I have used them many times and am always pleased. My favorite cleaner is Steve. My son just moved out and it was his bedroom. I thought there wasn't a chance that Steve would be able to clean it and I had already looked into replacing the carpet. Amazingly, Steve was able to clean the carpeting although there are a couple of places where my son had gotten some kind of bleach on it and the dye was removed. Steve is coming back in a couple of weeks as he said he can add the dye back in for $75!

Steve, the carpet cleaner, was on time and got right to work on my carpets. The carpet had pet stains that could not be entirely removed but look much better. The area rug and tile floor look like new.

Jay called to say he could arrive early if convenient. He did so. Walked through to get lay of the land. Worked quickly and efficiently. Good job. I was disappointed that he was unable to clean the vinyl kitchen floor after having been told on the phone that he could.

It is natural stone and stains are hard to get out. These guys did such a great job cleaning the floors. They have been consistently great.

I scheduled the appointment within the week I was told I would get a call the morning of the appointment before the technician left the shop and I did . He arrived on time and quickly went to work . He turned off all the lights in the rooms after he finished and then explain to me how long I should wait before walking on the carpet .
