Langenwalter - Marion & Hamilton

Langenwalter is a great company. I had use the guarantee where they would come back until everything was done properly, which included pet odors. I had to have the technician come back 2 additional times to get the odor out, and he was very professional and did a great job every time. They have a small bottle of spot stain cleaner that you can get refilled for free, and it works well. I will definitely be using Langenwalter to clean my carpets in the future.

Jason always does a great job! He even shares his favorite book authors & titles. He is efficient & thorough. Jason is the greatest! We always ask for him!

They are really expensive but worth it. I've had really good luck with them removing stains. They do a lot more than some of the other ones. I will continue to use them.

Unis called on his way, arrived promptly, walked through ares to be cleaned, set up protective covers and proceeded to do job.

They came out and gave me my estimate and started work the same day. For what I had done, I felt the price was high. However, I heard good things, so I gave them a try. The employee did a good job and worked quickly and thoroughly. He talked on his phone while working on my carpets. Due to the sound of the carpet cleaner, he talked fairly loud. He was calling other customers, so they were not personal calls, but still. My only true complaint (other than the cost) was that the employee didn't take his shoes off. It was January and there had been snow outside. He left footprints of salt/dirt on my hardwood floor and I could see where it led right up to my carpet. What's the point of cleaning my carpets if he's just going to walk on them with dirty shoes? Then I was left to clean my hardwood after he left. Bottom line, I would use this company in the future, but they wouldn't be my first call. Hopefully, next time, I'll plan ahead a little better and have more time to get estimates.

Couldn't ask for a more professional and kind carpet cleaner. We have used this company in the past and once again I am completely in awe at the amazing job they do. I not only had food stains, from grandchildren, and makeup spills, but this time I challenged them to remove some chalk paint that had gotten on carpet. VOILA- they removed every drop of every stain that was on our pearly gray/white carpet. AMAZING job once again!!!!! Will never use a different company.

Excellent Service. I really appreciated the way the appointment was scheduled and how the estimate was given before the work was done. Their employee, Jay did a great job keeping me informed and looking out for me while I tried to do some work from home. Spots that had previously been left from other cleanings, were removed without extra fees.

Jay came to the house on time and called beforehand. He was very nice, professional and did a great job.

The gentleman from Langenwalter did a wonderful job. I had noted some stains, but thought they might be furniture related. He immediately noted that they were pet stains. He modified his cleaning to include a day of pet stain removal and completed it prior to the cleaning which was also the most economical solution. The carpets are completely stain free and look great. I was very happy with this service and their expertise. I would definitely use them again.
