Description of Work: The technician arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. I had moved a table out of the living room to allow for more carpet to be cleaned. My technician kindly asked if I would like to have him move my two chairs so that he could clean under them as well! He proceeded to do a fantastic job on my carpets. This company and its employees have never failed to satisfy me with their professionalism and their results. I will continue to use them for all future carpet cleaning needs.

Thank you for the feedback. The technician provided a free-written estimate and explained to the customer the chairs are regularly $95 each, but only charged $65 each. Also, with the Angie's List discount the chairs were actually $58.50 each. We also cleaned a large basement & an extra large water stain in the basement. We guarantee carpet stain removal. The customer signed the estimate and agreed to have the work done.
