Steve came out and did a very good job on my carpets. He was able to get all of the spots out of my carpets and was finished in only 2 1/2 hours. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Arrived as scheduled. Very pleasant young man, Jonny, gave estimate 1st, very reasonable considering the area. Worked 2 hours straight prespotting etc., a real work out to do that much carpet, TV room especially soiled. He did a terrific job! I would have them again.

My husband and I purchased this sectional used in February 2015 (it was about a year old when we bought it). Our dog had an accident on it in addition to there being a glue stain on one of the cushions from the previous owners. It was definitely due for a cleaning. The price is fair and about on par with other companies that provide this service. I was not so thrilled with the price as it seemed high, but this is how much this type of service is (i researched it), so it is a fair price. They showed up on time. The person who came to my house called 15 minutes before arrival. He very thoroughly cleaned it and was able to remove the glue stain. I am so excited the couch feels like it is new/ours, and our whole house smells wonderful (they must use some pretty strong stuff!). I am pleased with their work, and while I wasnt thrilled about spending this kind of money on cleaning my couch, I see it as an investment that will save money in the long run by not having to spend thousands on a new sectional.

Furniture that could be easily moved, they moved and large pieces they lifted. We made arrangements to be gone, but carpet was pretty dry next day. Looked like and it's not!

When I called they were able to get to us the next day! Jay, who has served us in the past showed up right on time and did a great job-as usual!

They are the best. I'd give them A+ in punctuality, professionalism, and responsiveness. Their quality is always excellent and their price, while a level above the rest, is worth it, because in all other respects they are a level above the rest. Our sofas were filthy and our stairs were worse. Our wool rug was quite spotted. It all came out beautiful except for our cat's favorite cushion (which was good but not perfect); Langenwalter always calls to see if everything is perfect, and they quickly came back out to give it another round. Which is more than we could expect, we got more than our money's worth the first time. We took advantage of their 20% off coupon in an email to repeat customers, cutting the price from 700 to ~500+. We won't use anyone else.
