Description of Work: I have used Langenwalter multiple times for carpet cleaning. They do a great job, they are fast and professional, and they are very responsive. I have three dogs, and we foster dogs occasionally, so our carpet takes a beating regularly. Langenwalter has bailed us out many times. Most notably, there was the time our Jack Russell mix chewed up an ink pen. It wasn't bad enough that the pen leaked out all over the carpet, but he got ink all over his paws, and then ran around. What a mess! We thought we would have to get new carpet for sure. We called Langenwalter, they told us what to do, and they came out the next day. They were able to get the majority of the ink out, and what they weren't able to get out completely (because we had tried to clean it ourselves), they were able to lighten to the point where it wasn't a big deal. They are the only carpet cleaning company on my speed dial.
