The product and day-to-day service is fine. The problem I ran into is that we signed up in Nov. 2015 needing 2 units. As things change, 8 months later in July/August 2016, we had only a need for one unit. I am aware we have a 5 year contract, and I do not wish to cancel the main unit. As my sales rep informed me, I incorrectly assumed I'd be able to make adjustments to our existing contract as our needs changed. I do not see anything in the contract that explicitly says no changes can be made. In August 2017, I made several attempts to contact my sales rep, but he would not return my phone calls or emails. Today, Aug 24, 2018, I responded to a customer satisfaction survey and was again told they will not adjust for that unused second unit. Unfortunately, more than halfway through our 5 year contract, they will not budge and make a billing adjustment nor pick up the unused unit. We will not be renewing and would like future customers to be aware that they will not honor change requests.
