Description of Work: I would never use this service repair center again. They did poor job on changing a water pump for me and misdiagnosed my break problem. They said that I would need to have over $1,000 sensor changed on my breaks and when I took it to another auto repair center they said all that needed to be done was to change the pads on the rear breaks. This was a $100.00 repair vs a $1,000 repair. I had used this repair center for all of my auto needs for approx 10 years and I was staisified with their service, but it seems like their quality has gone down over the past few years. I highly do not recommend.

Description of Work: This spring I took my car in to have the wheel bearing changed on the right front wheel. They called and stated that the lower ball joints were bad and that was causing the problem. I told them it needed fixed. They replaced the lower ball joints and then called back and said that the wheel bearing was bad. I told them that why I took it in originally to be fixed. Repairs were made and I made a complaint with the owner. In July I took the car in to have the water pump replaced. While it was there I ask them to check out the rear brake on the right side. I stated that sometimes it would lock up when you come to a stop. They spent a hour on labor and stated that the brakes were fine but it had a bad ABS Isolation dump valve and that it would cost $625.00 to fix. I checked with A-1 service center and they took the brake apart and stated the the brake shoe was cracked and that it was causing the break to lock up. They changed the brakes and everything was fine. This has caused me to think that they are charging for work that is not needed to cause the customer to pay more for their services. They state they are a Christian company, but I would not trust them anymore. I am going to take my business elsewhere. They are not the same company that I stated using 10 years ago.

Description of Work: Though I've lived in Carmel for a few years, this was my first experience using Miler's Auto Care and I was definitely impressed. I dropped my foreign car (VW) off at around 10 a.m. to have a headlight replaced and had it back by mid-afternoon. The young woman at the front counter was friendly and helpful. The price was definitely right also (particularly after the 15% discount thanks to Angies List). I think I've found my local alternative to high-priced dealerships.
