It went fine. They pick you and then bring you back if you need them, too. They are quick about doing the work to the car. They really know what they are doing. I have been using them for about two years now.

My car was running loudly after I bumped my muffler into a snow bank. I was told by another company that I had to replace my rusted exhaust system -- I believed them (it is older and rusted). They wanted to charge $1800... I decided to get a second opinion. Miller Auto fixed the hole (they told me a bolt fell out and just needed to be replaced and patched)...they charged $49. Need I say more? Service was polite and timely.

THE CAR HAD BEEN SUFFERING MULTIPLE PROBLEMS FOR A LONG TIME; BUT SINCE THE MECHANICS ARE MOSTLY LOCATED UNDER THE DASHBOARD, OUR LONG TIME STANDBY CAR-X COULDN'T WORK WITH IT (NOTHING AGAINST THEM, THOUGH). WE WERE AFRAID IT WOULD BE HIDEOUSLY EXPENSIVE TO GO TO A SPECIALTY SHOP TO GET IT DONE, BUT MILLER DID THE JOB IN JUST A FEW DAYS, AND AT WHAT SEEMED LIKE A REASONABLE PRICE (THOUGH WE DIDN'T SHOP AROUND). THEY TOOK THE CAR IN WITH JUST A DAY OR SO OF NOTICE, AND HAD IT DONE QUICKLY. WE'RE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK, AND THE CAR RUNS BEAUTIFULLY NOW.

What I like about them is that they call you to let you know costs - which are always within reason. They don't change anything at the last minute. I consider them very honest and efficient at what they do - and they are very friendly and accommodating.

Our vehicle was serviced the same day that we called. The work wasn't completed until the next day because parts needed to be ordered. Good communication about work that was needed, brought attention to other items of concern, but no sales pressure. A pleasant auto repair experience. : )

They were highly recommended by a teacher that I work with. They were very up front and honest. They do very good work.

Was grateful they agreed to do the work that late in the day.

I dropped the car off before leaving on my honeymoon. When I got back, my father told me it was going to cost $1600 to have everything fixed. That seemed a bit steep but there was a lot being done so it wasn't too surprising. When the work was done, the rep called to say the final bill would be $2100 because they found further problems when they got in and started working on things. When I asked why I hadn't been contacted about the extra $500 BEFORE the work was done, no one had a reasonable answer for me. I reluctantly paid the price charged and drove away. Within a week my brakes were squealing again and I had to take my car back to have them fixed again. This time they didn't charge me! They are friendly people but this experience ruined Miller for me. It was very disappointing because a year prior, when I took my car to them for brake work the dealership insisted needed to be done, they told me nothing was wrong with the brakes and sent me on my way.

The service was very thorough. They checked my rear brakes and cleaned them as well. They adjusted the price so that the total would still come out to roughly what we had anticipated. The price was slightly higher than the original estimate because a rusted part broke and required extra time to repair.

Very good. They returned the car when promised and the price was close to the estimate. No complaints!

Miller's had my car for about one day to complete the work. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and patient with my questions. They seemed concerned about making sure I understood what needed to be done to my car and it did not seem like they were trying to get more money out of me. I just got the sense that the employees are happy working there and that leads me to believe that my car was taken care of well and the work was done right.

They could have charged over $700 to replace the steering system, but they told me the leak was minor and not to worry about it. Their honesty is wonderful, I've had nothing but good experiences with them.

I take my cars there and they do the work. They fix the problem. They seem to be honest.

They've always done a good job. Once a part they put in stopped working and they fixed it.

It is good. They are always prompt and get it done the day we take it in. They let us know up front what they recommend and the prices.

In the process of having my muffler shield replaced, I asked that Miller check out my radio's clock as it was not lighting up at night. They ended up taking out the whole radio to find the source of the problem and reported that I would need to replace the radio. I told them that it was not worth it to me, so they put the radio back in. When I went to pay the bill, they had charged me $60 just to look at my radio. (I had asked them to call me before doing any work and certainly would not have ok'd a $60 inspection for my radio for the little clock light, so I wrote them a letter.) After contacting Miller, the manager personally called me, expressed his apologies and kindly refunded my money. I was very impressed and am a customer for life!

I made an appointment for service a week in advance for a 30,000 mile tune up. I took the car in at the appointment, and they told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I called after the hour and a half, and the mechanic got on the phone and got upset with me and told me that they could never get all of the work done in one day. They told me they hadn't even pulled my car in. I went and picked it up a few hours later, and it hadn't even been touched. When I went in, I spoke to the office manager, and she made me feel like it was all my fault too. I asked them why they just didn't tell me that, and she just told me that they have a lot of cars that come in, and they can't keep track of everyone.

I had been going to the Ford Dealership to have my brakes worked on. The brakes on my Explorer were always squeaking even just after they were changed. Miller Auto Care serviced the brakes, and I have not had any problems since then. The price they quoted was even less when I picked up my vehicle.

I just feel that they do a good job, and are very honest and don't try to recommend work that doesn't need to be done. The price is also fair.

The business is clean and neat, the car was ready when promised, the work was done properly and without incident. The price was competitive with independent shops, and much lower than the new car dealer.

GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE AHEAD OF TIME. THEY WERE PROMPT AND THE CAR IS RUNNING PERFECTLY NOW. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

HAVE WORKED WITH THEM FOR 10-15 YEARS WITH CONSISTENTLY GOOD RESULTS. WE HAVE GREAT CONFIDENCE IN THEM.

THEY DID WORK THE ON TIME AND AS EXPECTED. THE NEGATIVE ASPECT WAS THE PRICING ESTIMATE. THE INITIAL ESTIMATE WAS HIGH, THEN AFTER AGREEING TO A REDUCED PRICE WITH LESSER QUALITY PARTS, THE PRICE STILL CREPT BACK UP TO THE AMOUNT OF THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE.

SHAME ON ME FOR GOING BACK TO MILLER AFTER HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE 5 YEARS AGO. I DROVE THE CAR HOME AFTER THE WORK WAS PERFORMED AND THE ''CHECK ENGINE'' LIGHT CAME ON. I CALLED AND THEY SAID I COULD BRING IT IN ANY TIME. I BROUGHT THE CAR IN THE NEXT DAY AND THEY KEPT THE CAR ALL DAY AND DIDN'T GET TO IT. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND TOOK IT BACK THE NEXT WEEK AND THEY SAID MY PLUG WIRES CAUSED THE ''CHECK ENGINE'' LIGHT TO COME ON. THEY ORIGINALLY CHECKED THE PLUG WIRES THE FIRST TIME AND SAID THEY WERE OKAY. SO I PAY THEM ANOTHER $150.00 TO REPLACE THE PLUG WIRES. INTERESTINGLY ENOUGH, MY NEIGHBOR WAS ALSO IN THE SHOP AT THE SAME TIME AND HER BRAKES FAILED AFTER BEING REPAIRED AT MILLER THREE WEEKS AGO. I THINK I HAVE FINALLY LEARNED MY LESSON TO NOT EVER RETURN TO MILLER.

VERY NICE PEOPLE WITH QUALITY SERVICE FOCUS. FOLLOWED UP WITH QUESTIONS AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY SCHEDULED ME QUICKLY AND THE WORK WAS PERFORMED AND COMPLETED IN A TIMELY BASIS. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RATHER KNOW THE WORK WAS DONE RIGHT THAN TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS!
