I was a little afraid of taking the van in because I was sure it would be very expensive to fix. Miller was able to get the a/c back to working order and fix the source of the annoying ding for a very low price. The people there are extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great experience here and will be returning for future needs. And let me tell you it nice to not hear that dinging on a regular basis!

They fixed it very quickly. We have been taking our cars her for service. They are a little pricey but they are good. They always make a follow up phone call to make sure everything is ok and I like this about them.

They are good. They have dealer pricing with better quality. I got sticker shock from the pricing and the brakes were about 150 more than another group that has always done them. I used Miller because my car was already there and I was running out of time. I suspect the other things they fixed were slightly higher priced. They did what they said they would and I can't complain about their service. I just personally couldn't fit the service with the price. Nice folks, good work and they charge accordingly.

This was not in their normal line of service but they were willing to work with it. Even though the kit that I had bought on Ebay was lacking a piece, they worked to get it installed to my satisfaction. It worked well and they were done on time for my next trip.

I've been a long time customer (since 1990). Stopped going for the past 5 years (a little bit a drive from NW Indianapolis). I wasn't able to find a shop I liked nearby, so I recently headed back up to their shop. They take the time to explain things.

It went pretty well. They had the car longer than I hoped. They diagnosed it well, and when I got it back it runs fine.

Excellent service. Picked up at home when bringing vehicle in and to retrieve fixed vehicle. Cost was about $100 less than originally quoted. They did rotate tires which was NOT requested -- they initiallly charged for that but opolegetically refunded money for that. (If I hadn't been having a new set of tires put on the next day it would have been an unexpected bonus.) The alternator was an unexpected repair for this visit; it was the cause, the service provider said, for some noises that I had pointed out. Assuming this was the case, and that I did indeed get a new alternator and wasn't bamboozled, my experience was exceptional. The car is running well, if a little roughly when idling, and the noises it had been making are gone. I will use this business again.

It went very well. It was the Wed before Thanksgiving and he was the only garage that took the time to talk through my concern on the phone. He was honest about his availability on this very busy day. He did a diagnosis and called me when that was complete. By the time I got back to his store, the car was ready. The price of the new battery was competitive to the price Autozone advertised online for the same battery. Labor was only $40 which included cleaning the cables and resetting my clock! Excellent experience. Professional and courteous.

I have not been dissatisfied at all with the work they have done. I will continue to go here in the future.

They do excellent work. They are good people and take very good care of us. They are responsive and professional.

Able to get an appointment quickly. Miller calls and lets you know what the approximate costs will be. In fact there were a couple of things we opted not to have fixed as we felt it was not worth the cost. ( Ie cracked light cover-- $192) I appreciated the call rather than having them go ahead with the work since we had listed that on our initial work up.

I have been very happy with them. I feel that they are not trying to rip me off. When going to the dealership I felt that my car is in worse condition than when I got there. These guys always fix it up, and I feel that I am in good shape and confident when I leave. I need somebody I can trust, and I can trust them. Their prices are standard, and they do a good job.

At least they did repaired the damper.

They were prompt, friendly,polite, and picked up my car and brought it back. Their prices were very reasonable as well.

They said it would take between 3 -5 days and it was ready in 4 days. The problem was fixed and the car now runs good.

I go here because I have known the owner since he was young. He has always been honest and fair, so he has maintained my loyalty. The work is always quality, but if need be, he will stand behind his work.

Great. The dealership quoted a price in the thousands to complete an engine overhaul. Miller Auto Care provided an alternative resolution for much less money and the car has been running great.

Miller Auto Care performed the work in a timely manner discovering the problem and in a timely manner correcting it. Much of the cost was labor accumulated during the search process. All work performed was very satisfactory.

We have been taking our cars here for the past ten years. I like that they are conscientious about their work. They know what they are doing when it comes to older cars. They are able to get the car in and out in a short amount of time.

I am comfortable with their service. They are very honest, you really feel comfortable with any recommendation that they make. The workers are very friendly and are willing to work with you. I've never had a problem with any of my cars following a service call. I enjoy dealing with them and will continue to use them.

It was excellent. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job. I also took in someone else's car and they did a great job on that too. They delivered on time. They have a friendly staff. They can shuttle you back and forth to places if you can't wait. They do a great job.

We have used their services for about five years. They are honest and will not do anything that is unnecessary. They offer rides if your car will be there for awhile or you can wait. The waiting room is very clean and they have reading material and have a radio playing. They are a smaller business that is independently owned.

The car is 10 years old and explained that it only had 39,000 miles on it and it needed service, but didn't want anything done that wasn't necessary. They explained everything that they would be doing and what needed to be done. They were prompt with the service.
