Jason was timely and professional. He took extra time to treat spots that were dye related and was very upfront on what would and wouldn't work on the problem. No woodwork scratched like another company I have used.

Jay called, as planned, to give ETA, arrived at stated ETA, walked through house with me to thoroughly identify work order, performed work as specified. Hard worker, reliable, honest (had to leave before he finished), very personable. Jay is awesome!

I was preparing my home for sale and hired Langenwalter to clean the whole house. I have 4 dogs so there was some dirt and staining as well. I was absolutely shocked and I mean really shocked at how clean and bright the carpet was after my technician finished. I did not know that professional carpet cleaning could look this good. The carpet looked new and the home doesn't look like dogs ever lived here. Danny Hildebrandt was my technician and did an awesome job. He was personable as well as professional. I highly this company and ask for Danny if he is available.

We had someone break in vandalize a recreation facility by spraying the fire extinguisher on everything. We needed to use it for the weekend. I called them Friday morning and they had someone in the area meet me in 15 minutes with no promises of getting done since it was labor day weekend. He looked at the building and said they could get to it in the afternoon. They showed up before noon and were finished in a few hours. It was a lot of work and it was great. They had to move quite a bit of furniture and clean it too. I highly recommend them.

Excellent, although our carpet is 15 yrs old it, has turned out looking very close to new. Daniel explained our different options and went beyond normal care for us. Great caring technician.
