump. His assistant told me Paul would find someone to put the drain in the yard and he did. Once that was done then Paul came to take care of the inside part.

Paul was very friendly. He showed up quickly and performed a warranty service on my water heater.

He was helpful over the phone with explaining how to turn off the water supply to the house. He came the same evening and it didn't take him long to do it. He was pleasant and professional.

He is professional and courteous. He does good work. His prices are good.

They are a very good plumbing company. Jordan was very thoughtful of my home and my request. He did a very good job. He was kind to clean up the old wax ring residue. I wanted the seat of the toilet he replaced put on another toilet because it was of higher quality. He cleaned that for me as well. He took my old toilet away for me. He did a very good job cleaning up after himself. There was a $30 trip charge that they took off because I was an Angie's List member! I had purchased the toilet myself. They do accept credit cards as well.
