I took the carpet to them roughly in early January 2015. The lady who took it told me I'd get a callback from one of their cleaning specialists soon. I did get a call from the man later that day, who said he'd try a few things, see what worked, then get back to me in about a week. I forgot about it, but never got another call. When I finally called to track down my carpet, the lady took my information and told me they'd call me back. I think the same man called me back in less than an hour, said he'd run a number of tests, and told me that the best cleaning method--dry cleaning--still produced running in the colors. He asked me what I wanted done. I told him he'd had long enough to play with it, to wrap it up and I'd come get it. He sounded relieved. On the whole, I was dissatisfied by the lack of professionalism--the failure to call me back in a timely fashion. I wrote a harsh review on Angie's List. I got a callback the next day from the manager, who assured me the rug might be salvageable and to give them a week to work on it. He called me back at the specified time (yay!) and told me that everything they tried made colors run. He reimbursed us for our time and trouble, even though the whole problem was with the folks who made and dyed the rug. Our experience went from frustrated and dissatisfied to satisfied and happy. We'll take all our rugs to Langenwalter for cleaning, and recommend them highly to everyone!

I thought it was for house cleaning and the deal is actually only for carpet cleaning.

Called them after finding our sump pump failed. They took care of the water damage promptly and were very helpful and friendly.
